A truly wonderful restaurant, lovingly decorated, with really friendly service and excellent food. We'd gladly return if we're ever in the area again.

We had a delicious meal here; absolutely recommended! First, a tasty piece of bread with herb butter and chili flakes. The pork satay was perfectly prepared: tender and full of flavor, it literally melted in your mouth. We enjoyed a La Trappe beer and a refreshing rosé alongside it, which made the dinner complete. 🍺🍷 The ambiance inside is atmospheric and cozy, with an eye for detail. The service was friendly and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. In short: a place you will happily return to. Definitely worth dining here!

An absolutely fantastic visit – from the appetizers to the dessert, everything was perfect! A visit is definitely worthwhile. Appetizer – Oysters on Ice The oysters were incredibly fresh, perfectly arranged on crushed ice, and served with fresh lime and vinaigrette. A truly elegant start. Main Course – Gourmet Burger An absolute eye-catcher and top-notch in taste: The burger came in a dark bun sprinkled with sesame seeds, topped with crispy onion rings. It was accompanied by a crisp, fresh side salad and crunchy nachos/chips. Very juicy and perfectly balanced! Dessert – Layered Dream in a Jar The dessert in a mason jar was the perfect sweet finale: Cremerie meets caramel, garnished with fresh currants, cress, chocolate decorations, and a crispy wafer creation. A highlight not only in taste but also visually. Main Course – Gourmet Burger A real treat, both in taste and presentation. Conclusion Attention to detail, beautiful presentation on wooden boards, and incredibly delicious food. 5 out of 5 stars, we will definitely be back!

Got amazing attention for adaption to vegan dishes. It was so tasty! A cheff was behind the kitchen, not just someone. The waiters were very kind and thoughtful. Cozy place.

The service was correct and polite. The food was very tasty. From a distance, the location at a gas station looks a bit strange, but they have decorated it in such a way that once you sit down, it creates a nice atmosphere.

A fantastic experience at De Fabriek! We enjoyed every dish. I had the fish salad myself, which was freshly prepared and tasted perfect. We ate here on Father's Day. The food was fine, but unfortunately they didn't feel like keeping us ‘inside’ (we were sitting outside) for long. The starter arrived before we had even touched the bread, and the main course was there within fifteen minutes, after we had indicated that we wanted to eat slowly. We had dessert somewhere else; very inhospitable!!!! (Staff explanation: on Sundays it never gets late………)

Definitely not recommended... we ordered an aperitif there, for which we had to wait more than 15 minutes after insisting. Staff were standing behind the bar talking to other customers while we waited. We ordered nachos with the aperitif. These were smothered in a sweet chili sauce and a tasteless heated cheese sauce. With a lot of salt on them, it was edible. We had to ask for napkins to clean our hands of the sticky sauce. So we went to the toilet to clean our hands. Afterwards, we ordered a hamburger and a "Butter with the fish" platter, being... Smoked salmon, steamed mackerel, fried prawns in garlic & chili sauce (€22.50). My wife's hamburger was OK. My fish platter was not OK. Who can imagine that everything, both the steamed mackerel and smoked salmon, would be smothered in a honey-like sweet chili sauce? Serve it separately then, especially if it is a sweet chili sauce. We left with a total bill of €88. The response from the person who served us was... okay, it wasn't what you expected... that says enough.... In summary... this is really not the place to be if you want good value for money.

I am a huge fan of "butter with the fish" A meal salad that provides a taste sensation in the mouth right down to the last bite. I can recommend it to anyone who loves fresh ingredients and flavor.

