Very bad chefs! The food was not edible asked for a steak well done get a steak that is medium cooked which is not tasty! My child gets a hamburger the bun is burnt! Terrible there is 1 person in the service who is very strange! My parents order a Limburg sour meat there were no pieces of meat in a little bit of sauce my god they ask 10 euros for what! A small portion of fries and baby spoon red cabbage! It is not about us you will not see us again it is really not worth the money to eat there! I want to give 0 stars but unfortunately that is not possible the people who go there do not know anything about good food!

What a nice place in the middle of Kerkrade. If I could give it a 4,5 I would. Food and service are held up to a high standard. Flavours were really nice and fit well together. Price is a little up there, but the experience is worth it.

A bit of a strange man in the service, but that's my opinion. Air conditioning went off several times, but then came back on again. But that means moments in the cold wind.

My new favorite: Honest menus at a fair price. What do I mean by that? Just good, honest ingredients. Perfectly prepared and presented. The price is also good, the service is casual but still at a high level. Highly recommended, a gem among affordable restaurants. Like I said: honest food for a fair price. Just do it!

De Kantien van Tous in Kerkrade is a true gastronomic treasure. We were the first guests, so I was able to take some pictures... From the moment you step inside, you are captivated by the atmosphere and striking hospitality. Even our coats were accepted! The food was a party for our taste buds, full of creativity and just a real passion for good food. Each dish was a chef d'oeuvre in itself, prepared with fresh ingredients and an unmistakable commitment to quality. It still exists. The combination of excellent service, pleasant ambiance and excellent food makes De Kantien van Tous a must-visit destination for foodies in Kerkrade and beyond. We will come again!

Had a delicious meal last night at De Kantien van Tous! Super friendly service! The Dame Blanche is the tastiest Dame Blanche ever eaten anywhere! This was not on the menu, but we asked if it was possible to order it. They arranged this for obs. Absolutely great, what a service! If we are in Kerkrade again, we will definitely go to Tous again!

We had an excellent meal here on Friday, October 6, 2023. Every dish was prepared with a lot of expertise and love. The service was also super friendly and very attentive. The interior and lighting could be changed to create a more intimate atmosphere. That is of course a matter of taste, other guests may experience this differently. As far as we are concerned, the choice of vegetarian dishes could be expanded a bit. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back here! We can highly recommend this restaurant..!

A month ago we had our wedding party at "De Kantien van Tous" and it was a perfect day. The food was delicious, the service was friendly and the organization was very good. I knew in advance that the food would be perfect and everyone was very satisfied. But the party in the evening was also well organized and delicious snacks were served. I can only recommend it to anyone who wants to throw a fun and atmospheric party.

Because I still had part of the Feelgood voucher left from the Corona period, it could be exchanged as a gift voucher at a dinner. We ate at the Kantien van Toes together with the generous giver of the Feelgood voucher, which was very nice. I haven't been inside, only on the terrace. But what a delicious meal we had, choosing the 2-person steak with new potatoes, vegetables, salad and 2 delicious sauces. I haven't had such a good meal in months, the last time it was a 2-person home-delivered dinner from the same restaurant... The menu had 2 desserts with fruit, not really my thing, so I ordered one of the desserts without the fruit. Since my favorite dessert, Dame Blanche was missing. But the sweet waitress managed to ensure that I still got my way and was able to enjoy my simple dessert at a high level. My dining partner also found the strawberry dessert delicious. Therefore the 5 stars for a delicious meal and flexibility of the chef. May 2023, he's back. I have rarely looked forward to a restaurant visit as I did today. I enjoyed a delicious meal with 2 friends, the Lobster for me and the Cod for the ladies. It was again a pleasure, the staff was great, with a touch of humor because I had knocked over my drink, the "intern" solved it very nicely. No starter or dessert, that will come next time, we will build it up slowly. Tous, I'm glad you're back.

Heerlijk gegeten, puur en met zorg bereid. Absoluut verse lokale producten. Gastvrij en attente bediening.

Lekker gegeten, vrij kleine kaart. Maar erg lekker, porties zouden iets groter mogen.

Dit jonge team, aangestuurd door een ervaren chef. Geeft je een welkom gevoel, weten waar ze het over hebben en zorgen dat de avond op rolletjes loopt. Gekozen voor het drie gangen menu. En daar zeker geen spijt van. Vooraf een lekkere cocktail. Eerste gang verast met de vitello. Als hoofdgerecht een heerlijk stukje vlees met bijpassende rode wijn. En het dessert is een mooie toegift. Genoten van het eten, gezelschap en de fijne ambiance. Aanrader!!

Michelinster waardig. Zowel ik als mijn vriendin hebben nog niet eens de telefoon gepakt om een foto te maken. Het is niet uit eten maar een culinaire ervaring. Ik ben blij nogmaals een ervaring rijker te zijn. Voor de garcon die ons zo ongelooflijk goed geholpen heeft: veel succes en plezier met de nieuwe aanwinst. De kerstlichtjes komen er aan. 👍

Heerlijk gegeten en de bediening was super. Weten nu ook wat het verschil is tussen amaretto en di sarrono. Gingen als laatste weg maar dat was geen enkel probleem.

Gisteren heerlijk gegeten en gedronken bij de Kantien van Tous, beide gekozen voor het 4 gangen menu met bijpassende wijnen. Verder sprong de bediening er positief uit, zeer attent en met kennis van zaken, dat is tegenwoordig zeker niet overal zo. Al met al zeker een aanrader, wij komen terug, ga zo door 👍
