Domino's Pizza in Wijk 00 Bergen op Zoom-Oude stad en omgeving

I've been waiting an hour for a pizza. I called and they said it wouldn't arrive for another hour, which means it takes two hours to get a pizza. 😵That's a joke. One customer down. 🫡

I ordered Pizza Veggie and Pizza Tossed Capre for the second time, and both had chunks of ground beef in them. After calling, I spoke to a staff member who showed no empathy or offered a solution. The delivery driver was polite and friendly at the door, but the staff inside were extremely rude! I'd heard it before, but now I'm experiencing it firsthand. I will never order from them again.

Had to wait a long time. Small pizza at a big price.

Last Friday (August 22, 2025) I ordered a pizza. A few minutes later, I called to say the oven was already turned off and it wouldn't work. We didn't mind; we'd get our money back and a free pizza on our next order. A week later, still no refund. But after calling, we were told we'd get it back within a few days. They "forgot" about the free pizza. I hope we get our money back; it's definitely not recommended.

Good service. Good food. Told them I didn't like my pizza “well-cooked”😄 - Medium pepperoni pizza. - Italian (by ME): creme fraish, chicken, paprika, mushroom, spinach, pesto.

On Internet it says "indoor dining"...there is nowhere to eat. It's takeaway only. Food was great but we went to "dine in".

In a word Worthless… Had to wait longer than an hour for a pizza then call and ask if they can add something for free because of the waiting time. But no you get a big mouth back right away. Service is hard to find here. Once and then never again.

After I placed an order via the website, the site crashed, but the money was debited. After I called, I was told that I should call back tomorrow because they couldn't do anything at the moment. I won't order anything here anymore after having experienced something similar here before. Hello Domino's

I ordered the Cheesy Bread by phone last night. Only this Bread contained a lot of salt and was really not tasty. For people who have to watch their salt content, the cheesy Bread is not a good option. I hope Domino's will do something about this.

Nice people you can't eat inside delicious pizza.

The delivery driver was supposed to be at the door in 20-40 minutes after ordering. After 40 minutes, we called to see if he was coming soon, as we had to leave quickly. We were told it would be another 20 minutes because he hadn't left yet. Another 20 minutes later, and still no one was at the door. We called again. We were told he'd only been gone for two minutes. Could we wait a little longer? Finally, the delivery driver (an extremely friendly and understanding young man, who was impeccable) arrived 45 minutes late. The pizzas were still quite warm. This meant we were late for our appointment.

Bad service mainly. Food was always tasty. But then the service really deteriorated. Often things are forgotten or out of stock. But paid for. The final straw was when I did not receive an order for around 25 €. I also did not receive the amount refunded. I had to arrange it with the owner, but he was never present or could not be reached. I was a regular customer who ordered regularly. I've been ordering from New York Pizza ever since. Didn't regret it.

Inconvenient for collection, there is little parking space, so pick it up when it's ready

There is a boy who works for you. His name is rugjan or something?? Idk he lives in the courtyards. But he keeps hanging up on me and then texts me nasty messages.

If you order via home delivery, the order will be canceled without reason.

It took almost 3 hours before we received our order. The pizza dough was not yet cooked, so what we got tasted bad too. The employee on the phone only said that it was busy. Logical on a Saturday evening, but much more seemed to go wrong here. There was no excuse either. It's a shame that this branch is so poorly run.

3 small pizzas 40 euros. Ridiculous

Delivery took 2 to 2 and a half hours, the food arrived and it was lukewarm, the phone was not answered 9 out of 10 times, no compensation was received

I asked for a bag to transport it and I immediately got a big mouthful

my son ordered 2 thin crust pizzas, we got dry crust, burnt top, no filling, just something spread on the crust... when I came to this cafe with my kids to find out if this is normal? I was told that they consider this food normal. .it's a shame (I don't recommend it to anyone.

Tasty pizza but not cut properly and my friend's pizza had too much tomato

I am amazed at how good the quality was at this Domino, I am from Amsterdam and I am not used to this, you immediately look into the kitchen and see how well that boy is doing. I can absolutely recommend this Domino, it's fantastic.

