Fantastic, a wonderful organic bakery!!

Since my other sourdough baker is currently closed, I had to find something just as good, and I think Knollentuin has done a stand up job. Their sourdough loaves that come in different flour varieties are really delicious. The crunchy crust yet soft, developed interior of the bread is really a great contrast. (Especially tasty when warmed up with a nice salty French butter!) They have other delicious looking items but I focus on the sourdough because I have not found another locally that compares (and I've tried a lot of local places!) Thank you all for the fresh, amazing, organic breads 💙

Normally, the bread at Knollentuin is delicious. But this time, my cheese roll tasted like cinnamon. Absolutely not good.

They were already closed, but I was still allowed to buy something. I'd come especially for a savory pie.

Great bakery, almost a crime not to go in there

It's a shame this organic baker doesn't add iodine to their bread. (Probably due to a persistent belief that everything natural is inherently healthy.) The added sea salt contains far too little iodine. - I'm basing my opinion on scientist Martijn Katan and the Consumers' Association. Otherwise, the bread is good and varied, the staff are friendly, and the cakes are delicious and not too sweet.

Best bread in the region. I have really been everywhere by means of too good too go and looking it up myself. Here you know it is good organic and a few ingredients except for 1 bread all whole wheat! Atmosphere 1 star less, can really get more attention.

I recently had dinner in Arnhem and that bread was so great that I asked the staff where the bread came from. That's how I ended up at this bakery. The baker gave me his best bread. There is only one word for it: perfection! Wow, what a delicious bread. I can recommend it to everyone.

Delicious vegetable pie. The fruit cheese cake is a must. Tried chocolate fruit cake for the first time, Wow! The fig and date firecrackers were sublime. Because of the price I only brought two pieces to try. Wow, how I regretted that later. I don't live in Nijmegen and only come there once a year. Maybe go that way more often now?

Beautiful old bakery where traditional organic bread and delicacies are baked. We get something tasty here every week. Favorites: Nut caramel cake and nut bread. Mmmmmmmmm.

Located in a stately building in Bottendaal. The range is large and the quality is very high. A range of various special breads, rolls, delicious sweets and savory quices. This is all honest and organic. In addition, the employees are very friendly and hospitable.

Quite a bit pricey, especially the smaller sandwiches, but super tasty and responsible!

I don't know any other bakery with real French baguette!
