Domino's Pizza Culemborg in Wijk 00

At 8 p.m. (open until 10 p.m.), they're just cleaning. Everything's empty. We ordered a pizza online, but it wasn't made until we asked if they could stop cleaning and take care of the pizzas. After a bit of grumbling, they finally got around to it. It's a shame it has to be this way. And then you come home and your pepperoni pizza has no pepperoni. Not for us anymore!

This is a very good Domino's: good pizzas, always ready on time and served with a smile. Both delivery and pickup have been good experiences. Highly recommended! It's a shame that the previous reviews give a skewed picture of the average. This is no longer true!

We've been ordering from here for a while now, since we moved here, and every time the service and quality are top-notch! One of the better Domino's.

Ordered a chicken pizza but got almost no chicken, literally three pieces on a whole pizza. Outrageous

Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it. I've had better experiences at other Domino's Pizza locations.

We ordered at the campsite. Even there they found us perfectly. Pizzas were delicious and top brought by a nice friendly delivery person!! See them so little!!

I just placed an online order using a coupon for an Apple Pie Pizza combined with a sweet icing dip. When the delivery driver delivered the order, I only received three sweet icings. The driver said that the store had received an order containing only the three sweet icings. When I showed the order in the app, the driver indicated that this was unusual and indeed incorrect and asked me to call the store. He said the store could remake the order and deliver it quickly. I called the store immediately afterward, and the employee told me that the apple pie pizza was sold out and couldn't be ordered in the app at all. It was indeed possible, and I even managed to reorder it during the phone call. The delivery driver also indicated that the product was in stock and could be remade immediately if I called. The employee indicated that I could only order the "combo" with the apple pie and sweet icing, but not the individual product. When I told the employee that a "combo" consists of two products, not just the sweet icing, and that I still found it strange to order it even though it was sold out, she ignored me. She said, "You haven't paid for it and the product is sold out, so they can't do anything about it." The employee wasn't understanding, and nothing could be done for me.

The pizza could have been in the oven a bit longer. The milkshake was terrible. I paid $5 per slice and had a lot of milk. After calling, they told me they were setting up a drink stand, which was ridiculous. I paid for a thick shake!

I don't normally write reviews for fast food chains. But given the excessively negative reviews, I felt I needed to give this particular branch some compensation. The pizzas and chicken are always delicious. In fact, the chicken here is better than at KFC. The pizza is generously topped and always ready on time. I'm always greeted with a smile. Friendly staff, by the way. Keep up the good work! :) Update: Sometimes you even get a personal message. It's really nice! ❤️

Due to my allergies I always have to adjust my pizza, it's great that this is possible at Domino's and is always good. There is always friendly staff who think along with you. Domino's Culemborg is highly recommended☺️

The food was of top quality and tasted great!! I personally thought the caprese pizza was the best and is highly recommended!! Furthermore, the delivery person was super nice and friendly at the door, so the service was also great! I'll definitely be back!

Scandalous … I ordered 3 'my domino's box', one with pizza gyros, Margherita and BBQ chicken. First, the pizza gyros had NO meat but vegetables. I called them to say that I did not receive the pizza I ordered and the employee was initially convinced that it had meat on it because she saw it pass by herself? Is this seriously the first thing you say when a customer comes with a complaint? Secondly, when I said three times that there was no meat on it, she only apologized (didn't sound sincere but good) and said that a new one will come as soon as possible. I called about this at 5:50 PM, my pizza didn't arrive until 6:34 PM... is almost an hour later their definition of 'asap'? I can imagine that it is busy, but it seems to me that you are going to prioritize a wrong order, right? In addition, you pay €14 per box and we don't even get the same amount of food. My brother got 2 chicken strips and I got 4? How is this possible ?? Never again Dominos!

Pin only is the most customer unfriendly there is. Cash is legal tender, so the catering industry and retailers should be required to accept it. Fortunately, this will probably change at European level. When I look around I see more and more people paying with cash again. Among other things, to have a better view of the finances. It's gone, so to speak. And Domino Culemborg's excuse that it is pin only for your and our safety obviously makes no sense. You are not a jeweler but pizza sellers

The pizzas are delivered just like any takeaway/delivery service. Not tasty but not nasty either. The biggest problem is that the scooter deliverers do not adhere to the traffic rule where you are allowed to drive 30 kmph, they drive faster or overtake and if they cannot overtake, they drive so close to your bumper that I do not dare to brake. And in the event of an emergency stop, you can actually call the ambulance right away, because they certainly do get injured, and that is still in a favorable case. Complaining about it in the store. It is of little use and is either not passed on to the owner or nothing is done with it.

Wat hebben wij een super fijne PIZZA avond gehad bij "BijOns", dankzij de voortreffelijke verzorging en bezorging. De Pizza's waren zelfs de tweede ronde nog warm. Het is echt te merken dat nieuwe eigenaars in zitten. Aardig personeel. De bezoekers van "BijOns" hebben genoten van de maaltijd en van het samen eten. Bedankt!

Pizza slap en niet warm.door een fout van thuisbezorgd kon ik 2x er heen gaan naar de voordeur, is een camping dus 1e pizza koud en slap. En de 2e x de nuggets koud en slap. Bezorger super goed en aardig maar het eten waardeloos. 1x bestellen en nooit meer. Reclame ocer de pizza die over de hele wereld wors besteld aub niet goed gewoom

Vaak te laat met bestellingen. Medium pizza zou ik zelf een small noemen. Wel redelijk goedkoop en smaakt goed. 2021 update: aanzienlijk verbeterd nu bijna 5 sterren waard. Enkel bezorging kan nog iets sneller soms

Na 2 uur wachten in de kou (want Corona) hebben we eindelijk onze pizza (die opzich wel echt goeie was) gekregen om te eten (in de auto) MAAR HET WAS NIET GESNEDEN.. dus moesten we tochh naar huis om een mes te halen.. Bruh.. Maar de pizza’s waren wel echt lekker, vooral spicy chicken.

Je wordt hier altijd goed en snel geholpen. De tafels zijn ook altijd schoon en de pizzas zijn lekker. Alleen jammer dar se smiddags dicht zijn

Not so good. Employee was kind but messy: placed order and was ready to give it to the wrong customer, did not wear gloves during pizza build (very unhygienic). And after reporting this shortage of skills, no feedback from the manager. Pizza was okay so I'm slightly upset about communications and feedback
