I'm sitting here waiting for my pizza, and I see the guy who took it out of the oven just sitting there watching videos on his phone. Where's the respect for the customer? Is this supposed to be normal behavior? When I pointed it out, they started laughing at me. Screw service like that.

Surprised and disappointed after accidentally placing the wrong order, picking it up instead of having it delivered. I couldn't leave home and had ordered a discounted pizza. I contacted them by phone and offered to pay the delivery costs, but this was impossible. I was called back later by someone else (the manager?) who spoke to me in a rather condescending manner. I explained that it was a mistake; I simply clicked on an email and ended up in the app, which is normally set to delivery. He said: it is clearly stated there. He also indicated that he would not give me a pizza with delivery for that price. I asked again if I would be willing to pay for the delivery costs; the pizza was already ready and it was a mistake. I used to order from Domino's regularly. Zero leniency... because of this customer service, it is the end of ordering from Domino's for me.

Where this branch excels is that they simply execute everything smoothly within that concept. And they do that better than most. In short: This is not a “quick bite and get out of here” Domino’s. This is a branch that understands that the experience is just as important as the food — and that is reflected in everything. Final verdict: 8.5/10

Delicious pizzas and a nice place to eat. It's a shame the opening hours online aren't accurate. They say they open at 11:30, but I popped in a few days ago around 12:45 for a work lunch, but they were closed. This has happened to me twice already.

The neighbors had ordered something. The delivery driver arrives on a scooter that makes a real racket, and he even felt the need to rev the throttle in the middle of a residential area. If a company doesn't understand that's undesirable, then I shouldn't have ordered the pizza.

Well the sausage roll pizza was way too salty and tasted almost nothing like what they named the pizza after. And the bench in the middle of the restaurant is extremely worn and saggy. Another typical domino's eats shed that domino's HQ barely looks after.

Taking two hours for a simple order of 2 pizzas is really too long! I called after an hour but couldn't reach anyone. After waiting 1.5 minutes I was told that they are busy. @dominos where is the service to the customers. 2 hours is abnormal!!

Kelly ripped us off. I personally do not advise you to eat at these dominoes. the mixer of the milkshake machine does not work, my milkshake was not mixed, it just had 3 different layers. The pizza also made me very nauseous and I think I day I have food poisoning. THANK YOU KELLY!

I had ordered two pizzas at home at 5:10 PM in the app, I had indicated that I could pick them up at 6:15 PM. When I arrived at 6:15 PM to pick up the order, both pizzas still had to be made. I wasn't the only one who had to wait a long time. The idea that I could pick up the pizzas at 6:15 PM but then have to wait an hour goes a bit too far for me...

Vergeleken met andere domino pizza locaties is deze toch wel beneden de maat. De pizza's zijn niet vies maar ook niet zoals op andere locaties. Er zijn daar eigenlijk geen klanten wc's enkel voor personeel maar na het zien ervan weet ik zeker dat ik hier nooit meer terug kom. De wc's zijn ronduit smerig, en handen wassen na het wc bezoek kunnen de medewerkers niet aangezien alles verstopt zit en onder de drek zit. Na een wc bezoek zit het personeel zonder handen te wassen vervolgens weer aan jouw pizza la bacteria zonder handschoenen. Eetsmakelijk.

De pizza's van Domino's zijn echt mijn favoriet. Helaas heb ik met de bezorging van de pizza meerdere malen problemen gehad en kwamen ze veel te laat. Helaas was hiervoor ook geen compensatie.

