took way too long, the 1+1 free offer didn't go through so just paid for 2... and rock dry. Last time.

Bottom net rubber so tough, no message to pick up no text nothing, was 1 person in the whole branch... It couldn't get any worse.

Terrible customer service. I ordered delivery and they never brought my order. I called and they told me the delivery driver had come, but he never arrived. Very rude.

The Worst, we were waiting for our delivery more than 1h3min and when i called to ask they said they cannot deliver it and they can remake my pizzas and i need to go for them.

I had a very bad experience today. I placed an order, paid properly, and waited for over an hour without any update. No one informed me; I had to call myself, and then I was told that they would not deliver my order because they had too many orders. This is totally unacceptable. If you accept an order and receive payment, you must deliver it or inform the customer on time. Very poor service, no responsibility, and absolutely no respect for the customer. I will certainly not order here again.

We were parked with the camper around a parking lot. I gave the nearest house and reported that we were inside the camper. Delivered promptly without any problems 👍🏻 We'll do it again next time

Don't order here, don't waste your time and money.

If you have to wait a bit or it's busy, that's no problem at all. It might be that way if you order in the evening. But if you order something that's supposed to be ready at 15:15, walk in at 15:15, greet the employee, and then sit there waiting for your order to be called, and when you go to ask for it 20 minutes later, it turns out it's been under the warming plate since 15:15, that's just not acceptable! I've never experienced this before...

How they advertise and how is look in real life... big difference. No ? The chairs must be removed or cleaned

I ordered from here twice, and both times I had to wait over an hour. The pizzas were already quite cold both times, and that from a distance of 1km. I ordered twice during the week. The pizzas are also quite poorly topped, see photo.

Staff hung up on me when I tried ordering in English. Awful experience. Unprofessional and borderline illegal (discriminatory). Avoid.

It’s a Dominos. What else? Within the market of mass franchise pizza companies Dominos is pretty good. The crew the staff in Eindhoven was really helpful and nice.

We ordered online and ordered a veggie pizza and it had a piece of chicken in it

Our pizzas came with a burnt crust and dried out dough, Dominos has no form to report the issue. Very disappointed, no more Dominos for us unless we get contacted with an explanation.

LITERALLY USED 500 g of tomato concentrate for an xxl pizza IS HORRIBLE ! I just ordered 45 min ago if i eat this i might go red to the toilette worst thing is that i payed money for that ! DONT ORDER DONT GO THEY MAKE THE FOOD LIKE A JOKE

Last time I ordered 2 pizzas I had to wait 1 hour at a distance of 1km, then we called them they said that up to 10 minutes delivery is with you and then he comes after fifteen minutes and still with almost cold pizzas. Please pay attention to delivery people I know they have trackers on the bikes and still they take longer to deliver than normal.

We waited 3 hours for 1 pizza. After calling 4 times, they mentioned the pizza was out of the oven, which was a lie since I called again only to be told our order was missed. We waited 1 more hour until it arrived. The service is horrible. This will be the last time we order with Dominos.

Always too little cheese on the pizzas, which is a shame. Unprofessional and disinterested staff. Better to go to the NYP around the corner.

It's normal to expect low quality when you order food from dominos in general but this time is actually my last time ordering. The order was almost one hour late and cold (ok, I didn't expect better anyways), but this hotdog is an absolute joke. It has nothing to do with the one presented on the website. It tasted as bad as it looks and I actually had to scoop off some of the BBQ sauce because of stomach ache concerns. ://

3rd time in a row part of the order is missing, first time no pizza second time wrong pizza third time sauces then received a sorry letter in the mail and a code for 2nd pizza for free and it happens again

normaly food is quick and easy here, but i got an Italian this time thats i kid you not thin enough to fit under a door... what kind of cheapscate tomfoolery is this. for 15 euro a pizza do better.

They really can't do anything here! Every time I forget the sauce that you paid a lot for. The crispy chicken just doesn't hang down in an arc in your fingers as limp as it is, and if you order onions on your pizza for which you pay 2 euros extra, with a bit of luck you will get 10 strips spread over the entire pizza. When you call, they don't offer a solution (forgot the sauce, oops, we'll deliver it in half an hour), not even an apology can get rid of it. Even experienced that the pizza was black on one side, but even that is normal. always come with that discount coupon. As if you still want such bad service! Just make sure the problem will be solved at that moment!

