Always my go to place when I’m too lazy to cook! Delicious pizza and kind staff! They got good deals on particular days and the price is so worth it! Highly recommend it!! 🍕

I placed an order, but the pizzas never arrived. I called, and they said the delivery driver had called, but the phone number wasn't working. Nonsense; we were home, and my phone number hasn't been the same for years. The employee told me I could pick up my pizzas because it was too busy to deliver them. When I asked about the order fee, he said he didn't know because he was just a delivery driver. When I tried to speak to the manager, I was told it was too busy and he didn't have time! I then angrily drove to Domino's to get my money back, but I didn't get it back; I had to claim it online through the website. Finally, I went home furious with lukewarm pizza. What rude, antisocial, and inferior people work in that store. Unbelievable, what a disgraceful display from a company with such a big name! I filed a complaint, but I doubt it will come to anything.

What an experience! I ordered last month, but the toppings were terrible, and some things were missing. I didn't do anything else, so I ordered again today, and I did get a discount. Whew, same problem again. I'm glad it was 50% off all pizzas today, because if I had to pay €20 for the large pizza with such a terrible topping, gosh... (Yes, but ma'am, we weigh our products so there's not too much on them.) My partner had to search for his kebab in his pizza!!!! Onions were piled high on it, they don't weigh those, do they?! We'll never come back here again, how awful! Don't go there!

Stupid move!!! Going to Domino's Pizza instead of plenty of good pizzerias. What awful pizza I tasted there... and what strange staff they have; they don't seem to enjoy what they do... that was the last straw. Never again!

I enjoy the bbq pizza yesterday 😋 but my thick shake was pour 🫗 down before the delivery man arrived well no worries please take it easy on ur next delivery.

What a terrible experience. I waited over an hour for my order, and finally called to ask where my food was. I was told, without hesitation, that they hadn't delivered because I'd called anonymously... as if that were an excuse to completely ignore a customer. When I indicated I wanted to file a complaint, I was told the store manager was "busy." I finally spoke to him, but even then, I received no understanding or compensation—no discount, no apology, nothing. Extremely unfriendly and completely unprofessional. I will never order from them again, and I advise everyone to avoid this place altogether.

The pepperoni pizza continues to amaze me how delicious it is. Two days ago, I arrived in Heerhugowaard for a pizza. It was quick to make and still nice and hot.

Very poor service. Ordered pizzas at 18:00. Expected delivery time max. 18:52. Called at 19:20 to ask where the order was. They said they had just come out of the oven and would be delivered. Sorry, it's busy. No answer to the question why they noted a different time. At 19:24 the track and trace indicates that the pizzas are going into the oven. In the end the pizzas were delivered at 19:44. No compensation, nothing. I will not order from here again.

Too bad, pizza was never delivered. The person on the phone said there was no house number, but she already mentioned the house number herself when she asked what order it was. Also in my confirmation just house number. Waited for more than an hour for nothing. I had my money refunded, because otherwise I would have had to wait a long time again So ordered the pizza on May 3 and did not receive it, to this day I am still waiting for my money! My experience with this case was very disappointing. Proper care was not taken when processing my order, which resulted in an incomplete and incorrect delivery. As a customer you expect a correct and complete order, and unfortunately that was not the case here. Next time I will choose New York Pizza again. Based on my experience I cannot recommend this business.

Ordered at half past six and delivered at half past eight. Too bizarre for words. You don't receive a polite call that it will be delivered later, nor does it come from the Thuisbezorgd app itself. Called to ask what the solution could be and was told that the pizzas would only go into the oven after 2 hours. No compensation or anything. Definitely bad service and will not order from here again. I definitely don't recommend it!

I can't say much about the atmosphere, I've barely been inside. Ennieweeeee Ordered 7 different pizzas online last night to pick up today at 6 p.m. Unfortunately, due to circumstances I arrived at work a little later than 6 p.m., but the pizzas were already ready! Everything tasted great and the temperature was good. In short: well organised! I was very satisfied!

They offer vegetarian and vegan pizzas, which is great. They are just all cut one after the other with the same knife. So if you have lactose intolerance and your pizza is cut after a pizza full of cheese, the cheese is also on your pizza. And this also applies to pizzas with meat and vegetarian/vegan pizzas. Still a bit of a shame.

