A good bistro or eat simple but tasty pkats!! Good beers on tap. The well-stocked children's dish for a 10 year old child!! Great welcome and fast service

Top terrace, top service, just a beautiful and fun restaurant. Last Sunday we had a drink on a terrace at the Zuid. Was great again.

Fine, but not special. Small goat cheese salad was a bit poor for the price. Asked in advance if there were onions on it. Answer was no. Amsterdam onions are not onions ;-). Staff could be better trained so that they can do their work more professionally. Good quality food. At the price. Nice terrace.

Cozy table and good service. But if I wanted to sit in a brown café, I would have gone there. We had something to celebrate but could barely hear each other. The people at the bar had the upper hand and acoustically it's really bad. Too bad because we didn't go to a restaurant for that. Very good place in Landsmeer. 100% recommendation!

Friendly service, but unfortunately the food was not good. The ordered sole was floating in a bath of fat and was fried too briefly, making it difficult to remove from the bone. One of the servers was also complaining loudly about customers!!

Ordered cheese sandwich. Two thick, brown sandwiches with one slice of cheese in between, which was absolutely impossible to find and could be tasted after a bite of chewing. Dry food, most likely without any butter. But just pay €7.50. Thank you..

What a surprise this place is. Nice staff, delicious food and drinks. The brunch on Sunday was great with a great singer. Had a great afternoon and will definitely do it again.

The food is delicious! The beef burger in particular is highly recommended. Service quite nice. And the atmosphere is very nice. you have a view of the Johan Kruijff arena. And after I had finished eating I went to the match against Telstar. Very nice competition. This place is highly recommended before the match

We found everything disappointing, wienerschitsel was dry and the carpaccio was gritty and served on a lukewarm plate and then 7.5 euros for a base of house wine is really crazy. That was once but never again. The ladies at the counter did their best, hence the two stars.

We came here for brunch and it was amazing! Friendly waitstaff, food was amazing and not too expensive if we compare to Amsterdam city centre.

According to the menu, Sando Chicken would be served on a brioche. That was just toast without explanation. It's amazing how you can make chicken taste like water. Philly Cheese Steak served on crackling flatbread that looked like plywood. Not much steak, a lot of cheddar sauce. It had probably been ready to be served for a while, because the sauce had already developed a skin. This was on a Sunday afternoon, very quiet and lots of staff in the shop. Still had to wait 40 minutes for our lunch. Quality is not in proportion to the price, in my opinion, next time we will skip it.

Drink prices not included in the menu, didn't get a drinks menu. Prices in the upper, medium price range. The food was great, the atmosphere was appealing. Overall rating from us, a total of 4 people, 4 stars

Delicious food, very nice friendly service and the atmosphere was nice, warm and modern.

In terms of atmosphere, something could still be done outside, there are no flowers or candles on the table. Ate spare ribs, but for the price of 24.50 we only got a very small piece, and you have to order fries separately. you could order something extra for another 9.50. But for 24.50 you expect a nice piece of spare ribs. This one almost blew off your plate, it was so small. If you order a glass of wine for 3 people, the waitress places all 3 on the corner of the table instead of serving it.

Nice restaurant for lunch and dinner with good food in a nice atmosphere

Lovely eatery with a delightful atmosphere and welcoming service. Situated on the main street of a charming small town, Landsmeer, just a 20-minute drive from Amsterdam, this restaurant offers a straightforward menu with excellently prepared dishes. The beef was tender and perfectly complemented by the delicious "jus de veau" sauce. The dish features tender slices of beef, and the sweet potato fries with truffle mayo can be ordered as a side dish. Additionally, the seafood salad was generously sized, offering a satisfying portion.

3 stars the staff was friendly. But how long does it all take! Booked at 5:00 PM. No drinks menu to be seen and we had to wait half for a menu. Finally I asked myself. And after another half hour the order was taken, after asking again. The starter was fine. But more than just the dinner itself, it was a sad vegan curry that doesn't fill you up quickly! And for 23.50 I expected a bit more. Then the dessert, the tea and coffee arrived before the dessert, we also had to wait half an hour for it. The brownie was too hard, strawberries cut in half, I think maybe 2 strawberries together. My girlfriend had a cheesecake that was unedible and tasted very sour! Add a nice glass of wine. The glass was very large for what you get 3 sips and it's gone. Just like the Baileys. No ice, nothing. So we won't go here anymore, it's quite expensive for what you get! Sat there for 3.5 hours.

But we hadn't even taken off our coats when we were asked if we wanted to order something to drink. Half a minute later we received the card, another minute later we were asked if we had made a choice. "No not yet". Two minutes later, the next staff member asked the same question again. Had a nice meal with my wife and our two kids during a weekend away. The place was surprisingly full on a Monday evening. Delicious burgers, according to our daughter the tastiest Pannekoek ever. My wife had sushi. But I have to say that I thought 1 roll of sushi for € 22.50 was really expensive. In my opinion, this type and size of (starter) dish should cost € 12-15, right?

