Domino's Pizza in Pijnacker

Hair in food, very poor handling/compensation after complaint.

Home delivery is sometimes possible and sometimes not. They keep adjusting the delivery area. Very frustrating. And sometimes even the beginning of the street is available but not the end. Sorry, so I'm no longer a customer.

Plus because the pizzas were ready very quickly. The downsides are that (perhaps that's why they were so fast?) the pizzas were very disappointing. There were 3 cheese pizzas that should also have had gorgonzola, but there was none. Also asked for paprika as an extra ingredient, which was barely there. A shawarma pizza had burnt shawarma on it. There was also hardly any tomato sauce used, which made it very tasteless. We are very disappointed because these Domino's were of good quality years ago.

Here you can order pizzas to be delivered to your home or to pick up. They have an open kitchen, so it's fun to show your child how industrialization of food preparation happens on a small scale. In addition to some Italian flavors, the menu consists of mostly non-Italian items, but more Kind of New York fusion kitchen with a pizza as a base. It fills the stomach, the sauce determines the taste and the ingredients determine the structures, but it is not much more than that. They throw around offers, and that's really what you need, from a 2 For the price of 1 offer, for example. Because the individual pizzas are quite expensive for what you get.

Service was fast, pizza was very bad and for a lot of money. 2 shawarma pizzas, some of which seemed undercooked or spoiled. Shawarma looked like white muscle pounding. Better to get a real pizza from the neighbor on the oostlaan. Let's hope we don't get sick from it

If allergies are not taken into account, nothing is possible. When asked whether it can be done without cheese, the answer is immediately no

With a Domino's box you cannot leave the cheese off because "it cannot be adjusted via the system" Apparently thinking is too difficult to just not put the cheese on it. Very bad service

Very unfortunate. Stopped by for pick up, after half an hour and seeing other people leaving they seemed to have forgotten me. No point but no excuse either. No "something went wrong". I was offered 12 bites instead of 6, which I didn't need. But because of the heat I wanted something to drink. They couldn't just give that away. No big deal, but the shake I bought didn't look like anything. The hastily made pizza was also not tasty. Unfortunately. It used to be a lot better here. Fortunately, there are many more Pizzerias on the list.

I have had a nice meal here before. Until the closet door opened and I saw mice walking into the closet and into the kitchen. Threw away the pizzas straight away! Hygiene can no longer be trusted because of this. The staff wasn't surprised either! Complained to Dominos and never heard from them again!! According to one (didn't hear anything about it afterwards) I would get my money back! Great customer service, but not really!

We got pizza, but the sauce wasn't on it. A pizza kebab without garlic sauce and a pizza with BBQ sauce without the BBQ sauce. Shame...

Tasty pizza for a good price. Regular fun promotions that keep it affordable. The atmosphere in the shop was pleasant despite the crowds. Nice to see the work and pleasure combination there.

Man man man, what misery! A lady works there (short hair blonde) ABSOLUTELY stay away, don't order from her. Everything I asked her was a bit of miscommunication! For example: Pizza is 1+1 free. I was just about to pay and I happened to see it on the brochure, so I asked her 'Madam, is it correct that it is 1+1?' Answer is, if you want another one, it's free. Quite an unusual answer. Usually they say very briefly, yes sir. All in all, placed your order and now pay. I also had to pay for double the coke. I said, no, I just want 1 coke. Paid, after 10 minutes I got mine. 2 pizzas without coke. I asked her where is my coke. Yes yes hahaha. You didn't pay for the Coke. And other conversations were also unusual. Intensity can be good, but communication oh dear, that is quite difficult. Anyway, pizza was tasty.

Small establishment in Pijnacker, I order from there often. The pizza is excellent, and due to the many offers, considerably more affordable than at other places. No unnecessary luxury in these expensive times. Service is also excellent, pizza is always ready to pick up on time.

I would give 0 stars if I could, I ordered a lava cake and two pizzas, I only got 1 so one of us could NOT eat. Never had any problems with dominos until now.

Waiting in the store for over an hour for 2 pizzas, 1 of which was cold. It's a shame that there is no excuse and that you are not kept informed.

Delicious lunch pizza on a weekday

I ordered a pizza well in advance twice and both times more than an hour late. I ordered well in advance and ordered for a specific time as I wanted a pizza at that time. The delivery person indicated that it was unexpectedly busy both times. But at a certain point it is no longer unforeseen...