The two pizzas we ordered were fine, including the thickshakes at first glance. Taste-wise fine, but I suddenly had an object in my mouth, something I would definitely not expect in the plastic cup (for which I still have to pay a surcharge) that it was in. It was a small piece/ball of aluminum foil🤔, luckily I noticed right away that it was wrong and took it out of my mouth, but I might have accidentally swallowed it.😒😒 Apart from that incident, the food and shake were fine. I had placed the order a few hours before, which I wanted at 6:30 PM, and the tracker suddenly showed us a time slot when it would be delivered, between a quarter to 7 and 5 past 7, of which I actually thought something like that. already had of; but eh, I assume that I select a time for a reason, not a time period, I thought it was a bit of a shame, so it is not an option on the site to select an exact time, perhaps it would be wiser here than to choose an indication or time period . Final, shocking object in the thickshake, arrived half an hour later than the time I selected.

This place rocks... Folks are making pizza because they Love it, not to pay the rent.

Pizza was cold, fries completely cold, chicken was also cold + everything put together carelessly in the box. Bad service, I will never eat at this location again!!!

It was the first time I had gotten/eaten something at Domino's. I was surprised at the low price. The price/quality ratio is top! The pizza base is standard at Domino's American style, so thick and light. If you like that, you're in the right place. I prefer a thin Italian base...so that's something to keep in mind next time. Because I think you can indicate that in advance.

well no chairs for dine in. very small place but they speak English. my order took 10 mins to make friendly crew but the parking can be hard because of the small road overall very good for fast food. (dont exoect quality on food its fast food 😂)

It would be nice if the food tracker started working and it didn't take 3 hours to bake a pizza and move 300 meters and then after 3 hours you could just call and hear the door was closed (automatic sliding door) and there is Called none (missed calls) if that happened once it was ok but this is the 3rd time

Dirty thin pizza go to dominos plate for better

Ordered a pizza today with a tick shake. For the 6th time, no joke, I forgot my tick shake again. And now I've been waiting for that tick shake for almost an hour. Do something about your staff. When you call they also blame the delivery person. As if that poor delivery person is taking the order. Worthless. Update: Tick shake finally delivered after an hour. Ordered strawberry, received Speculoos. You're not making it up. Hahaha! What a mess.

It's outrageous that you have to wait 2 hours for your pizzas for us the last time we ordered there 😡😡😡

After waiting for more than 2 and a half hours, my food finally arrived. The reason was that there were not many delivery people. For me, that's a reason to order somewhere where there are enough delivery people.

Disinterested young people, mediocre food, unsociable

Waited 4 hours for my pizza, called 3 times and each time they said "they'll be there in 20 minutes" I still haven't had my pizza and it's almost 11:00 PM

De pizza is en blijft gewoon lekker. Ze hebben 2 vestigingen in bergen op zoom dus je zou altijd kunnen ophalen voor een minderprijs (€5,-). Het fijnste blijft toch wel dat tvtje met je naam erop zodat je kan zien hoelang jouw pizza nog duurt om te bereiden.

Voor de (actie)prijs 2 prima pizza's op een druk tijdstip toch vlot ontvangen. Wij waren 100% tevreden!

Heel erg lekkere pizza, kunnen andere filialen nog wat van leren. Tevens ook erg leuk en vriendelijk personeel (zeker de erg leuke dame die aan het werk was vandaag!)

Good food to take away. I don't like the pizza but they have crunchy chicken and it is so nice. The service is good and faster.

Pizza's waren niet goed doorgesneden, toppings waren verbrand, korst was te lang gebakken. Bij het snijden werd 3 of 4x hard het mes op de pizza gezet en deze was daardoor niet normaal eetbaar zonder eigen bestek. Viel erg tegen van de domino's.

Bij 2 van de 4 pizza's de ingrediënten door elkaar gehaald. Is het zo moeilijk om op de bestelling te kijken?!

Redelijk goede pizza alleen een bende in de keuken

Gemiddelde pizza's zijn toch klein en de bodems te dik, maar ach, echt vies is het ook niet.... dus redelijk

Wat je van een domino's kan verwachten, snel klaar en lekker. Dit is ook eerder een afhaalrestaurant.

De pulled chicken besteld en was erg lekker alleen erg weinig wat erop zat en lang erop moeten wachten...terwijl het niet eens rond etenstijd was..beetje jammer
