The fries here are good. Nice and crispy. But damn, they're expensive.

A truly great place to eat. The Kapsalon chicken schnitzel with jalapeño peppers is highly recommended. The service is also good.

I asked for a bamiSCHIJF, and I got a bamiBAL. I also had a frikandel speciaal, but I didn't think it was that special. There was little onion and little sauce on it. I think this is a shame. I will NEVER come back here again. You have really lost a dear customer.😞

Prices change with new employees, some of whom are very unpleasant people. But there is a new establishment nearby with much better prices and sanitation and service.

Excellent, I recently had dinner here because of an appointment I had in the evening in Velp and I wanted to go to De Gastronoom because I had heard good things about it. Although the decor leaves something to be desired, the food was all the better for it. I tried their homemade fries and also homemade bamibal. It was really delicious, the employees were also very friendly and cleaned the tables regularly! In terms of price, they are certainly recommended, in my opinion you get value for your money here. Definitely recommended, my compliments to the employees!

4.25 euros for a small fries majo. I personally find it bizarre for a few pieces of potato and a dollop of Majo. I understand inflation, but this seems more like taking advantage of inflation.

My friend and I were here tonight for a second time from Bennekom, but certainly not for the last time! kebab and shawarma are of excellent quality, you get Flemish fries (from hearsay this place is a household name for this) and the owner is not too stingy when it comes to bragging! You get a whole plate full! Tip for the owner: Add a little less fries! To your credit, but because the döner kebab is also a lot, you can't finish the fries and you can then throw them away, which is a shame! But, in summary; For a snack bar/shawarma shop, a visit is definitely worth it!

An unpleasant experience. Today, about 40 minutes before closing time, I went to get something to eat. The guy serving me works there as a punishment, that's for sure. He said he was closing soon and I could only take away. Don't worry, he had 30 minutes to eat, but unfortunately I wasn't allowed to eat it :( I ordered a doner box for 8.50e. The fries were stale, hard as a rock, the garlic sauce was ok, the meat was ok, it's a pity there was no salad. Overall, I don't recommend it unless you're starving.

Super good fries. A lot for your money. Spring roll is a good size. A lot better than the competitive ones further down the road, I won't go there anymore. These are people who are passionate about the cause.

Gastronomer is a household name in the region. In my opinion, Velp is the best location. Always good food, good fries and not too stingy with bragging rights. Friendly staff, but you have to create the atmosphere yourself. It is and remains mainly a takeaway restaurant. I'll definitely return

Well, Gastronoom is a household name around Arnhem. Fries (fresh) about the best in the region. You come to eat, not for the atmosphere. Unfortunately, the homemade frikandel has disappeared from the menu and that is a real shame! Had a chat with one of the owners; Due to a lack of personnel, they cannot be made at the moment because they are too labor intensive. Prices are average by today's standards.

Hygiene does not exist in this business! ordered fries with a sandwich, fries were dry and burnt, sandwich was cold and had hard pieces in between! This place can take an example from the gastronome Midachtensingel, I will never come here again, do something with it.!!

I ordered a cheeseburger with fries special. And I only got a cheeseburger. The burger was otherwise good. But the man behind the counter stopped listening after I ordered my burger. He also acted disinterested. Don't think I'll be back.

Ik ben vaste gast op de vrijdagavond voor een patatje pindasaus. Ze hebben de lekkerste verse patat en pittige pindasaus.

Wij zijn hier geweest omdat we zin hadden in een late night snack en de Gastronoom nog open was. Het was er best druk. We werden vriendelijk en snel geholpen. Jammer dat ze op dat moment geen 'warm vlees' meer hadden voor op een broodje. Maar de frikandel speciaal en het broodje goulash kroket smaakten ons best.

Fantastische toko om al je frituur en doner lekkernijen te halen, altijd vriendelijk personeel en relaxte sfeer binnen. Aanradertje!

Döner- en satéschotels gegeten. Beiden zeer smaakvol met goede verse friet en natuurlijk salade. Volle borden, te veel voor de matig tot normale eter 😉. Komen hier graag nog eens terug.

Snelle service. Eten was goed maar wat een onaardige chagrijnige man in de keuken!

Wat een aanwinst en verassing: uit gewoonte zou ik naar Beursken gaan (als we überhaupt friet eten) Maar deze bamie bal is veeeel beter en een gewoon formaat! De oude bekende bamiebal v Beursken is het formaat v bitterbal geworden! Dus wij zijn heel blij met deze nieuwe smaak!

Normale zaak om een frietje, broodje e.d.te eten.

Echt lekkere patat. Vraag voor groot doorbakken, je gaan ze heerlijk vinden.

Pindasaus is veel te pittig...je moet er van houden..iig niet bij mijn friet..

Van de tientallen cafetaria tenten in de omgeving, kies ik het liefst voor deze, de service is altijd vriendelijk, de versie friet is overheerlijk en de döner om te smullen.
