Domino's Pizza Gennep in Wijk 03 Gennep

We were on vacation at Center Parcs Het Heijderbos and ordered from Dominos in Gennep. Ordering and paying online is very convenient. Delivery was fast! The young man came by bike, and we were able to pick up our order at the Center Parcs entrance, which wasn't a problem since we had a vacation home nearby. The pizza was warm and delicious! We often order from Dominos when we're at Center Parcs in the Netherlands, as we're familiar with it from Germany and are always very satisfied. We weren't disappointed here and would order from here again! Thank you very much!

The bad reviews here should really be taken seriously – I experienced it myself. I ordered from this Domino's branch via Lieferando and was completely disappointed. The driver claimed to have called me, but no call ever reached me. The food wasn't delivered. When I went to pick it up myself, it was cold, and the shakes were thawed and inedible. The customer service in the store was completely unhelpful, unaccommodating, and unapologetic. Lieferando refers you to Domino's, and Domino's refers you to Lieferando – and in the end, you're left with a poor, paid-for product. I couldn't even eat half of it. That was the last time for me. Anyone expecting hot pizza and decent service should definitely order elsewhere.

Been here at a higher trafic time, since there were a lot of people all the workers were active. Because of this even the delivery guys were touching the plates that the pizzas are put on without gloves or anything. After eating the food the roof of my mouth swollen.

What a mess in this Dominos branch. The manager there is really rude and has no idea how to talk to customers. Yes, I have been waiting for my order for 3 hours. After waiting almost 2 hours, I contacted dominos myself. My order was on its way. Just be patient, it's coming. I'm not the most difficult, so just wait a little longer. After waiting 40 minutes, I thought you could still call again. Again she says that it is on its way... to which I respond as if she is kidding me, I have been waiting for my order for almost 3 hours now and the tone this lady is taking doesn't even make the dogs like bread. It was their fault.. but busy and all.. there was nothing we could do.. so we stopped to discuss with a colleague. I told the lady that this really cannot be the norm for a store like Dominos, but the lady told me that she was the manager. This explains a lot... he can't take an order yet. Finally my order after 3 hours... Is that... order not complete? Name rape for dominos. Sorry, but what a cool team you have there. The deliveries, on the other hand, by bicycle. Great boy. He understands.

Had to wait over two hours for a lukewarm pizza…. Already feeling hungry..

This is the second time I order and pay for a pizza with extra toppings, and the toppings are not on it for the second time. If you then file a complaint online, you hear nothing from Domino's.

Have ordered here several times now, and every time there is something. Then they are late again (while no one else is there), then something is burnt again and then they make the pizzas with completely wrong ingredients, up to 2 times with the same order. In addition, no form of compensation is ever offered for the mistakes they make, while this costs us extra time every time, and that is a team of 7 people.. I think you are better off just buying a frozen pizza and throwing some extras on it than spending a fortune here.

We had ordered food at 17:15 for 18:30, which would be easy you would think. Well, not so. After calling four times, we cancelled the order at 20:30. First, at 19:30, they said that the food was already on its way with the delivery person and that it would take about 20 minutes. So we waited. At 20:30, the food still hadn't arrived. So we asked if the food was in the oven yet, but this wasn't possible because the delivery person wasn't on his way back (to Domino's) from another location. We then said that we wanted to cancel and asked how we would get our money back, we didn't get a clear answer to this, so she said she would text the manager. But she wasn't allowed to be bothered, so this wasn't possible (no idea if she was actually texted). Then we asked for the manager of Domino's that evening and we already spoke to him. I asked out of curiosity if more people had been waiting for pizzas for 2 hours, and this was indeed the case, only they had respect for the situation, the girl said. Well top service, never order here again!

Unfortunately the food arrived cold. Fries were too soft, peppers were missing and the döner was burnt.

THEY ARE THIEVES HAD NO FOOD BUT YOU PAID

Okay, so you order takeout. I'm on location well in advance because I'm hungry. They then simply let the ordered pizzas cool for more than fifteen minutes (the name or order was not announced so I asked) and then I get the comment "that it is busy" and "that they are still warm". Sorry, but when I got home everything was just lukewarm. As well as they did when they opened, they are doing so poorly now in terms of service and handling. No structure, no overview and "they just do whatever". Very unfortunate. I cannot recommend this location and will not buy anything there again.

Delivery too late, sauce missing and worst of all: it was stone cold. Not even lukewarm anymore. Called to report this: next time you will get a medium pizza for free. No thanks, just solve this first. The latter is unfortunately not possible.

Ordered 3 pizzas on Monday. At the agreed pick-up time, the waiting time suddenly appeared to have increased by 45 minutes. Advice from dominos: to take money back. This would be refunded within a few days. It has now been almost 1 week and several phone calls with false promises. But of course still no money. Really scandalous! The manager can no longer be reached and he has his (young) employee answer the phone.

I ordered a pizza via the app with personal pickup. When I arrived at the appointed time, the restaurant was closed. I waited 30 minutes and nothing. I wrote to the service office but I did not receive any response or refund. I do not recommend.

Delivery times are becoming absurd, while the food has been getting cold in the store for more than half an hour. Hi I was orders food on sunday 2 weeks ago and pizza not arrived. I apoke with manager abd he promise me they sebd to me money back. Till today I didint receive any money back ;/

This place should be shut down. I made an order through ThuisBezorgd. Waited for 2h30min and no sign of delivery. Called them and they gave a fake excuse that the person who delivers was there and no one was there to collect. I asked why they didn't call. They lied and said they called and the number was out of service (I phone I had in my hand and was using data mobile from it the entire time). Asked for reimbursement. After almost 2 weeks, no sign, called them. They asked me to wait for the 2 full weeks. I waited 3 weeks, no sign, called again. They said the manager would call me back. He never did. The money never came. This is not the first time, as I've seen similar complaints.

Placed an order for 10 people around 6:15 PM, it would be delivered at 7:00 PM. Ultimately the delivery person didn't arrive until 8:15 PM. The pizzas were not only cold, the order was wrong. Called the branch and we would get a call back from the manager. Ultimately I called back and the employee indicated that the regional manager would call back, but that did not happen.

Sour pizzas, lots of tomato paste and barely any cheese. From now on I will drive to Cuijk New York Pizza again!

Vind wel dat ze een haarnetje moet dragen, die lange manen boven t eten is niet zo fris.

Lekkere pizza’s die snel klaar zijn. Soms doen ze er wel erg veel tomatensaus op waardoor je de toppings minder proeft.

De Pizzas waren lekker. Het gaat wel super snel. Dus je hoeft geen uur te wachten op je eten. Je moet het echt van een aanbieding hebben andere is het veelste duur.
