Del Limone Mierlo in Wijk 01 Mierlo

This is the Italian place I've been searching for for years. It has an Italian atmosphere, and the food is phenomenal. The terrace is also definitely recommended; it looks nice and inviting. You can see right into the kitchen, so you can watch every dish being freshly prepared. The food was served quickly and was truly delicious. We also really appreciated the friendly staff. All in all, if you're looking for an Italian restaurant with excellent food, this is definitely one to try.

The pizzas are delicious! I had a carpaccio pizza. The seating area is quite small, but it was comfortable!

Our first time at Del Limone. Apparently, something went wrong with the first Valzone; upon pickup, we were told it needed to be remade. No problem, it happens. 10 minutes later, it was ready, and we drove home in 3 minutes. IT WAS DELICIOUS, but the filling could have been a bit warmer. Fresh from the oven and 3 minutes on the way home, it can't possibly be lukewarm... But, we'll definitely be back or ordering again soon.

The best pizzas in the region. They also have a small seating area. But they also have a location in Someren, if you'd like to dine in a bit more. It's bigger there.

Delicious food, good service, nothing to complain about

The pizzas are of Italian quality and very tasty, also well topped. Delivery staff friendly and products arrive warm. A small point of criticism is that the pesto on the pizza pollo was very greasy and had little taste. It even looked more like a ground spinach sauce with oil.

Pizzas are tasty, but very expensive. For a simple Spaghetti carbonara you pay 15 euros! Then you may expect something special... but no. Price/quality is not okay.

What a great discovery! We ended up here on the recommendation of friends, and boy, what a pleasant surprise. The pizza was really delicious – thin, crispy base, tasty sauce, and everything fresh as it should be. The beer came out of a bottle, just the way we like it – cold, simple and good. The service is really great: friendly, caring and no question is too much. We were helped quickly, and they were also super correct and polite on the phone. Small disappointment: no Aperol Spritz, but hey, we quickly forget that with all those lemon touches everywhere – from the decoration everywhere, it spontaneously puts a smile on your face. Del Limone lives up to its name – a fresh, cozy place where you feel welcome.

We had ordered quite a large order of pizza (22) and yet they were all fresh and an average food chain cannot match that and then we are not talking about the quality

We aten met 13 personen. Een knus restaurant, gezellige drukte, vergelijkbaar met Italië. Dat maakt het extra bijzonder. Vriendelijk personeel, vlotte bediening, pizza’s kwamen allemaal te gelijk. De pizza’s waren zoals ze horen te zijn, dunne bodem zonder rand, goed belegd, enorm smaakvol, goed van grote, goed gevuld, weinig vocht wat het deeg stevig houdt. Al met al compliment waardig. Dat geldt ook voor de pasta’s. Heel smaakvol goed gevuld en heerlijk. Jammer dat dit restaurant niet in Alkmaar zit. Wij komen hier zeker terug.

We ordered some pizza for takeaway. They were really good pizza, also got prepared on time.

I ordered a margahrita pizza, it only arrived after 1.5 hours and it was very black, it was inedible, tasted like your grandma's pie.

We ate the best pizza here since our holiday in Italy. An incredibly delicious wine. The evening ended perfectly with home-made limoncello – a real treat for the taste buds. The waiter was very attentive. When another reservation canceled, he kindly added an extra table to us so that we had more space. Thanks for a great evening!

Think of one of the best pizzas in the Netherlands, in Mierlo it is small (so if you want to eat there, make a reservation) but the pizza is great!

By far the best pizzas in the area! Just the way you want them. A thin base without being completely covered in fat. This time we went for the pesto pasta. The portion was not sufficient for me and it was a bit bland... what did I miss, the pesto or the creamy of the sauce. Nice try, I remain a huge fan of the pizzas!

I'm Italian and I was homesick, I tried this pizzeria. Very nice location, friendly and efficient staff, the pizza was ok, not bad for being 700km from home. If you've never eaten pizza in Italy, you can't complain. If you're Italian, don't expect too much.

I had reserved for 6:30 PM, but I had called in advance to say that it might be half an hour later. That was no problem. When we arrived at 6.40 pm there was no table available, it had simply been given to someone else. Whether we wanted to start outside. We did this with the caveat that we could still enter no later than 7 p.m. After 15 minutes no drinks taken and no card. At 7.15 pm there was still no table available... just before we went, we were able to go in for dinner around 7.30 pm. No drink or other compensation offered. The food was very tasty, but unfortunately I won't be coming back again.