In eerste instantie geen positieve ervaring. De bestelde pizza kon niet worden gemaakt zoals gewenst. Daarover werd ik gebeld en gaf ik een (goedkoper!) alternatief door. Bij het afhalen bleek ook een sandwich niet gemaakt te kunnen worden en moest dit ter plekke gewijzigd worden. Helaas viel de sandwich niet in de smaak. Op mijn reactie over het teveel betaalde werd ook erg laconiek gereageerd. Ik had er weinig vertrouwen in dat dit goed zou komen. Toen kwam daar een enquete over mijn bestelling. Die ingevuld. Daarop werd er contact met mij opgenomen. Uiteindelijk hebben ze mijn klacht naar tevredenheid opgelost. 👍🏻

Heb samen met mijn vriendin eerst lang lopen twijfelen of we hier weer zouden bestellen omdat de laatste keren erg laat komen en vaak dingen worden vergeten. Na te hebben besloten om toch nog een kans te geven kwam de bezorger een half uur later dan afgesproken tijd, wonderbaarlijk waren de pizzas nog warm, maar na 1 doos geopent te hebben was het weer een teleurstelling, de pizza lag aan 1 kant van de doos alsof je de pizza verticaal hebt gehad. De andere pizza lag nog wel redelijk in de doos maar een half om half pizza was het ook niet meer omdat voor sommige breuken erg moeilijk is denk ik.

3 pizza's besteld en 1 portie patat voor een kind. De pizza's waren lekker maar wel heel erg lauw (meer koud). 3.95 betaald voor patat, in het doosje zat een klein bodempje patat.. Voor een klein kind nog te weinig. Echt schandalig voor dat geld. Jammer!

Ik heb een online bestelling om 16.30 geplaatst om te laten bezorgen om 19.00. Toen de bestelling niet op tijd kwam, heb ik de winkel gebeld en kreeg ik te horen dat de bestelling later dan gepland zou komen, omdat er niet genoeg bezorgers waren. Pas om 20.00 kreeg ik mijn bestelling thuis bezorgd.

Onlangs een probleem gehad met de levering maar is bij deze perfect opgelost door een van de medewerkers. Zeer over te spreken!

Normaal gesproken ben ik heel enthousiast over Dominos. Mijn man had gisteren in de middag al een bestelling gedaan om om 18 uur te laten bezorgen. Deze kwam pas 19:45 aan. Hij kreeg als excuses volgende keer gratis cinnasticks als hij binnen 2 weken weer bestelde. Niet de service die ik verwacht van Dominos... Toevoeging: mijn man kreeg later een gratis medium pizza aangeboden. Toen bleek de code niet te werken, gebeld en ze zouden een nieuwe code sturen. 2 dagen later kwam de code binnen, deze werkt wel. Nu voor goedkoop pizza met een cinnasticks kunnen bestellen die er binnen een half uur was. Tip: Dominos kan misschien op de site aangeven als het heel druk is, zodat je als klant zelf kan bedenken of je het de moeite waard vind om lang (bijv 1,5 uur) te wachten op je pizza.

Prima Domino's met vriendelijk personeel. Alleen de verkeerde pizza ontvangen. Ik had via de selfservice paal een pizza kebab besteld, maar ontvang vervolgens een extravaganza.

Heerlijk vers bereid. Vriendelijk personeel. Aanrader!

Domino's zal vast goed zijn helaas is hun bezorg gelegenheid beperkt

Na een dag werken dachten we een pizza te bestellen er stond max 50 minuten dat het zou komen. Nu is het onder tussen 2.30 uur wachten. Dan bel je vervolgens of ze weten wanneer het ongeveer komt vervolgens word er op gehangen. Dan bel je terug en vertel je dit het antwoord is vervolgens "oh ja dan onze excuses maar" dit is echt geen klantenservice!! Voor klachten kan je beter hoofdkantoor mailen!

Na een bestelling van 5 pizza s zeer onvriendelijk te woord gestaan. Heb gebeld omdat ze vergeten waren dat de peper eraf moest. En zat er wel op Zegt die en wat wil je nu? Update. Netjes gebeld net en goed geholpen met compensatie

Lekkere pizza's, maar vaak te laat met bezorgen en nemen soms niet op bij contact opnemen. Snap dat het drukke tijden zijn tijdens covid, maar beloof dan niet iets wat je niet kan nakomen :)

Na 45 min gewacht te hebben realiseerde ik me dat ik nog geen bestelling had geplaatst, daarna binnen enkele minuten mijn pizza diep in mijn keelgat mogen steken zonder dat mijn smaak pupillen deze nachtmerrie hebben moeten meemaken.
