Had a delicious meal there with friends

Our compliments, what friendly staff! The food was truly delicious, everything was well refilled and cleaned, and tables were cleared quickly. We were there with our 79-year-old mother, who is having trouble walking and whose lungs, heart, etc., are no longer in good shape. We were given a table close to the food, and they even thought about how she could sit better; a garden chair with cushions was arranged. It was so nice that way she could last longer, as she hardly ever goes outside, but we really wanted to take her out for dinner one more time. She truly enjoyed herself, and we made the right choice to come and eat at your restaurant. You really do work so hard. A solid 10 from us.

After a fun day at Monkeytown Leerdam, we went here for dinner. Everything tasted fresh and was regularly refilled. Keep up the good work!

Okay for a bite to eat, but not in terms of atmosphere or staff.

It used to be good, but unfortunately I have to admit that over the years, what they started with—the takeaway section—has gradually become a drain. The large spring roll used to be full of meat and egg; today it had apparently burst open in the oil and was provisionally sealed shut again with new dough. None of that is too bad, but it was practically entirely filled with bean sprouts, and on top of that, they tasted sour. No more visits to the takeaway for me if everything just ends up as waste immediately. What a shame.

The food here is always delicious.

We were here for the first time today, but what a terrible restaurant. The floor was sticky, the meat looked dried out. The sushi rice was hard, the pizzas looked dried out and as if they came out of the freezer. So we decided to have a steak cooked instead; that still looked fresh. Then the cook cut the steak open with his spatula, didn't communicate with me about what I wanted, and just dumped a pile of garlic on it. That steak was still raw and terribly salty. I didn't dare eat and went to discuss this with someone from the restaurant. I was being very reasonable (or so I thought) and said that my husband had eaten a few plates of food, so charge the full €38, but that I had had 3 bites and a glass of drink, for which she was allowed to charge me €10, and I wanted €28 back. She came over with a €38 gift card. I said: but I live an hour away from here, plus: why do you think I would want to eat here again? She offered to prepare something fresh, but I politely declined and indicated that I no longer had confidence in the food. In the end, she didn't accept the bill and I didn't get a refund. Fine, I won't make a fuss, but this review is the least I can do to warn others.

We have been coming here for years and it is always good. We were here again on Whit Monday, and it was downright bad, which we found very strange; a shame.

It is actually very busy, lots of people, they also arrive at the same time, and then sometimes you have to wait a very long time for your grill or wok to be ready.

Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends. They also have delicious desserts. And drinks are included in the price.

What a complete disaster this was. Ordered Chinese takeout from here for the first time, and it will definitely be the last. And I’m really quite used to it; we eat Asian food at least once a month, so I know perfectly well how it’s supposed to taste. But what I received here was downright shameful. What a greasy mess that tastes like old frying oil on top of that. Just look at these stir-fried vegetables. A big slimy mess and three flat pieces of meat in the whole container. Payed over €80 for just over four dishes, and I wouldn't even feed it to my dog. And believe me: my dog ​​eats absolutely everything. The food was tasteless, limp, greasy, and totally devoid of character. As if it had been sitting there rotting for hours before it was scooped into the containers. Even though I could have picked it up just fifteen minutes after ordering. Just heated it up quickly? We shoved the food straight into the trash can. Luckily, we were given the pedal bin bag, so we could just slide it right in. Unfortunately, I cannot post a video. And then the service… Instead of handling my complaint properly, they apparently found it more important to argue. Because they felt I wasn't allowed to say that I wouldn't even feed the food to my dog. I certainly wasn't being rude or impolite, just irritated. Not a single sign of customer friendliness or self-reflection. They did try to replace one of the dishes, but it was just as bad. As if I was the one doing something wrong; I didn't cook or bake! I paid well, I expect good food, and they have a reasonable score on Google reviews. How does this place get a good score? I am 52 years old and have only taken the trouble to write a bad review twice in my entire life. So this is number two, and that says enough. What an incredibly bad experience. I will never spend my hard-earned money here again. Bad food, bad service, everything bad.

We have been coming here for years! Birthdays, Sinterklaas, but usually spontaneously in between. We have often enjoyed it, otherwise you wouldn't come back so often. Today was a very bad experience. We arrived around 5:30; the buffet was all lukewarm to cold and didn't taste like usual. What we usually experienced as tasty and flavorful was now just really disgusting. At 6:00 PM, the dessert buffet already consisted of dried-out cake and stale donuts. There was one chocolate fountain; the other was lying in pieces on the table. Too bad our favorite snack is out of the picture for now...

Busy restaurant but food quality remains high

I last ate here years ago, but apparently didn't miss a thing. This restaurant has clearly seen better days, a faded glory. The ready-made dishes weren't replenished or refreshed, making them cold, dried out, soggy, and tough. It's a shame that the labels with the dish names were largely missing. Furthermore, the cleanliness is lacking, certainly not as it used to be. The restrooms were dirty and poorly maintained. In short: I wouldn't go back. However, the staff was friendly and cleared the dirty plates promptly.

