Although it was not busy inside, it took about 45 minutes between serving the starter and serving the main course. Pizza was tasty, but a little too much crust, a bit unevenly topped and a bit unevenly baked. We skipped dessert as we were still going to a performance. We expected more.

+ We had booked for 5 people and got a nice table reserved for us - We had to wait more than an hour for our pizza - The pizzas were cold - The controls turn squarely + The staff was friendly + We got new pizzas + We got a drink on the house - Unfortunately, the second pizza was also not warm + The pizza base was thin and tasty + The ingredients were tasty, too bad they were cold In short, despite the friendly staff and the quality of the ingredients, we will not be back. A pizza must be warm. The fact that they were cold twice does not give much confidence for the next time. Shame

We regularly ate at the Pizza Bakers in Utrecht and Amsterdam. Now for the first time in The Hague. Atmosphere is good, service friendly and the pizzas were very tasty. The Tiramisu really tasted less than in Utrecht and Amsterdam; way too much coffee flavor and less smooth. The menu is somewhat limited, so check carefully in advance to see if it suits your taste.

Crispy pizzas with a thin base and not covered with cheese, so they are a lot lighter than the typical pizza. Good taste, with thinly sliced ​​vegetables that don't make your pizza soggy. The pistachio ice cream with a touch of olive oil, pistachio crumble and sea salt served this month also tasted good. The olive oil provides a fresh touch. The ice cream with espresso shot was also tasty. The service felt a bit messy, but the atmosphere (music and light) and the food more than made up for it.

We have been to Utricht and Zwolle at the same place and IT was thousand times better. Food ingredients where good, but the composition was a disgrace. The Pizza was burnt, was missing cheese and tasted more after the pure cheep tomate sauce than anything else. The price value ratio is really bad. 60€ They forgot twice our Order and we stayed for about 2 hours for two Pizza and Starters. Everybody else was getting food before us.

What a beautiful place to dine in. Wow! Everything was excellent. The Pizza was incredible. The service was very caring and the atmosphere is just amazing. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Really delicious pizza! Our daughter especially loved the pizza. The place is a long tube and a little cramped, but cozy. The kitchen is open and you can watch the employees baking. The toilets weren't great, but adequate.

What a delicious meal we had. The Burrata with red pesto was delicious. It's also nice that they have a pizza of the day. We will definitely come back!

Very bad experience for the second time in a row. Some months when we ate at the restaurant, we had to beg for cutlery because they didn't have enough available for us. Then the pizzas came without mozzarella; we were surprised and asked, the answer was that this was how the pizzas were made... but later after we left we realized that, according to the menu, it was (obviously) supposed to be there. So they lied to us. Somehow we decided to give it another chance, this time getting it delivered. It took almost 2 hours to deliver, and once again... all 4 pizzas without mozzarella, contrary to what the menu says. This place is a joke, they are not even able to plan for one of their main ingredients on a Sunday evening, and, instead of apologising and saying that they cannot fulfil your order, they send it anyway, incomplete, for a pretty high price.

Super fresh and tasty thin-crust pizzas, friendly service. Table for 2 is a bit on the small side, but that won't stop me from coming back soon. Top!

Placed an order here today. Ordered well in advance and indicated a time. It still arrives more than half an hour late. The pizzas were really, really cold. Very unfortunate!

Very tasty pizza and very original Italian - so very thin, not too much topping, but tastes very good. The service is super nice and you can also sit outside in the courtyard.

I ordered (via UberEats) 5 expensive (17€ per person) pizzas, not tasty, not tasty and we all got sick... Very disappointed and embarrassed for my guests.

Very few toppings, especially the cheese, was missing, but some was missing (e.g. yellow pepper) and was very sparsely applied. It's nice that the pizza is super thin, but there was very little flavor to this plain pizza. The staff was really friendly and tried hard. But unless the pizzas get better, we won't be coming back here.

Honestly, I think I’ve been to at least half of The Hague’s pizzarias and this was by far the best one in all relevant variants. Maybe not the most spacey, but the one with the best food, service and environment for sure. The tomato sauce was with no doubts the big changing factor, as good as possible. Really thin pizzas, personally the way I like it, and suited prices. Couldn’t recommend more! ✌️

40 euros for two pizzas is already expensive. When they arrived cold after an hour and a half of waiting, the size was full, we won't do this again.

