Domino's Pizza Harderwijk in Wijk 05 Stadsdennen

I ordered pizza here, and the sauce was spicy, which wasn't right. They then called me with this information and told me we had to do it ourselves. They refused to listen to us or help us. I often order pizza here, and it's usually good, but if it's not right once, they don't listen. This is a real shame.

Many mistakes were made. A woman returned with an order and took ours, resulting in a longer wait than before. Drinks were offered, and we were supposed to receive the wrong pizza, but that didn't happen. We only received one warm chocolate-like dessert. Meanwhile, numerous calls were made with questions about orders, etc. No more Domino's for us.

Waited two hours for a lukewarm pizza. If it had been hot and delivered sooner, that would have been fine. After fifty minutes, I called and they said it would take another fifteen minutes... ultimately, it was delivered two hours after ordering. We could track the delivery driver online; we had to go to Hierden first, but our pizzas were lukewarm... too bad, but never again.

Delicious food and excellent service

I regularly order from Domino's. But they've gotten incredibly expensive in a short time. And when you order a 40cm pizza for a whopping €24!!, you expect at least more toppings than on a regular 25cm pizza. This wasn't the case; it had very few toppings.

I ordered a month ago using a deal that apparently wasn't valid at this location. So I called to ask how this was possible. I was treated kindly, and as a compensation, I still got the free pizza delivered. This is why Domino's is my regular pizzeria. Service that makes you happy💪🏻

Basically the pizza tastes delicious...the customer area was full of leaves, of course the young delivery people come in and out and nobody looks above the ground

Got food here today. First of all, I found the staff incredibly rude. You'd expect them to start by asking, "Good afternoon, what can I do for you?" Not, "Hey, just say it, man!" No gloves, no hairnet, long hair, coughing guys with nail polish who prepared food for you without washing their hands! Moreover, my food was anything but tasty. Dry, and the crusts were incredibly hard. They know how to handle the prices at Domino's Pizzas, but decent, well-groomed, and hygienic staff seems like their number one priority! I hadn't been there in a long time, but I won't be back anytime soon. Nothing positive to say about it, and so Domino's: you have a lot of work to do!!!

First of all, the pizza tasted good, was ready quickly, and the guys there were nice. What's a no-go for me, however, is preparing food with long, loose hair. I was also left standing alone in the store while my pizza was in the oven so the whole staff could go and smoke together. After smoking, my pizza was immediately packed into the box without washing their hands first. Also a no-go for me.

The pizza was ready super fast. It's also great that Domino's has dedicated parking for customers.

On Wednesday or Sunday a delicious pizza with 50% discount. Normally in Steenwijk now in Harderwijk. Was also fine.

Waiting two hours for the order and still nothing ... on the phone they are very nice, see the order but can't do anything about it. But waiting two hours and then I'm not hungry anymore, I'll take a sandwich. Having to wait so long for an order is really bad service! For me never again domino's!

Let me start by saying that I had to wait so long for my food that I can't even fill it in under the options. I had to wait 2 hours for my food! Of course I called about this. The employee on the phone was incredibly nice and said that this was absolutely not the intention and offered me compensation for this. The staff handled it nicely but it's a shame that I had to wait so long. (I assume they didn't have enough employees that evening). The food arrived hot and was delicious. I ordered via thuisbezorgd but my review was cut off halfway through even though I was under 500 words.

My experience was horrible. Not only was the service slow and the food cold, but the customer service on the phone was downright rude. It felt like I was bothering them with my questions. Avoid this place at all costs! Ordered 1 pizza, I literally live 500 meters from domino's. And after an hour still nothing. Called and was told to come pick up my pizza. Pizzas were fine, but no customer service and it was incredibly dirty on the floor. They could easily have wiped the floor there with a mop.

There is no atmosphere. Pizza was on its dominoes. What the staff is allowed to do is use hair neatly and what I also find more pleasant and would also like to see, in the same way as hair neatly, is that gloves are used.

Always delicious, hot pizzas with sometimes significant discounts. I regularly get "a round slice with cheese and lots of tomatoes" here 😃 It's also handy that you can park easily!

Ordered 2 pizzas today. A 4 cheese and 1 margarita. Got 2 margaritas. But I paid a lot more money for those 4 cheeses that I didn't get. We only found out about it at home, so there was nothing we could do about it... very disappointing. All pizzas are tasty, but I just want what I ask for...

Always had a great experience at these dominoes, except today I received several pizzas that are incredibly thin and dry, it's like chewing on a flavored cracker. Once good, now good and sad.

Ordered at 4:00 PM with delivery before 6:15 PM and not yet delivered at 7:10 PM, how difficult is it to plan? Then get the time option from the website.

Food was great and everyone enjoyed it. Ordering was easy online and the pickup time was also great. Nice employee. Just as you would expect from Dominos. The ambience is just typical Dominos (for pickup or delivery).

Placed the order via internet on Wednesday evening, for a party on Saturday, delivery time 6:30 PM. Didn't receive a confirmation email, so I called on Thursday. A friendly employee assured me that the order was in the system. Unfortunately that didn't happen. Called twice on Saturday evening between 6:45 PM and 6:55 PM with a complaint, the delivery person finally arrived at 7 PM. They said on the phone that we would be contacted, but that did not happen

As far as I'm concerned, this is a great place to pick up your pizza. My son has an eating disorder and this is the only pizza he likes. Once a week I get pizza here for him. When there are offers (regularly) I sometimes get one for myself. The app is very useful as you can see exactly when your pizza goes into the oven and is ready.

