I drove all the way from Krommenie specifically to this place for the ice cream. I checked the opening hours before leaving. 9:00 PM. Great. I arrived at 8:00 PM. I wanted coffee, because if you advertise coffee and ice cream, and the ice cream is so good, I can assume the coffee is good too. The machine had just been cleaned, so there was no coffee in it. And I find that odd. Ten minutes before closing? Fine. I get that. Cleaning everything an hour before closing? I find that odd and unfriendly. And then three teenagers come up with excuses that that's how it works in the hospitality industry, and that some inn down the road still serves coffee. I guess the message didn't get through. I'm here for your coffee. "Usually no one comes in the last hour," was the answer. Then a group of six comes in, and after that two more couples. A lame excuse, from an unfriendly employee. What a disappointment. After my ice cream, I left a crowded restaurant without saying a word, and the staff stared at me as if I was the rude one. The bottom line is, if I'm in the area, it's fine, but I'm not going to make the detour again. Google said it was "busier than usual." I'd made coffee for my customer, then back to cleaning. Imagine having to wait an extra 5 minutes.

Summer or winter, ice cream from DiFi is always a good choice! We love coming here with the whole family. Fantastic ice cream parlor!

The most delicious gelato (ice cream) in North Holland. It's always busy (and for good reason). Everything is fresh and made with love. You can taste it too!! My favorite: pistachio, limoncello, Greek yogurt, blueberries, pineapple. The dark chocolate is delicious if you prefer dark chocolate. The caramel. The coffee is also delicious—and you can sit outside.

Beautiful terrace and lovely ice cream parlor. The flavors could be a bit more surprising.

An ice cream parlor I love. Sublime quality ice cream.

The best ice cream in all of North Holland and the surrounding area. Very large portions and perfectly made. We've been coming here for years, and we don't know any other ice cream parlor that can match it. Not even "De Hoop" in Blaricum, where we used to live. The ice cream is good, but definitely not on par with Difiorentina in Heiloo.

Pistachio cone: by far the best ice cream this summer! Just got it yesterday, just before fall. And even one scoop isn't being downsized here. Great value for money. Enjoying it on the cozy patio under the scoops!

Have been getting 🍨 here for a few years now, I love thier consistency in quality and even with the price increase (which makes sense) I never have the feeling it is expensive, what I often experience at other locations with a higher price and less quality of ice.

You have ice cream and you have the heavenly delight of Di Fiorentina. Definitely worth a detour.

The store is in the wrong place. It would be better off on the beach, and I was disappointed with the ice.

Two fantastic ice cream parlors in Heiloo: this one and Pinnocio. Mirtillo (blueberry) and Lampone (raspberry). Cherly didn't know which flavors she had, but she was surprised! She also had a bowl of Limoncello and Fruto Della Passione (passion fruit).

The best ice cream in North Holland! Especially considering the price-quality ratio. Partly due to the large scoops. There's always a huge line, and inside, there's no order at all. This often ruins the experience for me. Even if they showed the flavors outside that day, it would make a huge difference! The seating is nice and comfortable, unfortunately, that's only if there's actually room. It's an extra challenge if you're with a group or family. So, good ice cream, huge crowds. Many people are willing to pay for it, which says a lot about the ice cream. I get that sometimes.

Let's start with the negatives. There are so many delicious ice cream flavors that it's truly hard to choose. The ice cream is excellent; the limoncello, for example, is highly recommended, and you get huge scoops. The prices are also very reasonable, and even with a long line, it moves quickly and you don't have to wait too long. There's a nice terrace, and it's a lovely way to end a long walk in the woods.

Friendly staff, quick service, and plenty of ice cream in a scoop. All in all, great, highly recommended.

Always a treat to go here!🤩 Lots of (delicious) choices, very generous portions at a good price. I'm happy to drive around and stand in line (which sometimes extends all the way to the bike path).

The best ice cream around, great flavors, and great value for money. Highly recommended.

The scoops are big, so the price of 2,05€ for a scoop is absolutely OK. There is always a queue in front of the shop, but basically you do not have to wait long until you can place your order. Last not least the most important question about the taste 😋 they have lot of different flavours you can select from and the taste was excellent.

This ice cream parlor is out of this world! I'm asked: "Would you like one or two scoops?" Well, I think: I'll just—like usual—have two scoops. You get a real ice cream (I'm leaving out the "-je" where), which makes it a real struggle to eat it. I have to say, though: the delicious flavor makes this struggle more manageable.

Still leaving a review for something as simple as an ice cream. Not only do they serve exorbitant (Italian) balls, but it is also very tasty. Lemon sorbet wonderfully soft with a bitter-sour lemon flavour, as you would hope for with this flavour. The ice cream wonderfully soft and full of flavour. Great!
