Well........once is enough, never again. Ordered Babi Pangang with bacon and Bami............Yes, Bami, and no stringy spaghetti. Good luck with that, but not with me as a customer.

Great food, delicious meal Worth repeating.

Sorry, but I used to be a regular customer, but the food has gone downhill sooooo hard. The noodles and rice were inedible; they used to have a nice flavor, but now, yuck, they've turned into cheap. The noodles and rice aren't like they used to be; expensive for food that isn't like it used to be. The noodles are very different from before, the rice is the same. Shame.

Good food and deliciously traditional.

The food was fine, and the atmosphere is what you would typically expect from a Chinese restaurant. However, the prices are unpleasant: 8.50 for 0.7 liters of water is almost criminal. Charging extra for rice (as stated on the bill) on already pricey menus is also unacceptable. This might have been for the rice noodles, but even then, an extra 9 euros per portion of noodles instead of rice is a bad deal.

As always, the Chinese in Zwijndrecht. Prins and quality go well together.

What a terrible performance for this once-friendly restaurant. Waiting over 40 minutes for takeout. And not a word in between. And when I asked where my food was, a young guy yelled all sorts of threatening things about the CCTV footage and how I shouldn't show up here anymore. I don't think the current generation has found the right attitude yet. Incidentally, after I asked, the woman behind the counter kept apologizing.

Delicious food, good price-quality ratio, nice atmosphere

We had ordered a menu, but because my daughter kept crying, it took me almost an hour to pick it up. They had already put the dish away, but they had completely remade the order. Super nice, thank you very much, the food is also very tasty!

Very tasty food and drinks, very friendly staff

I order number 112 (tenderloin) and get number 99 (chicken). Of course, we only discover it when we get home; we're hungry and don't feel like complaining. But there's a €3.50 difference between the dishes. We won't be doing this again.

Here we enjoyed a Chinese rice table with soup beforehand and ice cream afterwards.

I left a good review here but I'm going to get back to that now. On Mother's Day 2025 I had to wait an hour for my order, which was absolutely no problem given the crowds, which is completely understandable from my side, but my order was ready after about 40 minutes and was put aside for one reason or another. After about 15 minutes I ask how long my order will last, after which they find out that my order is already there afterwards. I react irritated and ask if my order is still warm, where the owner reacts very aggressively or you take it now or do you want your money back. To me you fall through the cracks, I have observed this behavior with him before with customers where things have not gone well. The food is good and tasty, in my case lukewarm, but this experience has made me decide never to go there again. It's really just his aggression.

Wij komen regelmatig eten bij De Manderijn in Zwijndrecht en het is altijd top. Het eten is heerlijk, vers en de sfeer is supergezellig. Laatst waren we er met de hele familie om de verjaardag van onze dochter te vieren. Het personeel deed echt moeite: de muziek ging aan met ‘Lang zal ze leven’, de hele zaak zong mee en ze brachten zelfs een ijsje met een fonteintje aan tafel. Onze dochter straalde! Altijd vriendelijke service en lekker eten. Zeker een aanrader als je in de buurt bent.

Nog nooit in zo’n slechte zaak gedineerd. Slechte service zwaar overpriced. 2 uur op eten moeten wachten. Prijs kwaliteit is betreurend slecht.

Calling and picking up went without a problem. The Kanton menu for 2 people is delicious, definitely recommended! Meat is tender and the sauces are very tasty.

Hele slechte zaak geworden! Kwam hier al denk ik 17 jaar. Me eigen meerdere keren geïrriteerd aan het personeel, het zijn net spelende kinderen en totaal niet serieus met eten bezig, vooral die Chinese jongen die staat bij de voordeur te roken en gooi zijn peuk op de grond en gaat naar binnen en wast zijn handen niet eens. Het eten is van mindere kwaliteit geworden, ze gaan slecht met de hygiëne om. De prijzen vliegen omhoog en je krijgt steeds minder in je bak.... Mooi was die tijd toen de oude eigenaar er nog in zat, toen was wel altijd alles naar wens en goed geregeld. Nu is het er echt een zooitje.. Ons zie je hier niet meer!!! En nog vele andere

Always was for me, old school Chinese food. Unfortunately, when I order a large noodles with tjaptjoy beef. I get half a bami with tjaptjoy. Tjaptjoy a slimy bite and bland noodles. Too bad, because it's not the first time this has happened. And that for €25.

Today I picked up the subdistrict court judge at the mandarin, I thought I would do something different this time. I found the dish disappointing, no taste and a lot of water, moisture in the sauce, so then the taste goes away from the sauce with the dish, I hope that it taste of the past, again, comes back 🙂👍

Lately, I have noticed a lot of pin problems at the pick-up section

Food is good, but my mother wondered how long it would take before the food was ready. Employee then said in the presence of other customers; the lady in a hurry's food is ready. After which everyone had to laugh. I don't think that is customer friendly at all!!

I was driving through the area and thought to eat out for a change. Firstly don't expect much when you have to request chopsticks and they bring you a disposable set normally provided with takeaway! As a starter I had the Dim Sum mix (fried&Steamed) and a Wonton soup, both were very average. Condiments co nsiated of 'maggie' seasoning as a substitute for Soy Sauce and when asked if they had fish sauce, "only at home" was the answer. As mains I ordered Vermicelli noodles which black bean and garlic chicken. Both included tinned mushrooms yet there's and AH supermarket next door, go figure! Overall if you like to cook, follow recipes on YouTube. If you don't like to cook then save your money and buy 2minute noodles or get a ready made meal from AH. It used to be the best Chinese in the region, but since the new owners have arrived it has become more expensive, but certainly not better. Smaller portions and lower quality.. A Chinese on his way out.

In the past we always came here to celebrate my parents' birthday. Now that we were in the area again, we decided to visit again. The food was as usual, tasty and certainly enough. Service is still top notch, helpful in choosing. This is still a Chinese restaurant with nice dishes on the menu, so no wok center. It is also in a great location, with plenty of free parking spaces.

Het is altijd lekker eten bij De Mandarijn, en de gastheer is ook altijd aardig. Zeker de moeite waard om er een keer heen te gaan, voor mij is het een vaste wekelijks stekkie geworden.

Het is super duur voor wat je krijgt een beetje extra saus kost 5.50 euro en een fles water is ook schandalig duur en dan spreek ik nog niet over de wijn je krijgt een klein glas half gevuld . Ik kan ze wel door gaan ...

We komen hier regelmatig, vriendelijke bediening, goed eten, porties zijn voldoende. Prijs is ook goed.

Kom regelmatig hier. Maar vandaag 17:30 tafel gereserveerd. Waren wel bijna klaar om 18:55. Maar werd gevraagd of we klaar waren en dan gelijk konden afrekenen omdat er mensen stonden te wachten. Hadden meegekregen dat er iets fout was gegaan met een reservering van andere mensen. Werden ook weggekeken door de wachtende mensen. Sorry is niet te vergelijken maar bij de wok krijg je tenminste nog 2 uur de tijd om te tafelen. Dat hun iets verkeerd inplannen zou niet ons probleem moeten zijn en jaag je niet je klanten weg. Betalen kon heel snel en jassen werden niet meer aangegeven zoals normaal wel het geval was. Dus buit is binnen, oprotten maar!

Uitstekend Indisch Chinees restaurant. De actuele Chinese gerechten maar ook de ouderwetse nasi en bami gerechten. Mijn kip sate was opvallend groot bij de tafel naast ons waar alleen nasi sate gegeten werd zag ik de zelfde grote satestokken. De bediening was ook erg vriendelijk. Ik kom terug als ik in de buurt ben!
