De Wagenschuur - REMEKER in Buitengebied Ede-Stad

We've been coming here for years for the delicious pastries and coffee. This year, we also added a fully renovated outdoor area with more seating, a (covered) play area for children, and a trampoline. There's also a children's play area inside.

We had a delicious high tea. Well-prepared and tasty snacks.

When we asked if our young children could have their already made sandwiches with peanut butter while we just wanted to order for ourselves, this was refused by the owner, and was said 'That's not my problem'. Unfortunately, I don't see child-friendliness and sustainability in this. And you won't see us again either. Nice place, but a little thinking along should be possible, right:)?

Hidden gem in this area. I bought raisin bread with cheese price 4,25. It is worth the price, i like the meals there. Cheese was strong and tastes so premium. There is a big parking park for cars and enough space for bicycle inside the area. There is also place for children to play. Areas are inside and outside. What so interesting was the vibe. The exterior design and how they put the tables make the vibe feel so nice. One that can be improved is make the menu with pictures so people can see what they look like than just a grayscale menu. But overall i recommend this place to my friends or colleagues

Totally cozy, tasty and atmospheric; wonderful for children. Beautiful place from where you can walk straight into the forest or enjoy a drink and cake after a walk. In addition to coffee, various teas and soft drinks. And a wide choice of pastries. Also a small shop with a range of cheeses - eggs - bread - meat - spreads - beers and other beautiful products. Go try it out too! You can also buy/order a beautiful product set for Sinterklaas and Christmas... A nice way to surprise family friends?

Nice place for a coffee stop during a bike ride

Wonderful place! Delicious coffee and cakes, nice terrace, between the tall trees, close to the forest and yet on the farmer's property. It's also nice that you can take a cheese and a beer with you to take home. Lovely hostess Evelien has really made it a nice place!

Nice farm atmosphere and they have delicious coffee. Nice to enjoy a cup of coffee while the children play.

Very nice! Heard about the delicious coffee and that children can play there so much, well that is certainly true 👍🏻. This morning I went with my 3-year-old son and he had a great time playing in the haystack, drinking delicious apple/pear juice and eating a croissant. To top it all off, he received a delicious ice cream from the nice lady who works there. I drank delicious coffee and the baked cheesecake is highly recommended 👌. Beautiful terrace, also beautiful inside, it is neatly maintained, plenty of parking space, toilets available and, above all, 2 very friendly ladies who helped us. Definitely we will come back here.

What a nice coffee address. Lovely terrace but especially delicious homemade pastries and cakes and so on. It is original for the children to be able to play in the haystack. Afterwards they suffered from the itching on their sweaty arms and legs in this nice weather, but luckily that went away quickly. We will come back sometime. Oh yes, from the name I expected that cheese would also be sold (pieces for individual sale) but that was not the case, that would be a nice addition. In addition, in addition to Jorisbrood, I would also hire another baker for people who do not like sourdough bread.

Delicious coffee and really delicious apple pie. Definitely recommended!

During our holiday on a quiet Thursday morning, we had a cup of coffee here and had something delicious to eat: Everything tasted delicious. Nice place to have a drink/eat where the children can play inside and outside. Small scale, very friendly service. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely visit again.

A nice coffee shop in Kernhem Ede, near beautiful surroundings. Nice playground for children, but the peace and quiet is always present due to the attractive location among the greenery. And not unimportant: the coffee is excellent!

De Wagenschuur is een super fijne en gezellige plek om een bakkie te doen! Als je omgeving Ede bent zou ik het zeker aanraden, leuke en warme inrichting en super aardige bediening. Ook een mooie locatie om tijdens een vrijgezellenfeest gebruik van te maken, er kan veel met overleg!!! Dankjulliewel!

Fijn met jonge kids door de ruimte buiten en binnen om te spelen en een speel hooiberg. Koffie, thee en allerlei boerderij producten te koop zoals goed vlees.

Mooie toevoeging aan Kernhemmer Landgoed. Heerlijke koffie en taartjes.

Gisteren ben ik hier naartoe gegaan nadat ik @wagenschuur op insta voorbij zag komen. Enorm genoten van de Lemon poppyseed cake. Super aardig personeel echt een aanrader. Ps ook heel fijn voor de kids er zit een leuk speel hoekje
