I ordered at 5:30 PM for a delivery time of 6:45 PM. When I called at 7:00 PM to ask if the order was on its way, they told me it was just going into the oven. This service is absolutely ridiculous.

After eating a pizza at this restaurant, I unfortunately developed severe stomach flu symptoms. It was the last thing I ate that evening, and the symptoms started almost immediately afterward, strongly suggesting a possible foodborne illness. The person I shared the pizza with developed the same symptoms, making it even more likely that the food was the cause. I also feel like the hygiene rules aren't being followed properly, which is very concerning for a restaurant. It's a shame, because this shouldn't happen. Hopefully, they'll take this seriously and improve their hygiene so other customers don't have to experience this.

The last three orders placed were incorrect. Wrong pizzas or forgotten items were added. Correcting them over the phone isn't enough. Waiting 30-40 minutes for pizzas and then leaving the wrong one open is simply not a good option. Over the phone, they make it seem like the customer is at fault, but the website charges the receipt. If it doesn't match what was clicked on the website, it's Domino's problem. Forgotten items arrived later, incomplete. It's a shame, because the food was good for a rather high price.

Pizza is delivered quickly, but the pizzas themselves aren't what they used to be. The crust is very large, so there's little topping, the tomato sauce makes Euroshopper tomato puree look like a delicacy, and the cheese is imposter. What a shame!

The food was good and we could just pick it up and got a discount for that, they do that two days a week.

Quickly served at the counter, ordered the wrong sauce. Unfortunately, the staff didn't ask if it was a problem. They immediately made a new one, but they didn't respond to the apology. Unfortunately, this caused pizza 2 to cool down considerably... or maybe a drink for the 15-minute extra wait.

Ordered pizzas to pick up. We received the wrong pizzas. Called and new pizzas are delivered afterwards (can't leave the house again). We have now been waiting for over an hour and the pizzas are not yet on their way. And then the way you are spoken to on the phone. "We can't do anything about it" and then hang up. I didn't put the wrong pizzas in the box. So yes, they can definitely do something about it! Very unprofessional and certainly not customer friendly.

The pizzas here are always delicious. We usually order and have it delivered to our home and then it arrives just in time. The people are always pleasant so I would definitely get pizza here or have it delivered!

It says they open at half past twelve, half past one and the doors are still closed. I would think that it would not be very difficult to indicate your opening hours accurately and correctly.

Friendly young staff working there, good customer service. Pizza was over cooked and quite dry though, maybe because we ordered the large size. Probably better to stick to the “Italian” size/style, as the crust and cooking seems better than the bigger size.

Prima pizza's. Voldoende keuze om voor iedereen iets te vinden wat in de smaak valt. Met de pizzatracker weet je wanneer je pizza ongeveer klaar is, zodat je bij afhalen niet lang in de winkel hoeft te wachten

Het is een goede tent, maar heeft geen openbare toilet

Domino's Pizza heeft mij voor het eerst sinds tijden zeer aangenaam verrast. Voorgaande keren dat ik bestelde was de pizza heel vaak koud en duurde het lang. Deze keer ging het niet alleen snel, maar was alles warm en lekker! Daarnaast wil ik nog even de medewerkers van die avond in het zonnetje zetten. Niet alleen was mijn eten dus warm, lekker en snel, maar er stonden een paar zeer vriendelijke dames achter de balie die heel netjes omgingen met gasten. Er kwam gedurende de tijd dat ik daar stond te wachten ook een dame die klaagde en hier werd heel netjes op gereageerd zonder de boel te laten escaleren. Respect! Een speciale shout-out ook naar de dame die mij aan de telefoon kreeg en de allergenen uitgebreid met mij doorgenomen had. Nu kan ik eindelijk weer lavacakes bestellen! Samengevat: Dit filiaal verbeterd meer en meer. Medewerkers zijn vriendelijk en werken hard door. Pizza's zijn steeds vaker écht warm en vers!

Actie: binnen 20 min pizza leveren, zo niet dan krijg je een gratis pizza voucher. Bij mij was de bezorger 2 minuten te laat, dus 22 minuten later was het bezorgt na bestelling.. Ik heb er verder niets over vernomen en geen voucher ontvangen. Ik vraag me af hoe ze dit dan checken hoe laat de bezorger aankomt. Want je krijgt ook geen enkele bericht als het wel tijd binnen was. Good service as to be expected from Domino's. If you are going there just to eat pizza at the spot, prepare to look for a park bench though. Never had a bad pizza there. And as it is closest to my living room, I usually order my pizzas here. No plans of ever stopping. Keep it up in there guys.

Je besteld een cheeseburger pizza. Met dubbel gehakt en extra saus. Krijg Je gewoon een normale en de pizza was nog lauw tot koud ook. Ben dat niet gewend van hun hier in Berkel. Doe er je voordeel mee DOMINO'S.!

Lekker hoor, ruime keus en snel klaar

Vroeger werden pizza's altijd tijdig geleverd. De laatste tijd veel later. Telkens weer een kwartier na de aangegeven tijd.

Snel, vers. Was een bezorger gevallen, in de keuken gingen ze goed om met deze hectiek. De klanten die moesten wachten werden netjes gebeld. Rest van de afhaal ging ook gewoon door, was zelf voor directe afhaal daar.

Dit is niet de eerste keer.... Dubbele kaas besteld en betaald en enkele kaas gekregen.

Vrijdagavond, druk, druk, druk, lange wachttijd, afgeraffelde pizza's

Lekkere pizza, keurig en attent personeel.

Bij deze vestiging van Domino's kun je zoals gebruikelijk pizza's laten bezorgen of afhalen. Omdat we in de buurt wonen, zijn we ze tot nu toe altijd zelf gaan halen. We hebben wel geleerd om altijd even goed te controleren of je ook krijgt wat je besteld hebt, want dat gaat nog weleens mis. Maar verder prima pizza's zoals je die van Domino's gewend bent.

Wat kun je zeggen... het is domino's! Gewoon lekker dus... en meestal snel...

Bij de vorige vestiging waar ik mijn pizza's haalde bij Domino's waren ze altijd in orde, maar bij deze vestiging lijkt het een hit or miss. De ene keer haal ik een prima pizza waarover niets te klagen valt, de andere keer haal ik een pizza waarbij de ingredienten erg schaars zijn, of waarbij chockolade van de choco lotta enorm scheef ligt.

Like the title says, good like always. domino's is domino's and tastes always the same. friendly staff, always in for a little chat, funny to hear that they complain a lot about the main company (they are franchise holders) for not being heard and want to bring in ideas to make it better for customers, experience and price wise. for example: they need to buy their products from the main company. But a salad bought from the main company is 3 times more expensive and less fresh then one bought by the grocery next door.. meaning higher price for the customer and less freshness. just one of the complaints i heard a couple of time (out of frustration i guess). not only this restaurant but some others as well. overall, friendly staff, working very hard. i will come back again. :)
