The ordering process was lightning fast. The pizza was delicious and very hot.

I order pizzas every now and then, but my experience with the branch in Baarn was downright disappointing. A pizza costing over €20, and then they dare to charge €1.50 delivery fees on top of that. Seriously? What’s left for a tip for the delivery person then? These kinds of practices simply make ordering anything unattractive at all. And then comes the next thing: the prices also differ by channel. Online, I see one price, but as soon as I set up the same order in the app, purely so I can order quickly later, it is suddenly €2 more expensive per product. Four sandwiches/subs? Bam, €8 extra. For exactly the same order. No extras, no other deals, just a higher price because you are ordering via the app. That feels not only illogical but also downright misleading. You expect a company to be transparent about prices, not to have to guess which channel happens to be cheaper. What kind of pathetic practices are these? As if that weren't enough, they've also come up with the "Hurry, I'm Hungry" option. Do you want your order to arrive perhaps faster? Then you have to pay extra. Does it imply that you'll have to wait longer otherwise? It all comes across as terribly greedy. Customer friendliness? Not a trace of it to be found. The pizzas are tasty in themselves, but with these prices, unclear price differences, and the company's unfriendly attitude, they are simply no longer worth it....

I ordered food, but when I clicked through, it showed a different address that I hadn't entered. [Website error] I called back immediately. They said they weren't liable, and asked if I could pick up the pizzas. [That wasn't possible because I was somewhere else] they refused to refund the money. I only got a small amount back. Unbelievable. What a dishonest practice! I'll never order again.

I wanted to order food, but the whole pizza was gone from the website and no more crème fraîche

Placed an order for almost €50 on February 28, 2025. Then a call comes saying that the order cannot be made due to a water leak. A note would be made for the manager for a refund, but nothing has been received so far... I asked to confirm this by email, but the answer was that that was not possible. The promise was made and the money was refunded within a maximum of 3 days. This will no longer be Domino's for us... It's scandalous that we haven't heard anything and still haven't received any money back. Furthermore, it would be nice to forward the order to Domino's Soest, almost the same distance. "Unfortunately, another error in my order. I ordered Kick ‘n Chicken (13 pieces), but only received 12. In itself, perhaps not a big problem, but this isn't the first time something has been missing or wrong. Previously, for example, I was missing a sauce on the pizza or the after-dinner dip. These kinds of small errors pile up and mean I don't order from Domino's very often. It's a shame, because it shouldn't be difficult to simply deliver an order correctly."

Very winey fries for 3 euros. Pizza is very good. It's a real shame that you can't pay in cash. If we had known this in advance we would not have gone here.

Yesterday I bought a pizza at Dominos Baarn for my brother and I said no mushroom on the margherita pizza and what do they do, they put it on it anyway, I just called the store and said my brother is allergic to it so we threw it away and I didn't know I could call after 10 o'clock, he says you have to file a complaint, I say I want a new pizza or money back, he says you have to write that with your complaint and then you might get your money back, what bad service

This pizza shop causes enormous inconvenience to the local residents - they put their garbage container outside in the evening with a pile of loose bags at the top so that the birds prick it open in the night and with a little wind the entire street is full of junk, dirty papers, leftover dough , sticky ketchup bastard! When you speak inside, you are told “no time to clean up!” When you call Peter the manager, you hear “why are you calling me so early, I was still sleeping (9:30) and I have just returned from holiday! 🙈 What an unprofessional intention and really customer unfriendly and antisocial. As local residents, we already have several cases against them. Such a person should not run a catering business. Can only “imagine” how they make their pizzas. Really dirty junk. Don't eat here!

On Saturday March 25, 23 around 6:00 PM I went to this pizza, I went there to eat pizza, I say to an employee who speaks Dutch language with a Turkish mother tongue accent, I tell him when my pizza is ready, because I have to work soon because I am a taxi driver, he says the following to me (I also have to work), I find such a statement rude and uncivilized, I suspect that he behaves racist due to my skin color and origin and I also say no knauflauk sous but he I still think it's true because he sees me in a different color and he's so rude to me. Ordered the Veggie pizza which was delivered quite quickly. We were surprised that the standard size is apparently so small. And that the basic tomato sauce was more like a Chinese sweet and sour sauce than an Italian one. The same pizza is excellent in The Hague.