22-11-24 een bestelling geplaatst bij domino’s hhw, deze kwamen bij stipt om 18:45 ophalen. Bij binnenkomst is er 3x aan ons gevraagd wat we willen bestellen, echter al 3x maals gezegd dat we iets kwamen ophalen. Toen het personeel het eindelijk door had, en de pizza al 10 minuten klaar stond. Gingen ze opzoek naar de shake, die wij hadden besteld. Toen ze deze niet konden vinden riep een andere personeelslid “er zijn er van de week 50 binnen van gekomen, er zijn er gisteren 50 doorheen gegaan wtf”. Tijdens dit gesprek, praat het personeel ook slecht over andere klanten (terwijl wij in de zaak staan uiteraard). Ondertussen vraagt mijn vriend “is er misschien een andere oplossing, inplaats van de shake” waarom ze zouden “nou uhh alleen vanille en ..”. Hier gingen wij mee akkoord, verder geen excuus niets. Er liggen ook tien tallen sigaretten in de zaak, personeel gaat van handen in het haar naar het eten naar het blikje en opnieuw naar het eten. Overigens de pizza’s waren lekker kwa smaak en goed warm, alleen de patat en de kip was koud.

Placed an order at domino's hhw on 11/22/24, and they were picked up at 6:45 PM sharp. Upon arrival we were asked 3 times what we wanted to order, but we were told 3 times that we were coming to pick something up. When the staff finally realized it, and the pizza had been ready for 10 minutes. They went looking for the shake that we had ordered. When they couldn't find them, another staff member shouted "50 came in this week, 50 went through yesterday, wtf". During this conversation, the staff also talks badly about other customers (while we are in the shop of course). Meanwhile, my friend asks “is there perhaps another solution instead of the shake” why they would “well uhh only vanilla and ..”. We agreed to this, no further excuses, nothing. There are also dozens of cigarettes in the shop, staff go from hands to food to the can and back to the food. By the way, the pizzas tasted good and were hot, only the fries and chicken were cold.

Dominos Heerhugowaard is standardly at least one hour late with delivery (note: minimum. Record is 2 hours!!!), even if you place an order early in the afternoon for an evening time slot. The staff is also not helpful at all, there is no simple excuse.

The pizza is good, that's not the problem, but the delivery and preparation are terrible. Always late, and I'm talking an hour or more. If you receive compensation from the head office because it was the umpteenth time, they will also deliver it too late. Time slots are pointless.

Waardeloos. Om 15.00u online besteld, met een bezorgtijd van 18.15u. Nu, om 19.30u nog steeds niets. Voor het eerst hier besteld, maar ook voor het laatst.

Order a pizza via the app at 4 o'clock with a delivery time of 7 o'clock. Unfortunately it still took 90!! Minutes before a delivery person arrived. His story was somewhat special. The cheese had run out and it had to come all the way from Alkmaar. No more Domino's for me.

Never again. Seriously, never again. First the food doesn't arrive on time. Then I called to ask where it was. The person on the phone sounded uninterested and giggly. Okay... then let's try to enjoy the 40 euros worth of food that arrived much too late. Granted, the pizza and everything else was warm. Taste technically, well, not much wrong. Except for the fact that I found a half-eaten pizza slice NOT EATED BY ME, by the way, under the last two slices of pizza. Nokidding! What kind of shit is this! So here it is. Never, NEVER AGAIN!!! 9/10 times they're late. Ordered food to be delivered at 17:45, it was not even in the oven at 17:50, we called and agreed to cancel and that I would get my money back, this was on October 17th and still no money. They forget drinks, bring the wrong drink more times then the correct ones. Last time I ordered it took over one hour before my good was in the oven.

Placed an order at 6:40 PM for delivery at 7:15 PM. Then called at 7:50 PM to find out where the order was and then they indicated that the delivery person would be out in 6 minutes. I then canceled the order at 8:34 PM because there was no delivery person in the area yet. Yes, things can go wrong at some point. But no excuses, nothing... I think it's downright ridiculous! So no dinner.. thank you Domino's Heerhugowaard! 👎

We ordered at half past four, the tracker said they would arrive between 5:30 PM and 5:50 PM, nothing happened. However, they still hadn't come by at 6:15 PM and we decided to make a call. We finally had dinner around 7 o'clock. We will NEVER order from here again

Ordered for the 1st and last time. Had your own pizza topping and opted for frikadel. Upon arrival there is mayonnaise and curry. It doesn't say anywhere that you get that. After making a call, they don't do anything about it. Lousy service. Wasted money! Never order here again!

Placed an order at 4:10 PM to receive the pizzas around 6:00 PM. After several phone calls to the Domino's, not until 7:20 PM!!! the order delivered, they forgot the Pepperoni pizza…. Sorry, it's busy was the answer. After much insistence I got my money back. Next time I'll try New York Pizza.