Dramatic, the space/capacity is far too small for the number of people they're bringing in. There's no walking space around the buffets because everyone's waiting. The live cooking area is way too crowded, with long wait times. The food quality is also mediocre. Definitely not recommended!

I couldn't join them today, but my dad and I had our delicious chili soup there! Deliciously spicy and full of fresh vegetables, mushrooms, and so much more! How sweet! Dad even let me take a bowl of soup home 🫠—truly amazing! An honest review is an honest one, right? And honestly, the food here is incredibly delicious! Always fresh and well-prepared. It's not the place for a romantic dinner. Too crowded and noisy. But I still love eating there because it's truly good, fresh, and delicious. And tonight, that cup of soup ☺️ wasn't necessary, but they did!!!

As the evening progressed, your plate was taken away from you as soon as you finished it. The food was delicious, though, and was constantly replenished. Been several times now. Kindly received, same chair for our little one. Food is excellent and the children also enjoy the choice. What scared me was the children's area. Ceiling tiles gone, very cold, children playing on dirty floor. Toys broken or screws coming out of the wall. Wallpaper hangs loose up to eye level. This could really be better. There are many children coming. Didn't dare to walk away from our 3 now. Has nothing to do with food, but with hospitality and care for all the kids and an important factor in choosing your restaurant. Nice colorful safe play area. Food is good. Just a lot of it. Poorly refilled. Sushi empty plates. That they don't suffer from cross-contamination here, you have to grab sushi with 3 pegs for all 9 plates. They can't have nameplates on sushi. You don't know what kind of sushi it is. All types of meat are placed together on a baking tray, chicken with other meat. You have to look carefully for plates to grab food. Staff could be friendlier. Yes it is Saturday but for this money you have to keep your visitors happy. If you can't update it, you shouldn't let so many people in.

I often get Chinese food at this restaurant, but the last two times the quality of the food was unfortunately very poor. Now it was very disappointing. Food cold, bacon hard. Such a shame because pork belly is so tasty when it is soft. Just like the cow loe yoke balls, so old tough meat in them and the noodles seemed old. Sorry, but things have deteriorated very rapidly lately and I am not used to this from this restaurant. Waste of my money

A wok that surprised me very positively. The welcome by the staff was very friendly. The restaurant is beautifully decorated on the inside. There is a lot of choice and the warming containers work well, so you get really hot food and not lukewarm. Furthermore, the taste of everything was absolutely excellent! I am a real wok fanatic and have visited quite a list of wok restaurants in my life. This wok restaurant will definitely be on the list of “recommended” ones and I will definitely recommend it next time. Top store!

Good food, but a bit cramped in the aisles. What I missed was signs for what the food was. Not a very large selection, but more than enough and tasty.

The food was what you would expect from an all you can eat restaurant. Not good, not bad, and not a very large selection. The only real bad thing was that half of the dishes had no sign indicating what they were. Not with sushi, not with desserts and not with many of the hot and cold dishes. I personally think that is a very bad thing. If you have an allergy, it is difficult for one of the staff to take you through all the dishes to see if you can have it.

Went here last Friday with friends from the east of the country. But still had to post a very positive review. Why, because it is simply a nice restaurant to eat your fill. It was not busy (people who still had to return from holiday, or the money had run out) and that gave us the opportunity to eat in peace and quiet. But I read reviews before that I can't understand "French fries fat"? Not noticed. Bins empty, not marked. And yes, it can happen sometimes. Then you just pass it on and there will soon be a full bowl again. Nothing is too much for the staff, used crockery is removed very quickly. And nothing but praise for the live-cooking kitchen. Yes, there are signs with some splatter from the griddle or wok. Or the chef serving it on your plate, but is that bad? No, perhaps the signs could be placed differently (not necessary in my opinion). I sometimes get the feeling that people post a review just to have to complain. Someone talked about greasy fries, splatters, brown broccoli and a few other disappointments (reviewer Blim). Fresh poffertjes, chocolate fountains (white and brown), fresh fruit, ice cream and whipped cream. It is simply very good for the price. Delicious food and drinks that you will not miss. The entire evening (from 5:00 PM to closing time buffet) All You Can Eat & Drink including draft beer, wine, soft drinks and sparkling water, bottled tap water, fresh orange juice, smoothies, coffee and tea.

The food at the wok was very good. The service at the counter very friendly! However, in the restaurant they wipe a dry cloth over the tables, which was less noticeable. The food itself was fine, but the choice was minimal. If I go 'all you can eat', it is not because I enjoy it so much, but because there is never something for everyone. There is very little for picky eaters (read: teenagers) in my opinion.

Picked up spring rolls tonight. A bami spring roll and a nasi spring roll. They were very fatty, very thick dough and a lot of meat in them, which was gray in color and burnt. I won't go here again.

Arrived at 7:15 pm. Almost no more Sushi. The noodles were also almost finished and lukewarm, and were not replenished. Unfortunately brown broccoli. And so there were more setbacks. All in all a bad evening.
