I was treated beyond disgraceful this evening!! I ordered a pizza at 7:41 PM, paid online, and waited and waited and waited, so I called... No answer, maybe 20 times, but with a different number, since your number is linked to your address!! Yes, they answered immediately with the different number! When I asked "Where's your pizza?", the answer was that I should just wait until someone near me also ordered a pizza. Um, I've been waiting an hour!! There's nothing we can do about it, but half an hour later, the pizza ding-dong arrived at the door. I promise you, this pizza was spit on or pissed on or something! Off to Domino's with it, ask the guy if this is normal, his answer doesn't know what to say! Okay, money back, and I'll go to the main office on Monday, I think. 🤔

I ordered two shawarma pizzas, but instead of shawarma, we got chunks of chicken. It didn't look like the picture at all. The meat was yellow, not brown.

After waiting for 1.5 hours, I called to ask if the pizza was still coming, and the answer was "it's busy". No problem with waiting, but if I still don't have a pizza after 2.5 hours, I'll order something else.

What a great place this is, super friendly customers, great food, ready quickly and cheaper than you think!

6th time in a row y'all have forgotten the sweet chili sauce. Actually, the 5th time because last week y'all put bbq sauce when even I had notes on the order "don't forget the sweet chili sauce this time." Our grocery order didn't come because of the holiday which is the ONLY reason I slipped up and placed an order with y'all. But at this point, I'm convinced y'all put a note on my account to be funny to never bring sauce to this address when we order chicken. You and your jokes win, we won't order from here anymore.

Ordered a pizza at 6:22pm with estimated delivery around 7:06pm (latest) Tuesday evening. At 9:22 I decide to call because the tracker is “stuck” on “preparing your order” for the manager to say on the phone that it’ll be ready in 15min and delivered in 30. Couple minutes after the call, the order moved to “in the oven”. Forgetting to put the order through & not even accepting the mistake while making the client wait 1:30 hours for a pizza on a Tuesday evening.

Ordered BQQ chicken bacon pizza Got the whitest chicken on planet earth. Didnt even bother putting salt on it. Selected tomato sauce got like 1 droplet of it on the entire pizza. Dryer than the rock mountains. Looked like a white rock on a dune. Whole mouth full of chicken made by niall from one direction. Tasted like nothing was basically bread wit rubber tasteless chicken and 3 slices of baco

Had to wait 2.5 hours for my pizza, it arrived cold and I received the wrong drink. I understand that it can be busy but this is unacceptable.

After 70 minutes the pizza finally arrived… cold!! Very disappointing! Had to reheat the pizza in the oven. Never order pizza from Domino's again! Not worth a star!

The delivery came 1.5 hours later than planned! Horrible experience with this branch. It took a total of 2.5 hours for the order to be delivered. The scheduled time was 45 to 60 minutes. When I had not received my order after this specified time, I tried to call the branch, but there was no answer and I was simply pushed away twice. I will definitely never order from Domino's again and certainly wouldn't recommend it.

Very bad experience with the Manager Dennis on 29-09-2024. Order took 2 hours instead of 1 hour and after asking for compensation he indicated that he would cancel the order for me without my permission. Ridiculous service. A course in communication and empathy would be appropriate.

Nastiest pizza I've ever eaten. Soft crust, way too much cheese. Everything on it is heavily processed, this is not real food. We also ordered fries and chicken pieces. The fries don't seem to be made of potatoes but of some kind of powder or something. No idea what it is, very strange taste. In addition, everything is so incredibly greasy...well. Not to eat. The service was also good, on time. Well helped. But the quality is so bad, we won't eat there again.

Actually it's always the same. Good food. always helpful. The English speakers also do their utmost to help you.

Ordered pizza today. We ordered at 6:10 PM, it says in the app for a long time, delivery is between 7:00 PM and 7:20 PM. I started calling around 8:00 PM, but the phone didn't ring. Tried calling a few more times, eventually the phone rang but no one answered. After leaving a review in the app, the time suddenly changes to 20:25/20:40. It was finally delivered at 8:45 PM. 2.5 hours later for a pizza??? While the app indicates much earlier and eventually 2 hours later the time suddenly changes. Bad service!!

Small but great place. Workers are nice, they even offered to help me charge my phone so i could use it in public transport.

Pizzas are always very good there. Just collected the pizza for consumption at home. Quick, hot and good taste.

Wow just awesome. The dominos here cannot be compared to the ones in Belgium. The menu is much better here and also the taste though the price is the same. And also the sandwiches here are really awesome which we don't get in belgium. Though it would be better to have some proper seating inside.

Order online/by telephone: out of the 3 times I ordered, everything went wrong 3 times. even the coupon offered to me as compensation was declined. wrong order "delivered more than an hour late / after 3 mistakes I'm done with dominoes!

Ordered a pizza for years. Ordered on a Thursday around 5:20 PM and the delivery person was here in plenty of time around 6 PM. The shawarma and pepperoni are our favorite.

Ordered February 5. The food was good and the service was good. Very nice car delivery person. Definitely earned his tip.

Communication about preparation time is unclear and shoots from top to bottom. The announcement that Thuisbezorgd etc. orders take precedence makes customers dissatisfied. Pizza was ok, but with very little filling on it.

On Fridays at the end of the shift its usually getting pretty busy. However, a guy named Luca he is super helpful and supportive trying to push as much ordered as he could in very respectful way. This is highly appreciated and it really made my experience great with this branch !

7 verschillende pizza's gehaald,je kunt nl niet aan de deur pinnen. En daarna de zoektocht van welke pizza is wat. Zet aub het nr van de pizza op de doos en klaar

Op het gebied van bezorging ging er voorheen vaak iets mis (dingen vergeten, bezorging duurde 2-3 uur, verkeerde dingen bezorgen, eten is koud etc.). De laatste paar keren was ik echter best tevreden. Het lijkt er dan ook op dat ze hun zaakjes nu beter geregeld hebben. Wanneer het wel misgaat raad ik altijd aan om even een klacht in te dienen, want je wordt doorgaans vrij royaal gecompenseerd ;).

Ik bestel regelmatig hier en regelmatig krijg ik een kleine blonde jongetje met een snorretje hij is altijd aardig en levert het eten warm aan hier kunnen de andere bezorgers nog van leren ;)

Kwaliteit is zoals je mag verwachten van een domino pizza. Bezorging vrij vlot maar pizza enigsinds lauw. Dit is achteraf netjes opgelost.

normaal gesproken hele goede tent maar denk dat het 21-06-2021 erg druk was want bezorger die er pas na ongeveer een uur is, de saus vergeet en de overheerlijke jalepeno cheeserolls waren op maar goede dat ik iets ter vervanging kreeg

Really good, the cheese pizza (1kg) needs more flavour. The shwarma needs more meat but overall still good pizzas. Easy to order over the phone and pick up. Very welcoming staff.

Helaas was de pizza lauw en de bodem was erg zacht. De bodem had voor mij krokant moeten zijn. Over de smaak kan ik niks zeggen want die was goed. Ik denk niet dat ik hier nog een keer pizza bestel :(
