Just stopped by to pick up my too good to go package. I received 2 crushed donuts, half a loaf of stale bread and a ruined cream cake worth “16.50 euros” according to the saleswoman. I got the junk that actually belongs in the trash. In addition, I indicated that I did not like cake, and I politely asked if I could exchange it with another product. The response was that I could then give this away. I would be ashamed to give this to someone else, the whipped cream is all over the place, and the cake belongs in the trash. The saleswoman was rude, mocking and showed no understanding. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE. Very ridiculous. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Wouldn't buy apple pie there. Comes out of the freezer and is watery and tasteless. Well over 10 euros, straight into the bin!

You can find better breads in any market. Not the quality you expect from bakery.

Lately the bread has a lot of holes. Then they say you have to bring it back, but it is difficult during the weekend. The white bread has all black pieces in it. This is actually not allowed at the most expensive bakery in the Netherlands

I don't understand why they score high here. They often sit on their smartphone (which they also use in the toilet at home and at work) and then simply eat sandwiches that we order. -Scratch their heads with nails -Remove eye rings -no napkins with the hot dishes -touch money and then touch the sandwiches Also often happens with the other tasty bakery items. Nothing left for me to eat!

A delicious baker. It's understandable that there are no more unpackaged rolls at 1 a.m., but it's still a bit of a shame. The staff seemed nice. The price is above average, but that's okay.
