What a lovely restaurant. The food is very tasty. The atmosphere is very relaxed, partly due to the way the waitresses do their job. Calm, clear explanations of what each dish entails, and with humor. The service is top-notch!

If you want to taste real Italian cuisine, you REALLY must be here.

What lovely waitresses, they know how to answer a lot of questions. However, the owner was probably sitting on the terrace watching videos on his phone with the sound on, which we found very unfortunate and disruptive. But that didn't spoil the delicious food. Definitely a recommended, top restaurant.

Seen at Little Big Italy, nice restaurant, daughter and mother together, authentic food from Puglia, not standard Italian, tried delicious pasta and oven-baked parmigiana, will definitely come back, highly recommended. Ciao e a presto.

Christmas dinner at De Dames. There were three of us, so we basically had everything on the Christmas menu. We started with a delicious Prosecco. During dinner, a good Chianti at a reasonable price. Everything, and I mean absolutely everything, was perfect. The combinations, the colors on the plate, and of course, the flavors. The highlights of the dinner were the antipasti, the potato soup, the taglioni, the eggplant, and the tiramisu. Especially the taglioni; that really needs to be on the menu. It was amazing. And the service? As always. Attentive, knowledgeable, and hospitable. This was a Christmas to never forget. Thank you.

Wow, what a fantastic restaurant! We had such a wonderful meal here, and the service was fantastic. We both had the 4-course dinner, which, of course, included the winning dish. What a fantastic dish, and so delicious! The service was also incredibly polite and professional, with excellent service. They immediately took our coats upon arrival to hang them up. You don't see that everywhere. They also had a great knowledge of the wines, and when they served, they politely explained what was on the drinks platter. It was also nice that they occasionally spoke Italian, which we absolutely loved and definitely appreciated. It was a successful evening and we got our money's worth, which wasn't cheap, but that's no problem after such an evening. Thank you so much for this wonderful evening.

A very nice restaurant, we were a group of nine people. Unfortunately, you can't choose from the regular menu, but we did get a bruschetta starter, followed by three appetizer platters well-stocked with cheeses and baguettes with spreads. After the appetizer platter, we had a choice of meat/fish or two different types of pasta. Two of us had lasagna, which isn't normally on the menu, so you have to request it well in advance.

It felt like we were back in Puglia. Delicious, authentic dishes, according to Nona's taste. The ragout is fantastic.

The best Italian restaurant in the Rotterdam area and surroundings. Very nice environment. Careful and attentive service. The mixed starter is plentiful and very varied: cold cuts, cheeses, meatballs, grilled vegetables, bruschetta and much more. The Orecchiette with Rustic Sauce was a delight and definitely a good, generous portion. Excellent desserts. Worth returning several times to try the other specialties that vary between Puglia and Abruzzo. Update: came back in the last few days. Wonderful carbonara and very tasty stew. Always a guarantee of quality and courtesy! The wine selection is decidedly high quality.

If your meat arrives medium but is cold and then goes into the oven to be well done it comes back way overcooked. You don't get a star.

The pastas here are really very tasty! The menu was not very extensive and had a few options, the food that we had chosen was experienced by everyone as very tasty. Because there was a large group in another room, the food took quite a long time to be served and the service was also very busy. The service was quite young which you noticed in the way they interacted, because of the crowd I got a feeling of haste when serving, I suspect because of little experience, but everyone has to learn it sometime.. It is very personal, but when I go to eat Italian I always expect an old interior that breathes history, Divina Cucina has a fresher decor, which in that respect fits better with the (for me new) Italian dishes on the menu.

What a lovely restaurant for those who really want to eat Italian. A gem in the Hoekse Waard. Everything was perfect and what hospitality. We will definitely go here again to eat. Classy 👌

Very friendly staff. The manager invited us for a glass of Prosecco because the table wasn't free yet and we hadn't made a reservation. The service was first-class. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Attention to detail. The manager takes her time with each table and makes sure everyone is present. We'd go back anytime. Good and authentic Italian cuisine, tasty wine. Service took some time.

Sadly disappointing. The orchiette pasta was delicious and so was the limoncello dessert. However, we did not taste the marsala in the gnocchi, the cod did not come with the almond crust and the sauce was too little, the sirloin steak was tough and the sauce far too watery and the white chocolate dessert was missing the balsamic vinegar and the figs consisted of 2 small quarter pieces (so half a fig). The decor of the restaurant is attractive, but the Christmas lights are still hanging from the ceiling. The service and owner are super friendly! But in the end you come for the food and this will not be repeated for us. It wasn't very bad, but you have to deliver/do what you promise on the menu. Now it became a disappointment due to the lack of parts.

Very tasty meal. Both took a 4 course menu. Myself with the Orecchietta Mass and my wife with the Gnocchetti Marsoli. Both very satisfied. Service very attentive. We will definitely come back here.

Food was really tasty. Due to Easter crowds () it took a very long time. But it was resolved well and pleasantly by the staff and owner. Highly recommended for us. The place could use some updating in terms of decor (Christmas lights at Easter) But the taste of food makes up for a lot.

This was our second visit, this time with mum in tow. Once again the food was beautifully presented and was very tasty indeed. The service is efficient but not so fast that you think you might be waiting for a burger, and is always delivered with a warm smile. Try their award winning pasta dish, it's just exquisite. We will be back again for sure!