I ordered food online, was supposed to arrive at 8:20 PM but it arrived 40 minutes later. At that time the pizza was already quite cold (I live very close to it), not such a pleasant experience. Buy your pizza somewhere else!!!

Food delivery went well, but they really need to improve on the quantity of fries. For normal fries, you really get the amount of 1 hand full, really little, even smaller than a child's fries from the chip shop. The XL fries are also small, actually a small fries from the chip shop. I think they should really look at this carefully and adjust it. Especially for the money of 4 and 6 euros, I really expected a lot more fries. In terms of taste it is very good, nothing to complain about. Food could be a bit warmer instead of lukewarm, which is always a shame. It's also a shame that you can't order the chili sauce separately and you really miss a sweet and sour sauce that would really be so tasty with the chicken. So I think some things could be improved, but there is certainly nothing wrong with it in terms of taste.

Accedentlly ordered at the wrong dominos and they were extremely helpful resolving the issue.

Pizza cheeseburger, delivered without sauce, I think this has become normal, first Helmond, now Eindhoven. Ordered and paid for Beek en Donk and then received nothing, and later it turns out that the business is bankrupt. And your answer to this is you can send a message via the site or whatever, that is of no use to me, really poorly organised

Didn't get what we ordered! Banana shake became a vanilla shake and an iced Coffee became an Oreo shake

Ik heb vaker hier besteld en was best tevreden behalve wat betreft de pizza met champignons. De laats keer had Martijn ze gebakken 1peperoni en 1 funghi champignons. En ze waren perfect om van te watertanden. Klassewerk Martijn!

Was erg koud binnen, pizza uit een kartonnen doos eten, vieze stoelen. Pizza kun je beter laten bezorgen.

Net geen zin om naar winkel te gaan om pizza te halen ...via bezorgen.nl pizza BBQ chicken and Bacon besteld ...je kon zelf saus kiezen en koos crème fraiche ipv BBQ saus .... Bezorg tijd minder dan 29 min 🤗 heel blij mee . ..tot ik de doos open maakte ...zie foto🤔maker vd Pizza dacht er anders over dan mijn keuze en toch BBQ saus opgedaan 😒😒 Heel jammer is dat dan weer ....je mocht toch zelf kiezen ???🤔

Go there for Hot pizzas just out of the oven. Loved it. Tables were not cleaned after last group left but when asked, they cleaned it immediately and thoroughly.

Lekkere pizza’s echter ligt de kwaliteit er echt aan welke medewerker aan het werk is. Ene keer beter dan de andere keer.

Afgelopen week pizza besteld. Om 17:30 besteld voor bezorging om 19:00. Uiteindelijk is de pizza bezorgd om 20:25.. Ik snap dat het druk kan zijn, maar zo ver vantevoren bestellen en dan alsnog bijna anderhalf uur later de pizza krijgen vind ik nogal wat. Overigens wel netjes dat wij ons geld terug kregen toen we de tweede keer belden waar de pizza bleef. Neemt helaas niet weg dat de pizza gewoon dik te laat was.

Snelle en vriendelijke service en de pizza's zijn heerlijk!! De shakes vind ik alleen wel een beetje duur maar de pizza's vind ik goed geprijst (bij afhalen). Ook hebben ze vaak aanbiedingen.

De pizza is altijd lekker dus daar heb ik eigenlijk niets over te zeggen. Vind het alleen wel jammer dat er een kerel werkt die alleen Engels praat en niet aangeeft dat ie geen Nederlands kan als je met hem praat. Dat is het eerste wat je kan aangeven ipv mij als een idioot 3 keer hetzelfde te laten zeggen in het Nederlands. Je hebt een mond om te praten, gebruik die of maak alleen pizza's.

Prima pizza. Helaas weigerde mijn pin pas 3 keer en kan je hier niet contant betalen. De 4e keer ging het wel goed.

Snelle bezorging. Het bestelde gerecht komt nog goed warm bij je aan de deur. Te volgen via track en trace. Kwaliteit pizza's is goed. Veel keuze en ook lekkere desserts. Soms gaat er iets niet helemaal goed maar dat wordt 200% vergoed. (Niet in retour geld!)
