Domino's Pizza Gorinchem Hoog-dalem in Wijk 13 Hoog Dalem

Just picked up two pizzas, a chicken kebab and a tuna pizza. Chicken kebab included a fresh long hair and heavily unfried. This was the last time at Domino's for me. Gildenwijk wasn't doing anything and my last hope was in the east.

Always tasty, fresh and well-filled pizzas. Prepared on time if you order online and pick up. Any waiting time is clearly indicated on a screen in the restaurant, so you know where you stand. It is a small space, so you cannot really eat here with large groups.

A very good experience at these Domino's. We had chosen the collection time asap via Thuiszorgd. We did receive an email that the order had been confirmed, but no estimate of how long it would take. That's why I went straight there. I suddenly received a message at my door that the order would be ready in 35 minutes. Because we live a little further away, it was not worth going back home. There was nothing to do but wait with my daughter until it was time. The staff saw us waiting and asked about our order. Once I explained the story, they immediately started making our order. I even got something to drink because I had to wait so long. I ended up receiving my food a little faster than the original time. And that during the Sunday evening rush hour. Extremely friendly staff. The food was also top notch. I definitely recommend this Domino's location.

Ordered food for home delivery and it took nearly 1.30hours to arrive. Very disappointing ending to a Friday evening!

I ordered 2 pizzas with a delivery time of 18:00. Then I get the pizzas delivered at 19:15, after I had to call. They said they were ready, but that was clearly not the case. Then I open the boxes and see the wrong pizza twice. So I could call again and after a few minutes I was told that new pizzas were being sent. These pizzas have now, 2 hours later, not been delivered. Called again and the delivery person appeared to be on his way. They have finally been delivered, with 2 cokes. It is appreciated, but does not make the experience any less annoying. This is already the 3rd time that things have not gone well here. Wrong order, waiting far too long or arriving far too early... Last time I went..

Placed an order on January 2nd but they can't deliver it because they don't have delivery people. Quite strange for a pizza place but okay. Now I'm waiting for my money back but that is also very difficult and I already had to call about this ☎️ but so far the money has not been returned. So when I have no idea. Really too ridiculous for words this

Wednesday 18 December ordered pizza at dinner time, it was action day and very busy, they worked very hard but indeed long waiting time. Still I give 5 stars because the workers received a lot of comments and 'still remained polite and did their best to limit the waiting time. They worked very hard.

Ordered online. Got time. Be there at the right time. Could take another 45 minutes. Can happen after 45 minutes back. I was told it would take at least 30 minutes. I asked for my money back, which was also difficult as to whether there was any money to give back. There was also a lot of minced meat, etc. The staff didn't seem to care.

3 people busy making pizzas. Fine, but 2 men just busy with their cell phones didn't even see me. Too bad if you have to wait until you are helped. Very disinterested staff

The last few times I ordered, things went wrong or some products were not available! Very disappointing! And I didn't get a coupon code...

Pizzas cold and chewy. Order was ready for 45 minutes and was delivered to us when it was cooled. Absolutely great!

Very fast and delicious hot pizzas. I ordered from the recreation area at the Linge and they were there within 20 minutes. Unfortunately I just missed the delivery person, but he delivered the pizzas promptly after I was called. Double tip next time. PS: after posting this I am only now reading other people's reviews. Wow, that's bad. Anyway. I honestly had a very positive experience on a Thursday evening, ordered via the app at 8:25 PM and they were already there at 8:45 PM. I ordered after I spoke to a courier who delivered pizzas for someone else. Very cheerful young man who proudly said that they could deliver as quickly as I ordered. And that was true. I wonder why Domino's didn't rule on a review below that nasty videos were made. Can't we really hope that this isn't true?!

Always check the app first, otherwise you will be left behind. You pay €4-€5 too much for your oizza.

The food was cold. couldn't eat was very disappointed just can't go there never again.

After almost half an hour of no pizzas being called before I could tell my story, the phone rang. I called again to ask where they were, they still had to put the oven in, okay, because of the crowds, but when I asked if they could add another shake, no problem, the company didn't come with the food either. After the 2nd round 1 shake and a big mouth, you only ordered 1, that's right, I would get the other one. This was known to the manager as a bad thing.

So bad! Apparently they find it funny to lick pizzas and smear snot on customers' pizzas and record videos of it, raunchiness at its finest! The manager was also on the video!!! Whatever you do, never order there! Gawd!

Terrible experience, I would give 0 stars if possible. Using the confusion to charge you extra if you change the topings but don't want to outnr. the original nr. of topings. Also I asked for MEAT and SWEET PEPPER instead I got some pieces of black burned far or something because I don't know what it was , but the taste was horrible, and not sweet but mega hot spicy 🔥 peppers that leaved me on tears. So that "girl" mocked me and took my money. I didn't went back for a fight I have too much self respect ,but I won't ever go for a pizza there. Good job gentlemans,you are doing a great job losing all your customers .

Lekkere pizza's met een ruim aanbod. Vlotte bezorging en goede service. Ook als er iets fout gaat wordt dit netjes afgehandeld.

Personeel in paniek door drukte (onderbezetting), Leiding die onacceptabel tekeer ging tegen personeel. 1 vd 4 pizzas bleek verkeerd te zijn bij thuiskomst. Ik kocht bij afhalen in de winkel een milkshake bij, maar moest na afrekenen er nog 2 keer om vragen omdat ze me door drukte bleven vergeten. Personeel leek het door de stress weinig te interesseren toen ik dit aangaf. Dominoes (Hoogdalem), ga voortaan beter om met je personeel anders komen wij hier niet meer terug. Toen ik bij Dominoes (Kazerneplein) werkte ging het er ook zo aan toe, schreeuwende leiding was de reden dat ik ben gestopt. Als je personeel weg jaagt, dan blijf je met een doorstroom van onervaren mensen steeds dit probleem van onderbezetting en stress houden.

Ja echt belachelijk heb 5 x die bestelling opnieuw moeten invullen online omdat hij het elke x niet deed en steeds maar over sloeg naar bezorgen terwijl ik gewoon op afhalen heb gedrukt...... hier mag verandering in komen

Slechte service personeel niet vriendelijk

Pizzabodem goed maar 4 soorten.kaas was niet te proeven en de gewone hawai smaakte naar de hot variant kortom niet lekker
