Very bad experience. The security guard was aggressive and pushed us when he saw that we were foreigners. His colleague saw everything but didn't dare say anything. Unprofessional and unsafe.

Poor service and very rude security. The guards behave rudely and disrespectfully towards visitors. Such treatment is unacceptable. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Poor security and absolutely no sense of safety. I was harassed by a group of boys all evening. I reported this to the bar staff multiple times, but nothing was done about it. Eventually, I went to security, where I was told that they “couldn't leave right now.” It is truly unacceptable how these kinds of situations are handled. I will not be coming back here.

If you say you know people inside, you're allowed in; women are admitted anyway. Say anything about it, and you're not allowed in... At least two hours in line, and extreme abuse of power by the security guards. Unfortunate, but it was my first and definitely last time.

The atmosphere could be better if the bouncers weren't so unpleasant and aggressive; they violently throw people out without letting them retrieve their belongings and without giving a reason. Security needs to be reviewed.

Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with my experience at this establishment. First of all, the unfriendly staff was immediately noticeable. There was little to no regard for customer service. Questions were answered curtly, as if I were a nuisance instead of welcome. Furthermore, the service left much to be desired. There was little to no consideration, and the attempt to resolve a simple problem was dismissed without effort. It felt like customer satisfaction wasn't a priority at all. In short: both the staff and the service far exceeded my expectations. I won't be returning and unfortunately, I can't recommend this place.

I wanted to request a song from the DJ, and he grabbed my phone (I thought he'd check out the song I was showing) and started messaging my contacts. Then I reread the message he'd sent to about 15 people on my phone. It said: "Get lost with your song request!" VERY SPECIAL! Great business, except for the DJ!!!!

Too bad, it's not a place I want to go out anymore. So now I have to find somewhere outside Deventer. Because of the changes, the target audience has shifted. To 25 to 35, and sometimes even higher. People aged 18 to 25 were few and far between. It's resulted in only posh people coming. And those are often the most annoying. And sneaky. The music has also deteriorated. The bars on the stairs are waiting for someone to fall through. One was already loose. So, a new Chicago. And no good old-fashioned party tent.

Great place, and if they even sold earplugs (I'd pay a fortune for them), it would be perfect❤️👂

Het kan hartstikke gezellig zijn, maar dan moet de dj anders gaan draaien. Overgangen van muziek slaan nergens op. Drops worden elke keer overgeslagen en muziek sluit niet lekker op elkaar aan.