This is one of the best pizzerias I have ever eaten at, in the Netherlands and abroad. The pizzas have a delicious thin and crispy base, with plenty of toppings. The people who work there are extremely nice and motivated. You can also pick up or deliver, but for the best taste and quality it is of course better to have the pizzas served and eaten straight from the oven.

A few days in Mierlo and made a reservation here because of the positive reviews. No lies about the reviews, it was a tasteful party eating here. All 4 of us thought this was the tastiest pizza ever. Thin base, well topped and tasty. It was busy but the service was friendly and efficient. The only question is since we don't live nearby: When will you open a branch in Emmeloord? 😁

Nice little pizzeria. You can sit outside in the middle of town and enjoy the delicious pizza. The pizza isn't particularly greasy and the cardboard box doesn't get soggy. There is also an optional gluten-free dough variant. However, we have not tested these. We ordered ToGo and were not disappointed. It was busy and the waiting time was predicted very accurately. Gladly again!

Nice restaurant, not big but great taste quality. They go to Italy every year to gain a new taste experience. They then use this in their delicious dishes. Something went wrong with my bank, but they still delivered food. That was my fault and not theirs. Once again perfect taste experience.

Very good pizza (quality/price ratio). The person who was in the cellar at the time was very professional, fast, attentive, service-oriented, cooperative. All in all, I would definitely eat there again. Praise for their hard work (not forgetting the chef of course)

After a long time, I finally ate a decent pizza again! Wonderfully thin base that is well baked and is not soft when you cut it. No thick or wide crusts, not all the toppings stuck in the middle like the big chains, just a nice, tasty thin pizza that is well topped without all the fuss. It can just be that easy. Quickly served, friendly priced... I will definitely come back!

Wij hebben op via de website een bestelling geplaatst om het af te halen en thuis op te eten. De bestelling was nog niet klaar maar we mochten wachten met een glaasje prosecco vanwege het 5 jarig jubileum, erg leuk! Eten werd goed verpakt en was nog erg warm bij thuiskomst, het eten was erg vers en goed bereid!

Ik schrijf deze beoordeling, na het ophalen van mijn broodje Bresaola Del Limone. Maar ik ben inmiddels al vaak bij Del Limone geweest. 2 keer in het restaurant gegeten, en meermaals afgehaald/laten bezorgd . De kwaliteit van het eten is uitstekend, iedereen kent de pizza uit de vriezer/domino’s/NYP of pizza van de kebabzaak. Maar dit zijn naar mijn idee de echte pizza’s, het is allemaal even smaakvol en vers. De pizza van de maand is vaak een aansprekende keuze. Op de vrijdagen hebben ze vanaf 11:00 verse broodjes, zelf gemaakte ciabatta’s die ze zelf per bestelling vers bakken. Ik werk onregelmatige diensten, en helaas vaak op vrijdag. Maar als ik de kans heb ga ik op vrijdag een broodje halen bij Del Limone. Het restaurant zelf is klein, maar sfeervol. In de lente/zomer hebben ze ook een mooi en ruim terras. De ligging is niet zo gunstig als bijvoorbeeld voor de Koffer in Mierlo. Maar de geur van de pizzaovens komt je in de avond tegemoet, en wijst je al vlug de goede kant uit. Inmiddels zitten ze er al een aantal jaar, en juist de ligging heeft al meerdere uitbaters parten gespeeld. Het personeel is altijd erg vriendelijk, de eigenaren is een leuk jong stel. De levering van de pizza’s is goed geregeld, via de site (of telefonisch) je bezorgmoment kiezen, en ze zijn altijd prima op tijd. Ik mag hopen dat ik en mijn gezin nog vele jaren mogen genieten van del Limone. Het is al sinds het begin van hun bestaan een uitermate welkome toevoeging aan de kern van Mierlo.

This small pizzeria has it all right. Although it is very small, it is cozy and atmospheric. The pizzas and pasta are/are really fantastic! I can imagine that people order here often. The only downside is that with these temperatures it is very drafty if you sit near the door.

One of the best pizzas of my life and I am really very critical! Everything was perfect, the flavors, the base, the fresh ingredients and plenty of toppings. Live far from Mierlo but will come back asap!

Great pizza! Frankly, the best I've had in the 2 years that I've lived in Noord Brabant. The dough is thin, all the ingredients are fresh, you can feel that the pizzaiolo has been doing this for years and has a great knowledge of "really italian" pizza. I recommend visiting for sure! Or try with home delivery, the couriers bring the pizza very quickly)
