Super nice and cozy cafe. Good music selection and a nice cold beer 🍻

Having a good time at Ab's. And a quick trip to the beach with Lup.

The food was not good and the hospitality was zero.

Dirty place, rotten meat. The atmosphere is nowhere to be found!

De Ommele is simply the best, with great people like Albert and Luppien.😉 And so are the other staff, whom I know quite well. Absolutely fantastic!

We had to wait a very long time and the restaurant was really filthy. A high chair was incredibly dirty and the ordering kiosks weren't exactly clean either.

Nice, sweet barmaid, nice cold beer on tap, but unfortunately for the atmosphere, there happened to be a young man with a fight at home who felt the need to film me in a snap and send it to his (later) ex, so everyone could enjoy his anger and misery. Kudos...

We received a friendly welcome and prompt service. The service was good and they were able to help us with the menu. The restaurant is a bit dated, but it was okay.

Hmm🤔...we wanted to drink coffee and have lunch at the Ommele in Urk. We had seen this café so often in the real-life series Urk on TV that we thought it would be nice. However, it was very disappointing. Sorry to say. An unpleasantly furnished terrace with some large "flattened" picnic benches. I finally picked up coffee inside myself. And asked if we could also eat something. There was only a jamballa sandwich or some drinks snacks available. The toilets were "deplorable", my husband also thought. The café inside didn't look very inviting in daylight, at least not for us over 60s. 👵🧓 I think De Ommele is great for young people. After all, I was young too. 😆...and I had a great time there in my younger years, I think.

Ab and his staff were super friendly… It's nice that he is present in the business himself... Even made time for a photo 😌

We from Nijmegen day trip to Urk! Thinking about having a bite to eat or a drink, when you enter a dirty dark hole where people are drinking at the bar! Arrogance is not normal Albert is around the corner! What a bunch of scum how you are addressed and looked away! Is that Urk now ten times nothing, we will never go to Urk again! And it is certainly not clean enough! And that pub and restaurant is filthy, I wouldn't want to eat a bite there, thanks Urk, a shame for the time spent here 👍with screeching tires back to our hospitable Nijmegen

We had a drink there and it was during the day. I think it's a nice cafe to have something to eat in the evening. No idea if they can make something to eat there. But friendly staff were there, and good service too.

Visited this nice bar known from TV last Friday. Unfortunately Ab was not there, but two friendly ladies served us. I got another round from a local loyal Urker.

Very disappointing and a long drive for what we came for. The shop was closed and all the windows were shuttered!

Wanted to watch a football game in the bar. Unfortunately, the bar was very crowded and the monitors aren't hung very high. Wasn't fun. You can also smoke here, which is really not nice these days.

Pub very worn out and windowless. Therefore very dark. Prices and selection ok. Service was hard to judge as there was very little going on

It was dark inside but nice and warm.

We ended up here spontaneously. We had something to drink and a sandwich. We were helped very friendly and the food was excellent. Toilet also neatly clean.

We had a nice time with my brothers and parents when we spent a night in Urk and had a beer with Ab in his cafe, what a nice, sweet guy, just like on TV. He opened the cafe a little earlier for us. nice to see him in real life, thanks Ab! We will continue to follow you on TV. Greetings Patricia.

Not open even though Google states that they are open. Are you coming specifically to urk. I can't judge the food and atmosphere.

I think their whole story has gone to their heads or SBS6 is paying way too little, because it's only €3.50 for a beer. And to top it all off, all those celebrities are in a second home somewhere and only show up on admission days. Highly exaggerated new celebrities.

Gezellig maar Albert is er nooit en dat vinden de mensen toch wel jammer. Denk als hij er is dat de omzet ook beter is.

Jammer Ab dat we je niet hebben gezien en wij snappen niet dat je bij jou nog mag roken in het café, ik als COPD patiënt is dat niet fijn. Ab het gaat er niet om of jij er nu bent of niet, ik verwacht in een openbare ruimte dat die rook vrij is. Maar goed jij kan niet tegen kritiek dat is duidelijk. De volgende keer als we op Urk zijn slaan we jou kroeg wel over.

Gewoon als toerist daar wezen kijken. Leuk, gezellig, vriendelijke bediening. Bekend 🤔 personeel.

Gezellig, maar laat die mensen gewoon hun werk doen in plaats je reis te plannen om op de foto te mogen

Heel gezellig om er wat te drinken maar de toiletten waren erg smerig. Misschien omdat we er rond half 12 waren en er van de vorige dag nog niet was schoongemaakt. We vonden nog een oogpotlood onder de tafel 😂🤣

Gezellige plaats met een leuke bediening waaronder bekende Appie van Plaatsje Urk.

Afgelopen zaterdag nog ff geweest, maar helaas dicht. Klagen op tv dat hij geen geld meer heeft, moet je de toko natuurlijk wel open gooien Ap 🤣 Bedankt voor je reactie...en wij zijn inderdaad niet binnen geweest, omdat het er ook uitzag alsof alles dicht was. Binnenkort weer ff naar Urk en dan komen we zeker ff een Bekkie halen.😉