It is a take away, you can eat there but it is not cozy. It's like a pizza factory.

Far too young staff, not always ready on time and the app is worthless

Pizzas are OK, but the app for ordering is disappointing. Our zip code does not exist, either online or in the app. Ultimately it turns out that people in our village are no longer concerned. It would have been more user-oriented not to say “Address does not exist” and leave the user in the dark, but to report in the app: “there is no delivery option in this village”.

I canceled an order due to an 'energy allowance' that only became apparent later. It's bizarre that a multibillion-dollar company like Domino's doesn't simply include this in the pizza, but probably tries to get the consumer's pity. I called to cancel and gave my reason. When I heard the pizza was in the oven I was unsure whether to cancel, but the other person mentioned the return transaction and before I could get more than half a sentence in, they unceremoniously hung up. Disrespectful action by a presumably young employee. That is a risk with young and cheap staff. I will order elsewhere from now on.

We bestellen hier regelmatig. Ik haal de pizza's dan ook altijd af. Meestal hoef ik niet lang te wachten, soms als er een aktie is iets langer. De pizza's zijn eigenlijk net wat te duur, daarom koop ik ze vaak als er een aktie is. De pizza's zijn verder prima. Een keer zat er een haar in, na een klacht ingediend te hebben kreeg ik een tegoedbon voor een nieuwe pizza. De zaak zelf is niet echt heel gezellig of sfeervol ofzo.

Altijd super lekker! Bestelling opgehaald wat snel verliep.

Prima pizza’s, alleen apart dat ze in de winkel niet dezelfde kortingen als online hanteren voor het afhalen van je bestelling. Tip: altijd eerst online kijken of er acties zijn voordat je daar ter plekken besteld.

Fijne ervaring gehad terwijl ik op vakantie was met vrienden, we hadden 9 pizza's bestald en minder dan driekwartier later konden we ze al ophalen bij de winkel. De kwaliteit was ook goed te doen.

Goede pizzas en vriendelijk personeel

Update: na het probleem van 2 weken geleden een bon gekregen voor 2e pizza gratis als goedmakertje, wel blij dat ze reageren op wat er gebeurd is dat is wel fijn. Nu heb ik vanavond de pizzas besteld maar ging helaas niet helemaal zoals het hoorde, cheeseburger pizza zonder saus gekregen ik belde er voor en er werd iemand gestuurd met de saus fles dat was wel fijn. Wel jammer van de pizza maar er werd op zijn minst wel een oplossing bedacht deze keer. Helaas niet zeker of ik nog wel wat ga bestellen hier. Pizza besteld en bijna anderhalf uur later kreeg ik hem pas "er is een fiets kapot en het is druk" kan ik nog begrijpen maar ik had betaald voor extra toppings en was niks van te zien de helft van de topping die er wel op zat, zat aan de doos zelf ondat die ingedrujt was en de kippenvleugels kwamen met de verkeerde saus. Gebeld en de reactie gekregen "ik weet niet wat ik hier zo aan moet doen nu" jammer om dit zo mee te krijgen, dan had ik liever nog een kwartiertje langer gewacht op een bestelling die wel aan mijn verwachtingen en bon voldoen.

Heerlijk onderweg even pizza gehaald. Pizza was mega warm en echt heerlijk vers. Jongen achter de toonbank (met bril) heeft ons zeer netjes te woord gestaan en geholpen. Echt een nette en beleefde uitstraling. Respect! Heerlijke pizza voor goede prijs. Zeker een aanrader om hier je pizza te bestellen, snel klaar en heerlijk vullend.

Vandaag om 18:00 uur onze bestelling geplaatst via thuisbezorgd.nl. Volgens hen zou het ca. 35 minuten duren, maar dit is natuurlijk niet leidend. Daarom geduldig afgewacht en na 60 minuten naar Domino's gebeld om te vragen wat de status van de bestelling is. De meneer die opnam meldde dat het druk is en dat de bestelling binnen 20 minuten bij ons zou moeten zijn. Maakte verder geen excuses en klonk onvriendelijk, maar goed, ik wacht geduldig af. 40 minuten later nog steeds geen pizza's. Bellen maar weer... 5 keer "lijn bezet". De zesde keer krijgen we meneer weer aan de lijn, die nogmaals meldt dat ze druk zijn en dat de bestelling er spoedig is. Meneer had gelijk, de bezorger staat aan de deur, ook hij maakt geen excuses voor de vertraagde bestelling. Wanneer ik de doos open zie ik dat er honing-mosterdsaus op mijn pizza zit, terwijl ik de pizza opzettelijk zelf samengesteld heb om dit te voorkomen. Saus afgedept, en gaan eten. Pizza was tot overmaat van ramp ook nog eens lauw. Niet de service en kwaliteit die ik gewend ben, verreweg van. Het ergst vind ik nog dat er geen excuses gemaakt worden en dat er wordt gedaan alsof dit heel normaal is. Is uiteindelijk heel netjes opgelost door Domino's n.a.v. een bericht op de website, bedankt!