To be fair, I'm not sure I've ever resisted a pizza but these were delicious. lovely thin crispy bases and well topped. The bruschetta was also beautifully tasty and the wine went down well. It felt like a local restaurant but we were made to feel very welcome as tourists and the English menu was much appreciated!

The staff did their best to please us. But clearly no investment has been made in transferring knowledge about the products and hospitality. We were sitting at the back of the store, near the stairs to the basement and the toilet, and there was an obvious sewage smell coming from there. We had a mista anti pasta, where the Melanzana Parmigiano deserves a whole new recipe. The bruschetta was nice. The toppings on the pizza had a good taste, something that unfortunately cannot be said about the structure of the base. We exchanged our mutual surprise with our neighbors about the high rating on Google. We decided not to come back.

Pizza were thin and crispy in taste. My pizza was missing a little bit of flavor, I had proscuito d'abruzzo. Maybe delicious with truffle sauce. Furthermore, we have thought of small children, you can get dough for little ones that they can play with.

I recently visited De Pizzabakkerswith high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. Despite being hotel guests, our anticipation for a discount or complimentary drink was met with confirmation from the waiter. However, the service quickly took a downturn. The wait for our 2 truffle pizzas was an agonizing 45 minutes, leaving us with an empty table. When the pizzas finally arrived, they were not only cold but also had an unexpected super-thin and hard crust. Attempting to cut it with a knife proved futile, and even trying to pick it up with our hands was a challenge. The promised truffle flavor was nowhere to be found, replaced only by a meager spread of cream on top, a lone slice of ham, and an overall tasteless experience reminiscent of eating paper. The peculiar addition of boiled and sliced egg on the pizza was unconventional and failed to enhance the overall flavor. To add to our disappointment, no discount or complimentary drink was provided as promised. Given the exorbitant price, this subpar experience is definitively not worth it. Overall, the lackluster taste, subpar service, and unfulfilled promises make it impossible for me to recommend De Pizzabakkers I won't be returning, and I caution others seeking a satisfying pizza experience to explore other options.

Super interesting menue with good vegetarian and even some vegan selection. You can try for example vegan variants of 'nduja and gorgonzola. I eventually missed the classic tomato sauce on my pizza, but still it tasted very good and seemed to be of high quality. Beware also they only have Italian soft drinks, so no coke etc.! Waiter was very charming and atmosphere nice and cozy. Price seemed justified.

Pizza took 50 minutes. Seating feels a bit cramped. You see delivery going out all the time while you're waiting for pizza. Staff was friendly. They offered to take two drinks off the tab but forgot to do so in the end.

The pizzas were delivered on time, but they were cold already. We use to order at Donato, and we got them here for a change, what a mistake! These ones were quite bad, bad dough, regular ingredients, mediocre flavor. Don't be misguided by comments that praise this pizza as Italian, or even roman...

Helaas geen hele goede ervaring. De pizzas waren wel authentiek, maar vrij karig belegd. De bediening was niet heel professioneel en we moesten lang wachten. Al met al geen goede prijs/kwaliteit.

Gezellig en knus! Duurde wel lang voordat een voorgerecht en een hoofdgerecht kwamen. Voorgerecht van olijven was prima maar wel echt een hele kleine portie. Zag er een beetje karig uit. Pizza Margherita was prima, niet heel bijzonder. Dunne bodem / krokantje. Dessert: Panna cotta was lekker! Duurde ook weer lang. We wilde het eigenlijk cancelen maar kort erna kwam het aan bij ons op tafel. Warme en koude dranken beginnen circa 3/3,50€. Personeel is vriendelijk. Niet geschikt voor rolstoelgebruikers i.v.m. twee deuren, smalle ruimtes en trappen. Goed gelegen midden in de stad. YUMS (via TheFork) werden geaccepteerd (=€20 korting) dat was fijn (maak ook een reservering via TheFork met code: 7C5BE94D en dan krijg je €20 korting om te gebruiken bij deelnemende restaurants!).