We've been to dinner about four times now and it's always been super tasty. The antipasti board is great and is also changed regularly. There are also super tasty fish dishes on the menu. Highly recommended, the service is also very friendly and the chef always comes for a chat.

Had a delicious meal at Divina Cucina last night. Reception was extremely hospitable. And the 4-course menu was really exceptionally good. Very attentive ladies in the service with genuine attention to the guests. Kudos to the team and a big compliment to the chef!!! The food is ottimo!

We had a super good and delicious meal here. We were 4 people and were helped very well by the friendly service. We also opted for the 4-course menu where all dishes (bruschetta, platter with all kinds of delicacies, the pasta that won a prize at the National Championships and a vegetarian dish with eggplant and white chocolate mousse) tasted good and fresh. I am not vegetarian at all, but it was very tasty and filling. Top tent and highly recommended for anyone who likes real Italian dishes in combination with great service!

We were invited for dinner and then you have to wait and see where you end up. Luckily we came across this restaurant. Don't expect a pizzeria but an Osteria, because the food was delicious and special. Service was friendly. I can recommend this restaurant!

I had dinner here with my friend, but I am not happy with the price we had to pay. We both opted for a 3-course menu without a main course, but were quickly full so we stopped at the antipasti misti. We also ordered a large bottle of water. Had to pay all 51.50 for this. I think it is very pricey for what we consumed. Apart from this, the food was tasty and the staff friendly.

After being offered the 3 or 4 course menu, we both opted for just a main course with halibut fillet. We are small eaters, so yes... When served, the halibut came with a bowl of potatoes. When we asked whether vegetables would also be served, we were first told that this was because we had not chosen a menu and then referred to a few burnt strings, which were supposed to be carrots and yes, potatoes are also a vegetable. Our wish for more vegetables was honored with one bite of mushrooms and again the burnt carrot strings. This for an amount of 27 pp looked meager. Fortunately, the halibut was prepared quite well. When the main meal was over, we were offered coffee on the house. Very sweet, but a thoughtful response to the 'forgotten vegetables' would have left a better impression. Delicious Italian dining in combination with very good service for a well-organized evening out. Food is of high quality (4 courses is recommended with a variety of hot and cold Italian dishes and of course many choices), the flavors are diverse and spot on. The ladies in the service top it off with an eye for the guests and detail (a small surprise initiated by the service during desert in honor of our wedding anniversary was much appreciated)

Food has a very bland taste and really lacks Italian influences. Veal stew tasted of nothing. Ravioli with truffle was reasonable. Service is friendly but inexperienced. In terms of furnishings, it could use an upgrade.

Bij toeval kwamen we hier terecht. Maar we gaan zeker terugkomen. Wat een heerlijke gerechten. Pasta met hele goede saus. Ook het kalfsvlees was zeer smaakvol en perfect bereid. Tot slot het desert. Daar bleek een bolletje ijs bij te zitten. Ik ben niet dol op ijs. Maar dit ijs was zo zacht van structuur en zo smaakvol, ik heb het helemaal op.

Heerlijk eten dat steeds vers bereid wordt en voor iedereen steeds opnieuw gemaakt wordt Het 2,3,4 gangen menu is zeker een aanrader. Hele vriendelijke mensen en leuke bediening die nog net even een stapje harder voor je lopen

Echte tegenvaller. We hadden, op basis van eerdere beoordelingen, hoge verwachtingen. Jammer genoeg werden deze niet ingelost. Het enige pluspunt was het voorgerecht. De rest midte de echte Italiaanse smaken. Geen aanrader.

Gisteren (tijdens de protest-opening) hier heerlijk gegeten! Niet verwacht dat er voor zo'n korte opening zoveel te kiezen zou zijn van de normale menukaart. Je doet iets goed of niet!? De bruschetta is sowieso een aanrader en de lasagne en ravioli die erop volgde deed er ook zeker niet voor onder. Fijne en attente bediening. Wij komen zeker terug! Update: In de tussentijd alweer een aantal keer geweest en iedere keer weer even lekker!

Geweldig. Deden erg hun best om ons 2en een plaats te geven ondanks dat we niet gereserveerd hadden. Ik was jarig (83) en werd erg lief benaderd. Heel erg bedankt. A.Balzer

Ruim van tevoren gereserveerd. Bij aankomst wordt verteld dat de pizzabakker ziek is. Later bleek dat deze pizzabakker al ruim een week afwezig is. Dat is niet verteld bij het reserveren. Dan blijft alleen eten over wat je eigelijk niet wilt. Uiteindelijk veel te kleine portie’s pasta genomen. Van tevoren 2 brood met kruidenboter besteld waarvan het brood verbrand was. Geen enkele compensatie gekregen, ook de koffie betaald. Davina Cucina nee daar kom ik niet meer. Heb ik veel en veel betere Italiaanse restaurants bezocht………slecht, zeer slecht te triest voor woorden. De eigenaar kan op zijn minst bij het reserveren kenbaar maken dat er geen pizza’s kunnen worden gemaakt..

Het eten is heerlijk maar zoooooooo weinig

We halen al een aantal jaren pizza. Altijd goed gegaan. Gister helaas een keer mis gegaan maar top opgelost en 1000 maal excuses gehad. De pizza’s zijn heerlijk, echt Italiaans, en er worden verse ingrediënten gebruikt. Ook in het restaurant kun je heel goed eten.
