Domino's Pizza Groningen - Friesestraatweg - Woldring in Nieuw-West

Have been ordering from dominos for years. They suddenly no longer deliver in Hoogkerk. Very Thuisbezorgd is full of restaurants that deliver here from all over Groningen, but not a big boy like Domino's anymore. Really too bizarre.

We received a voucher for a second pizza for free because we are "missed". When ordering, we suddenly see that they no longer deliver to us. Very annoying and a shame that we can no longer enjoy your pizzas

From one day to the next, no more delivery. Too bad at first from one location to another in terms of delivery and suddenly none anymore.

Last Friday I was at Startfest with work as an exhibitor. Already ordered pizzas for the evening using the order form at the domino's stand in the morning. These would be delivered to our stand via the store. It took quite a while, but it was busy because several companies had ordered at startfest. It eventually turned out that the store had not received our order. It was at the end of startfest, I had to go to an appointment afterwards, so I finally went home without pizza. When I spoke to a Domino's employee, she apologized and said she would send me a code so that I could still pick up a pizza. I had left my telephone number and email address. No code received yet. It's a shame that it turned out this way.

We have always enjoyed our pizzas, although occasionally something was missing or the wrong topping. After all, where people work, mistakes can be made! But after our last contact we will not return here. We wanted to place an online order but that didn't work. We called and were told, in half Dutch and half English, that he was alone in the shop and therefore could not be delivered. When I arrive at the store to pick up our order, to my great surprise there are 5 other employees in addition to the delivery person. When I said something about this, it turned out that no one spoke Dutch except the delivery person. The delivery person checked with the person who answered the phone, who then denied saying that he was alone. The rest of the English staff were talking and laughing about us. After such a negative experience where I was indirectly accused of being a liar, I will not return here. There was not even an apology or anything for the inconvenience. In addition, a cold pizza because it is impossible to have a conversation this way. A huge shame, because I have never had any problems with the Dutch staff before and things have always been resolved very smoothly. But filling the business with English-speaking staff who are clearly not made for the catering industry and are only there for the money is a real loss for this business. Because they clearly don't know the customer is king.

Forgot to deliver the sauce again Update: gave Domino’s a second chance - the delivery took an hour, they messed up the sauces again a brought a different one and the milkshake was spilling out

I had to wait 20 minutes for a thick shake that was already ready in the machine, but tasty pizzas

Ordered, paid at 10:20 PM. Pizza never came…

Only English and there is no one who can speak Dutch in the store and everything is very short and unclear and not at all polite or customer focused.

We order here regularly, but recently it has happened several times that a topping on the pizza was missing. This is always resolved neatly, but I think it is very careless that this happens.

what a bad thing, ordering pizzas at 6 pm and hearing at a quarter past 7 that it could take another hour, because they are very busy. You are then passed on to someone else because the person on the line cannot help you further. You will quickly be abused in English by a lady who wants to get rid of you quickly and you will have to wait 2 to 3 days until you get your money back. In short, never again!!!!!!!! Update: I received a message from you stating that it is a pity that the pizza was delivered late and that I would like to contact you. We have done this for a long time, only under my mother's name. because he had made the order, and unfortunately the pizza never arrived and the order would be canceled, a confirmation would come (still not) and she would get her money back within 2 to 3 days.

Good pizzas. Personally, I thought this one was slightly better than the Zonnelaan one.

Waited an hour after ordering my pizza. Then I called where the pizza was, I was told that I had to wait at least 40 minutes for my pizza... it was the last time for me at Domino's

I wouldn't even give 1 star. The pizzas were just as cold as the milkshakes and when you call about it you don't get a big response back. Worthless, just like the service there

I always enjoy taking food here. The staff is very friendly and professional. The food is very tasty. They prepare food quickly so I don't have to wait long. Well, everything is great

Ive ordered here multiple times. Pizzas are fine, one day I dream that when I order a banana thick shake Ill actually get one, rather than vanilla. Pleading over the notes for the delivery did not work. One can dream.

Spicy chicken zonder spicy, kaaskorst had geen smaak. Bestelling wel snel klaar.

Prima pizza’s, ze zijn wel erg duur geworden in vergelijking met een pizzaria 🍕

Heerlijke pizza's voor een redelijke prijs, wel ingewikkelde bestel mogelijkheden: sommige kortingen gelden alleen voor een app, de kaart is niet te lezen voor een 50+er en niet al het personeel spreekt Nederlands. Parkeren kan je hier amper en de straat is doodlopend dus keren noodzakelijk, best een gedoe. Maar het eten is lekker!

Een paar euro's meer en je hebt "kwaliteit". Slechter als Domino's is er niet. Daar ga je met je volle verstand toch niet iets van laten bezorgen?

Heeft niets over aan service en kwaliteit helaas.

A good domino's, fast service and good pizzas

Normaal haal ik wel eens een bestelling aan de Zonnelaan, vandaag kwam de Friesestraatweg onderweg naar huis even makkelijker uit. Wat een mooie nieuwe zaak. Ruim opgezet, prachtig blinkende en schone keuken en relaxte sfeer. Ook de pizza's vielen op. Twee BBQ Mixed Grills, rijkelijk belegd en met de bekende luchtige korst, dat gaat in de andere filialen in de omgeving nog wel eens minder goed. Top!

Ziet er beter uit dan de andere Domino's Pizza filialen in Groningen.

Het duurt wel lang het bezorgen .Het was beter dat het bij Paddepoel domino bezorgd sneller
