A nice cozy little pub, with a good cup of coffee and a delicious cup of chowder, after a walk from AV Rijssen on Christmas Day

Last weekend we gathered together with former classmates for a reunion in the De Keizer taproom. The welcome was very warm and consultation with the owners was smooth. The taproom is old, but that is precisely what gives it its charm. Because the terrace is covered with sturdy party tents, it was great to have a BBQ despite the rain! And you can create a great evening by hanging up the streamers yourself!! That worked!

Saturday, May 18, we started the cockchafer club for the 27th time at a beautiful location halfway between Rijssen and Holten at café de Keizer, old-fashioned, cozy, highly recommended.

Gezellig en knusse gelegenheid, waar het goed toeven is. Ruime buiten ruimte voor gezellige partijen.

Super leuke locatie voor een feestje. Oude, maar gouden sfeer hier!

Familiedag gevierd. Organisatie had zelf de bediening in handen. Was met een groep van 50 personen best wel gezellig.

Authentiek café, wat nog echt de sfeer van vroeger uitademt. Het café zelf is niet heel groot. Maar wel leuk om een verjaardag of feestje te houden. Ik was er in verband met een besloten bierproeverij. Daarbij werd gebruik gemaakt van een tent die achter het café stond. Er waren 80 gasten uitgenodigd. Die konden daar ruimschoots zitten.

Mooie locatie voor een familie of vrienden feest. Ook voor kleine kinderen is er van alles te doen.

Gezellig, oud café met hele vriendelijke service. Alles was goed geregeld.

Mooie nostalgische taveerne voor al je feestjes of partijtjes. Echt de moeite waard om nog eens ons verleden te bekijken.

Echt heel oud! Keizer Karel V kwam hier al.