Waited 40 minutes for a pizza. Call you to see how long it will take. Says a boy who speaks poor Dutch, about half an hour and an hour and a half. I ask if I can speak to the manager for clarification, but that is not possible. Never again pizza here!

This is already the 2nd time in a short time that we have ordered here. Never had any problems before, but now we have had to wait more than 2 hours for our pizzas twice (with small children waiting and having to go to bed). If you call politely about the status, you will be treated antisocially by several employees. Never order here! (Pijnacker branch)

Bad store, often with wrong fillings, sandwiches not baked properly and wrong herbs or sauce used, often with little topping on them

Seriously...charge energy surcharge? I'm coming to pick up my pizza and my car doesn't drive for nothing. I understand that these types of surcharges are mentioned in the context of transparency, but it feels a bit disproportionate. Then simply incorporate the increase in your costs into the prices of your products.

Ordered a pizza pulled pork meatlover. If there are 3 grains of pulled pork on it, don't call it a pulled pork meatlover. In addition, the order only arrives after 1 hour, while the promise within 45 minutes is a great shame.

Takes a very long time and the pizzas are not cut. Just a pretty annoying store.

I ordered by accident a wrong pizza 🍕 amd I really didn't like it . I called them and they replaced it for free for me ! Thank you so much. Your service it's really good and definitely I will order again !

I picked up 2 pizzas and they were super delicious. Warm with soft fluffy edges and with lots lots of toppings. Higly recommendation goes to Domino’s Pijnacker.

We ordered 3 pizzas and 2/3 had a hair in them. Enjoy your meal! Other than that it was fine. But unfortunately it gets 1 star because of the extra hair.

Got 2 pizzas yesterday, ready quickly and hot. The girl who made the pizzas had fun with the Jailhouse Rock, great. Later 2 guys who came into the kitchen and also enjoyed their work. I just thanked them for the entertainment😉🤣

When it opened, delivery outside the area was no problem. Now they no longer want to deliver to outside areas. Shame. Not good service.

Ordering online went well, unfortunately we ordered something that was no longer in stock, but this was resolved very friendly and adequately. The pizzas were delicious!

Good pizza, just could have been cut a little better.

Pizzas are great (5 stars) but there is something seriously wrong with their Ben & Jerry's ice cream. Ordered B&J half a liter for the second time (against my better judgment because my first order from weeks ago was also not in order). This second time the weather was not good. The ice cream is not tasty. Bottom of the cup was frozen. It looks like water ice, not ice cream. Presumably the ice was frozen, then thawed and then frozen again, which changed the structure. Not tasty. Actually very dirty. E.a. reported by telephone to the branch manager who indicated that he was aware of the problem. It's a shame that people still sell the ice cream.

Being honest, these guys make the best pizza in the neighborhood. And I think, even better than some other Domino's restaurants

Ordered 2 pizzas which would be delivered at 5:30 PM. Unfortunately I had to call at 6pm to find out where they were staying. At first my order was not known at all, but after several consultations with the employee on the telephone, it turned out that the pizzas were still in the store. Unfortunately, these had cooled down after delivery from being left out for too long.

My very first Google review. Domino's Pijnacker is always super fast, good quality and the delivery people are all friendly. I just helpfully unloaded the pizzas inside because I had to open the door with my one-week-old son. Simply top Domino's!

Went to Domino's because we are used to having food quickly. Have been waiting for 20 minutes now and have seen on a screen for 20 minutes that it will still take 9 minutes... after asking twice the answer was: we are working on it now. Now hopefully they have finally entered the oven, but we will be late... not used to this from dominos

Good pizza. Nothing to complain about. Although food is being offered at premises, it is focused on delivery services.

Got a pizza and called the wrong pizza and the new pizza was another mistake after mistake, which I am not used to from dominoes, but after 2 hours I finally got the right pizza by going and getting it myself.

Nice room, but the Forestiere is very dry and not so much stuff on it.

Helped by a very nice lady. Pizza is better than the one from the place I come from. The toppings that were ordered extra were on it and the pizza was nice and hot. We will pick them up here from now on. Very satisfied :):):)

I've had better at dominoes before. Just received a pizza that was thin and misshapen on one side and the other side was thick. More onion than kabab. Maybe a bad day because generally dominoes are fine

When I order the pizza. I like the GPS tracker so much.. It's so funny to follow :-) I think they arrive on time and the pizza is always nice and hot.