Friendly, welcoming staff. Located on an industrial estate, but the venue is decorated in a particularly atmospheric way. You don't notice it at all, either inside or outside. We were here three years ago and spent our holiday in Holland again, partly to visit De Fabrik. We were thrilled once more! 🤩 All the dishes were perfectly balanced in flavor and stylishly presented. The ingredients are of very high quality, and the value for money is unbeatable! Our server was very friendly and attentive, but not intrusive. We felt very comfortable with you. The ambiance is beautifully decorated – both cozy and elegant. Hats off to the chefs! First-class service! We'll be back! 🤗

Highly recommended! We're staying at CP, a stone's throw from here. The restaurant is very stylishly decorated. The menu is limited, but the dishes are delicious. Even changing the dessert was no problem at all. If it weren't so far (a two-hour drive) from home, we would definitely come back. 👍

The two of us had a wonderful meal here! I read a lot of positive reviews about the Lim burger! It lived up to its name! It was incredibly tasty and filling! My girlfriend had a soup, which was also delicious! The bread beforehand was REALLY good with a herb butter and mango, I think! Absolutely delicious! It was a lot! But truly delicious! Highly recommended! The location on an industrial estate makes it seem like a sketchy restaurant! But that's absolutely not the case!

It's a very good restaurant, with friendly service and a beautiful decor with all sorts of old-fashioned items like English cups, old scales, a cash register, and an old gas pump. The food was excellent, and it's just a 5-minute bike ride from Hoeve de Schaaf campsite. Fantastic!

A cozy restaurant, but you have to pay close attention to the way there. Take the small path to the side towards the back, where there's a large parking lot. Close to the border. The cozy atmosphere is like grandma's porcelain.

What a gem this is!!! We enjoyed a delicious three-course dinner on Saturday, August 30th. A lovely starter with mackerel and eel. For the main courses, we had sea bass fillet and tenderloin with port sauce. We finished with apple strudel with cinnamon ice cream. This restaurant knows how to cook well, and the dishes are beautifully presented. They also know what service and hospitality mean. Thank you for the wonderful evening, and we'll definitely see you again!

We walked here during a stage of the Pieterpad. Because it's in an industrial estate, I expected it to be some kind of snack bar, but it turned out not to be, and we were surprised by De Fabriek. The service was very professional and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our order of the "Lim Burger" with loaded fries. Delicious! So, two recommendations. Everything is fresh and prepared with love. With a full stomach, we were able to complete the remaining kilometer with plenty of energy.

A complete disappointment. Soup was delivered piping hot without warning. You had to wait at least 15 minutes before you could even eat it. It had almost no flavor. Main courses were tasteless and poorly prepared. The meat was incredibly dry, and the satay was burnt. They don't use the terms "rare, medium, or well done." They delivered the meat raw or completely overcooked. Food was sent back to the kitchen because it simply wasn't good, and the second course was served just as poorly. Service was decent, though. Little choice and expensive for the quality of the food.

After an day of swimming at the nearby center Parcs we wanted something fast and easy and this was the first place we drove by that looked inviting. We had zero expectations but.. This place is a goldmine! Delicious dishes ( the duck had a really creative sweet citrus foamy sauce) and great Service. It looked like they cut there own fries, and all deserts are in house made ( if you eat out in the Netherlands... This is special and you should cherish it!) We spend about 100 euro for 2 people, 3 course dinner with none alcoholic drinks

We went for dinner with the family (2 adults and 3 children between 8 and 13). We sat outside on the terrace. The table was equipped with benches with cushions and some chairs. The inside and terrace are nicely decorated. We had a nice meal. 3x Lim burger, chicken skewer with peanut sauce and mixed grill (daily menu). The menu itself is not very extensive. Price quality for us definitely recommended.

The food was very good. A small menu with a variety of options. A bit difficult for cautious vegetarians, but for open-minded eaters, there were great variations of well-known classics like burgers and wraps. We were there with teenage children, received excellent service, and the food was even better.

I thought I'd have a nice lunch, buy a box of nachos from the oven for 9 euros, first with the request without vegetables and peppers etc. The box came full of vegetables. She took them away nicely, we got the box back with these soggy nachos, we reported this, we left everything but had to pay for these bad nachos, the response was "that's how we make it here" Tip from flip, so don't order the nachos, otherwise the restaurant looked neat.