I've seen that they have no respect for their delivery people! Even a child doesn't think that's possible. If they make a mistake, they immediately respond with aggression. Incredible!

The pizza I buy here has much less sauce and meat compared to other branches. Counter staff told me that extra sauce would cost money. If you can't get a normal portion of sauce for this money, instead of barely visible sauce, then I don't know what will. I already spent more than 30 euros for 3 pizzas and then you can pay extra for a normal pizza. Now you only taste the tomatoes, other ingredients are hardly present. Not recommended

Easy to get to in Baarn. Part of the town with lots of restaurants. Home delivery available. Ordering was easy and easily one of the best domino’s I’ve ever eaten. Not so greasy at all! Base was perfect, perfect amount of toppings and cheese. No oil dripping off the pizza when I ate it! Lovely! Lots of fresh ingredients and lots of pineapple on the Hawaii.

De bestelling wordt vaak te laat gemaakt waardoor je nog een tijd moet wachten. Het personeel is niet allemaal even professioneel, wat ik toch een dingetje vind. Persoonlijk vind ik dat er geen sfeer is.... Wat mij het meest irriteerd is dat ze, bezorgers, geen rekening houden dat er ook mensen zijn die met een scootmobiel komen. Ze zetten hun fiets maar neer waardoor je niet fatsoenlijk je scootmobiel kan parkeren zodat niemand er last van heeft.

Lekkere pizza, mooie zaak.... Jammer dat de verwarming niet aan staat. Het vriest buiten en hier binnen ook. Er komen stoomwolkjes uit mijn mond! Buiten dat het daarom niet echt lekker en gezellig zitten is hier, is dit voor personeel ook zielig. Staan ter blauwbekken hier!

Er werken hele leuke mensen! Altijd lekker eten en staan altijd voor je klaar!! Echt een top baan om hier te gaan werken!!!!

Ik heb ruim van tevoren besteld en mijn pizza was bijna een half uur later. Erg vervelend dat er dan geen bericht van komt.

Prachtige locatie om een keer pizza te eten. De winkel is zeer netjes het personeel altijd vriendelijk en er zijn continu acties waardoor je altijd zeer goedkoop een pizza kan scoren.

Kleine pizza Hawaï besteld krijg ik de Margarita. Kip stukjes besteld wat En niet krokant erg slap helaas. De pizza die je zelf mag samen stellen was wel goed.

Naprawdę smaczna i niedroga pizza. Ciasto może nie jest jakieś specjalnie cienkie jak we włoskich pizzach, ale smakuje rewelacyjnie. Jakość składników również na wysokim poziomie. W środku dość dużo miejsc siedzących i cała kuchnia na widoku. Ogółem daje 5, mimo iż jadłem w życiu lepsze pizze, to Domino zasługuje na taką ocenę za całokształt.

De werknemers lossen alles netjes en snel op! De bezorgers rijden netjes en defensief, en de pizza’s zijn de lekkerste van Baarn, dat is gewoon een feit! Ik raad het zeker aan om hier te bestellen!

Besloot inplaats van de andere Pizza ketens in Baarn een keer Domino’s te proberen, het resultaat was niet teleurstellend, de werknemers zijn aardig en doen er alles aan om u tevreden te krijgen 9/10, ze hebben er een nieuwe klant bij!

De winkel is ZOOOO mooi, de mooiste van nederland naar mijn mening, me ouders waren blij, dus ik ook!!! Maar dit is echt een coole winkel, ik wil later ook puzzas bezorgen

Vandaag hadden ze wel vorken, top dat ze wat met feedback doen!

Pizza lekker maar salade en kruidenboter-baguette niet. Het is zeker weten geen goede plek om te blijven eten: ze hadden niet eens een fork ("kunnen jullie de salade niet met een lepel eten?")
