Today we went to eat with a group of 8 and just told him to surprise us, then made a tiktok with us, also very tasty food and tea, very fresh fish, also very tasty herring and everything clean and friendly staff, really recommended

Visited here as a team. I'd seen a lot about the selection on Facebook and was very curious about it. We arrived half an hour after opening time and found the oil still needed to be heated. The place was also being cleaned. Apparently, opening time meant THEY could get started, meaning customers couldn't get anything at that time. So we stopped by Stroopwafelwinkeltje for some tea. The team members opted for the fries and kibbeling meal with two sauces that came with it. The other went for the lekkerbek (sweet-nose). Both were very tasty, especially the artisan fries with the skins on. It was a shame, though, that the sauces were gone after a few mediocre dips. Two team members couldn't finish their meals and took them home. One team member thought he was being a jester by asking the owner if he could try a dish "just to try it." He could, if he could buy the whole dish. The owner explained why he couldn't offer a sample. Team member did not accept that and started eating his fish grumbling.

Super delicious. Great dishes, and the value for money is also very good. We would go again.

A hidden gem in Capelle aan den IJsel Today we went to eat with our family at De Visjuwelier. What a great restaurant! A place that really makes you happy. The people who work there are super friendly, spontaneous and you immediately feel welcome. That's why our big compliments to the lady named Nawal, who helped us. You are a star🫶🏻You just notice that they enjoy what they do, and that makes the whole experience even more fun. The food was really delicious, everything was fresh and tasty. You can taste the quality, and that it is prepared with care. To finish we were offered a delicious cup of tea which we thoroughly enjoyed. Really top service to the max with you. At home I enjoyed the delicious salmon steaks in teriyaki/chili sauce😍 For everyone who loves real, quality food/fish, and finds it important to be treated with warmth and friendliness: go here. You won't regret it. We will definitely be back soon!❤️

With a smile and a good word. We like that. Real service. The lady in question (nawal) served us very professionally. She is made for this work. Recently ordered a portion of kibbeling and ate it on a dirty table, just expensive and not tasty (greasy and no herbs on it) guess son 9€ for 8 pieces of fish with a runaway ravigot sauce that you also have to pay extra for. Then the promotion, 4 lekkerbekken for 10€… they were bone fillets, with a limp jacket around them (not crispy) and again no herbs. No, the best man does a nice job but can't compete with the Block in Krimpen or the market. Nice on social media, but unfortunately not a jeweler in fish in terms of range/price and quality.

The buddies were absolutely delightful, but what really made the visit special was the incredibly friendly and attentive lady who helped us.

Delicious food and top service at the Visjuwelier! After working out, I really craved fish & chips and decided to stop by the Visjuwelier. Unfortunately, the fryer was already off, so I couldn't order anymore. But to my great surprise, the team thought along with me fantastically. Naoual, an incredibly friendly employee, spontaneously offered me some delicious fish to take away, completely free of charge. The atmosphere in the shop is warm and hospitable, you immediately feel welcome here. The food is of superior quality, wonderfully fresh and perfectly prepared. The fact that they treat their customers in this way says a lot about their service and passion for the profession. I would love to come back here and can heartily recommend the Visjuwelier to everyone!

Really a top fish shop. We first came to this shop to get 8 Dutch new ones. But we were welcomed by lovely people with tea and got 2 extra Dutch new ones. And the quality is sublime. Very well cleaned and the temperature of the herring was perfect. As a real herring lover I find this even better than the one from Schmidt Zeevis in Rdam.

The best fish in Capelle and Rotterdam! My husband is crazy about their kibbeling, but their garnalenkrokketen are also to die for. We also love the herring/biet salade, we wish they would make it more often! And over the quality, or the convenience, or the affordable prices, what makes De Visjuwelier so special is their customer service, which is sadly rare nowadays. The hardworking and lovely owner remembered my cat was sick, and asked about her afterwards, and offered some fish for her to feel better. I will not forget it🤍

Had a really good experience at the fish jeweler. An extremely sweet blonde lady helped me, but unfortunately I don't know her name. The fish was nice and fresh, the fries better than those of the Bram and the service optimal. They will see me more often.

We enjoyed an excellent meal here on Friday January 3 with our group of 7 people. The various snacks and fish dishes were beautifully presented and tasted delicious. The hospitality was excellent; Afterwards we were spoiled with a delicious cup of Moroccan tea on the house, and we were even given tasty snacks to taste at home. The drive from Eindhoven was more than worth it, and we would definitely like to come back here again!

We went to the fish jeweler for our office lunch. For €50 we were able to purchase a good lunch for 6/7 people. Kibbeling, fried shrimp, fried mussels, fries, sashimi. It was very tasty and just enough for everyone. Since €50 was our budget, we received their sauces for free. Customer-friendly people, a nice team and definitely recommended to visit. It was delicious!

There are no disadvantages. Maybe 1, fish elsewhere no longer tastes as good once you have eaten this fresh fish. The salmon, the tuna... everything is so fresh that supermarket fish is no longer tasty! I now come there every week to get my fish! Recommended!

I got the kibbeling bucket today I paid 20 cents for a plastic bag. But didn't get it. I went back and what did that girl say? Yes, it is above the lid on the container.