The restaurant is neat but also a bit old-fashioned. If that's what you like, it's really fine. I eat vegan and couldn't eat the regular menu. There was a vegetarian burger. Or perhaps it could be made vegan. The chef was very friendly at the table and fortunately it was possible. Super nice location, very good staff for a drink and delicious food, definitely worth it

The best schnitzel I have eaten in the Netherlands! And that unexpectedly in my own village. The atmosphere and service were also pleasant. Highly recommended for those who love a classically prepared (veal) schnitzel.

The place was nicely decorated, that's for sure...I had a snitzel with mushroom sauce that still had plenty of flavor. Especially a lot of tasteless breadcrumbs. Above all, the service is having a great time with each other, and the people at the bar. I got up to pay the bill myself... and also really looked around for the second drink to catch a glance after minutes. They did come quickly to ask, does it all taste good... Snitzel with sweet potato fries, small plate of pasta, 2 coffees, 4 soft drinks, 80 EU.... no, I certainly didn't think it was worth it. They would tell the chef that it was a bland meal. In short, last time. Waste of money. I left half of it. Sweet potato fries were tasty

Gezellige bediening en lekker geluncht.

We tried the small bites menu and chose nachos, gambas and meatballs. A quick decision as we spotted this attractive restaurant with outdoor seating area. Indoor air conditioning. Very welcoming staff and atmosphere, Menu in Dutch language and English speaking young woman offered to translate. Good value and much larger portions than anticipated. Ice cool drinks and just perfect for a quick, tasty and well presented snack. Looking forward to meeting there again tomorrow for morning coffee. Thanks. I guess it will be a regular place to eat when visiting Amsterdam and using the well served public transport into the Centrum! We found it easy to find a parking place.

Leuk terras in het Midden van het dorp. Lunch was erg goed.

Er liep een vrolijk meisje te bedienen maar ook één die ik niet niet graag elke dag aan de tafel zou willen hebben. 't eten was goed, jammer dat er alleen maar stukjes van 200 gram vlees te bestellen was.

Mooie horecagelegenheid gelegen in het centrum van Landsmeer. Onze lunchgerechten waren goed verzorgd en lekker.

Das Essen war sehr sehr gut! Wir sind alle satt geworden, somit kann ich den Vorrednern nicht beipflichten. Die Preise sind gehoben, gemessen an der Qualität, Geschmack & Anrichtung aber angemessen. Die Trüffel - Pasta und das Steak waren auf den Punkt. Grandios 🫶🏻 Die Bedienung war sehr nett & aufmerksam.

Eten was heerlijk. Sausjes waren iets aan de zoute kant. De porties te klein voor wat je moet betalen.

Lekker beetje te zout maar wel lekker

Kleinzoon jarig, werd gevierd met een etentje. Erg lekker. Goede, vriendelijke bediening. Waren met een groep, werd bijna gelijk bediend. Voorkomend, bij een afstapje werd gewaarschuwd. Kannen met water op tafel. Schonken goede wijn.

Enjoyed my Croque Madam. My friend her vegetarian Omelet which was not on the menu. Service was friendly and quick. We did not have much time so we ended take away our unfinished meal.

Was leuk maar had toch meer verwacht

Ik was er gisteravond weer, na lange tijd. Eerder vond ik de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding erbarmelijk en helaas was dat weer het geval. Tonijn was niet vies maar ook niet lekker. Kabeljauw was droog en de saus heel zout. Dat bleek zo te horen, zei de bediening (welke overigens ook niet de vrolijkste waren). Moest mijn bestek van voorgerecht laten liggen want mevrouw van de bediening had geen messen meer (?) en anders moest ze weer poleren….Voor dat geld, echt niet waard. Dan verwacht ik volle service. Jammer.

Leuke mensen en super goed eten!

Hier niet komen als je honger hebt. Mini porties voor hoge prijzen. eerder wc-snack dan diner. hierna ergens anders heen gevlucht om mijn honger te stillen. smaak was wel ok.

Geweldige plek om te eten! Na meerdere keren nog steeds niet teleurgesteld.

Wat een fijne plek! Toch wel 2 keer per maand zijn we hier en hebben we een heel fijn plekje aan de bar, lekker borrelen en samen een hapje eten. En altijd hebben we een top avond. Het eten is natuurlijk heerlijk, maar met name ook de gezelligheid en attentheid van iedereen in de bediening en dan met name van Misha - die achter de bar staat - maakt onze avonden een feestje. Heerlijk gegeten! Shared dining is echt een aanrader!

Helaas moet ik melden dat ik zondag voedsel vergiftiging heb opgelopen bij De Zuyd. Zeebaars ceviche, smaakte me al niet goed maar mijn vriendin had door dat het niet goed was. We hebben de helft laten staan en personeel laten weten. Volgens de kok was het vers (levering op zaterdag???) en gewoon goed. Dat is de reden dat ik het openbaar zet, een kok zou beter moeten weten. Het was wel van de rekening gehaald, vandaar toch nog 2 sterren.

Lekker gegeten en vrij vlotte bediening. De lunchkaart is wel al heel lang hetzelfde.
