Is the best cafe ever delicious fries and frikadel people are also nice everything is just perfect

Expensive prices, undercooked chicken nuggets and a very unpleasant atmosphere

De Pieper has deteriorated dramatically! While it was my favorite snack bar a year ago, things have deteriorated dramatically in recent months. It started with the staff, who became increasingly less attentive and knowledgeable. This led to inconsistent quality: one time I received fries that weren't cooked through, while another time they were far too salty. Unfortunately, it didn't stop there. They've also changed the type of fries, and the new version is simply inedible. The taste and texture are far below par, and it doesn't do justice to what you expect from a good snack bar. Then there's the terrible phone service. It's often impossible to reach them; you can't get an answer for hours. When you finally get someone on the phone, you're often fobbed off with the message that they're too busy and that you'll have to wait. Out of curiosity, I once left the phone open, and it took a full 18 minutes before they realized I was still on the line. In the end, I just hung up myself. This is truly unacceptable for a company that relies on its customers. In short, De Pieper has completely declined, and I, too, am a customer who will never return. What a disappointment!

Very, very bad! Dirty, cold, overly salty fries. Deep-fried sausage, nasty peanut sauce as if they made it wrong. Antisocial staff, a big fat no!!! Never again

The food was delicious and hot. I picked it up and it was wrapped up when I walked in! The food was still nice and hot when I got home, and the croquette still smelled (about 5 minutes), so it was also well wrapped! Deserved 5 stars :D

The frikandels and bami slices have been in the fryer for too long, unfortunately I have had bad food more often in recent months. It would be nice if you would take a look after this because I hardly dare buy from you anymore.

Ordered by phone tonight; first they put the phone down for 6 minutes then you call back and they say very curtly we are busy. Then we pick up the order, the 3 frikandels are cold and the fries are very few. Then you call about it and the 'manager' in question becomes angry and rude. Indicated that I should not be treated this way. Received money back for the products that were not good, which was the only normal service they could offer. I asked about it myself, by the way...We will never come again. We also found out later that the frikandels were spoiled. Hopefully this is a lesson to everyone who reads this.

Food was cold and very unfriendly staff

The frikadellen were cold inside and the fries were soggy. Unfortunately, very unfriendly help. Staff indicated that they were busy and reacted against the antisocial behavior...

She had 4 fries in 2 large bags and asked for extra bags. Big mouth in front of customers. Another customer didn't think it was nice either. Never come again. Female staff. Customer unfriendly. Provocative behavior.

New guy on the work floor, apparently still has to learn how to book. Always consistent in quality, hopefully they can maintain this. Always good at this place!

Trying to order at 7:00 PM no more orders are being placed, misleading opening hours, someone in the store complaining that he was not ordered frikandel and that he is vegetarian. Reminds me of the time I got 2x fries war instead of 1x and paid double. Bad service, cold fries, it's better to walk a few meters further after crossing the street and you will probably have better fries and service.

In recent months the order has not been complete. Gewoon goede snackbar met een zeer goed en uitgebreide kaart met snacks,schotels,en ijs, gewoon goed

De patat is zo vreselijk hard je breekt er bijna je tanden bij af

Lekker en goed eten. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Deze cafetaria verzorgd heerlijk eten. Om er te zitten vind ik persoonlijk niet zo. Qua eten heeft het alles wat een cafetaria hoort te serveren. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk zowel in de zaak als aan de telefoon. De friet is goed doorbakken en heerlijk krokant, de boeren berenhap, met spek en paprika ertussen, is zeker een aanrader. Prima tentje met goud eerlijke prijzen.

Patatje pieperburger. Helaas perspatatten, nooit zo lekker. Koud binnen en buiten. Snel en vriendelijk geholpen

Er was iets niet helemaal juist met de bestelling maar hier over werd meteen contact gezocht en een passende oplossing aangeboden. Bedankt hier voor!

Goede service en kwaliteit voldoende te eten en veel en veel keuze. Vriendelijk personeel gewoon een nette zaak.

Goede patat en ruime keuze uit vegetarische snacks. De vegetarische gehaktbal (met pindasaus) is super lekker, heel smeuïg. Echt een aanrader. Ook goede service en je kunt er prima zitten voor een snelle hap.

Bestelling klopt niet altijd verder is het personeel aardig en lossen klachten op.

Vanuit Duitsland altijd even langs voor een softijsje. Lekker.

Goede patat, verschrikkelijk stoofvlees. Aardig prijzig voor een droge blob aan magnetron opgewarmd vlees.

Niet bijzonder. Met het zelfde gemak loop ik toch liever door naar de buurman cafetaria. Heb hier laatst patat shoarma besteld. Vlees kwam uit een zakje (bij buurman van spit). Patat was slof, en de sla lag onder de shoarma (wie verzint dat). Dit was voor mij de 2e keer maar blijf bij 3 sterren.