Wow that's bad. Ordered for the first time and went for the box. Fries tough and cold. Chicken pieces, no idea what that was supposed to mean. Added pizza kebab... well, all I could taste was a thick layer of tomato sauce, kebab had flown over it or something... this was once but never again. I'm going to NYP again.... Expensive for the food you get. Ordered 13 chicken things with BBQ sauce, we received a different type than ordered and then 7 times instead of 13. We called and the good ones were delivered to our home, we had a strange taste different from before and a bad BBQ sauce. Pizza was very salty and had few mushrooms. We will never order this again!

Lousy service. Ordered almost 1.5 hours in advance for delivery at 7 p.m. Called at 7:40 PM because I hadn't had any pizza yet. Yes it was busy. Tip given: please let us know or give us a call. Order only arrived after more than 1.5 hours. Just an hour before delivery I received a call that various ingredients were missing from the pizza I ordered. I was forced to choose another pizza. Unbelievable, the last few times pizza has always been at least half an hour late. With an extension of up to an hour. So if you want to eat at 6:15 PM, choose delivery at 5:45 PM or earlier.

Ordered a pizza at 6:00 PM and called at 7:20 PM to see how the order was going and you were told the delivery person could ring the bell at any time. 7:50 PM still no pizza. Called again and you are told I am going to call the delivery person. 20:10 finally pizza unfortunately stone cold and tough 😡😡😡. No more domminos for me.

Bestelling zou komen om 18:45, dan is de bezorger er om 19:00. Staat hij stil voor ons huis en rijd dan weer weg zonder de pizza’s te geven. Wij bellen naar domino’s maar konden geen contact krijgen. 10 minuten later is de bezorger er weer met 1 pizza terwijl we er 2 hebben besteld. Krijgen we te horen dat de andere pizza later komt..

Het is afhaalservice of bezorgen.terplekken eten zit er niet in. Glutenvrij pizza is in het menu.

Niet alles van onze bestelling was gekomen. Het geld werd niet teruggegeven.

Heerlijk pizza besteld en afgehaald dat is voor mij het snelste manier en soms is het druk dat je nog even moet wachten maar dat is zeker de moeite waard voor de heerlijke Pizza.

Voor het eerst kip besteld. Het was koud, en niet knapperig, zoals jullie doen voorkomen. Patat erbij besteld was ook koud en oude patat was echt niet te eten. Ik vond dat ik een hoop geld, moest betalen ,voor iets wat ik zo kon weggooien. Bestel nooit meer bij jullie.

Wegens enorme drukte, een half uur extra moeten wachten. Pizza's waren goed.

Mijn vrouw en zoontje hadden om 16.00 besteld voor 18.00 uur. Om half 7 kregen ze van de buren te horen dat daar pizza was bezorgd, deze opgehaald. Bleek koud te zijn en de margarita was verbrand. Hierop gebeld met Domino's, waarop er niet werd meegedacht aan een oplossing, de verbrandde pizza scheen normaal te zijn, want het was een vegetarische pizza ( ik heb nog niet eerder een verbrandde margarita gehad, maar goed) en ze zouden de bezorger aanspreken. Maar meedenken over een oplossing voor het geval dat mijn vrouw en kind niet hebben gekregen wat ze hadden besteld, dat was voor deze medewerker iets te veel gevraagd. Zelden zo een respectloze actie gezien. Dus bestel geen pizza bij Domino's, je krijgt niet wat je besteld.

soms goede pizza's en niks te klagen, en dan opeens vergeten ze de helft van de bestelling of dan doe je er extra ingredienten erop betaal je extra voor krijg je je pizza en niks extra's zit er op. schandalig. dan moet je ook nog eens bijna een uur wachten op het vergeten product. vraag ik mij af, kunnen ze wel lezen? kijken ze alles wel goed na of alles goed is?

Goede dominos vestiging. Alles was op tijd en goed klaar gemaakt.

Het eten is altijd wel prima maar de bezorging is zwaar matig. Te vaak wordt er wat vergeten met een bezorging waardoor de bezorger weer heen en weer moet.

Ivm een chauffeur met pech de pizza's zelf opgehaald. Nooit geweten dat daar een Domino's zat 🍕🍕🍕

Het eten was goed maar het restaurant zelf was niet super verzorgd. Op de grond lagen bladeren die hadden wel even weggeveegd kunnen worden. Voor de rest is alles oke.

I had the spicy vegetables pizza with vegan cheese.. my boyfriend has chicken pizza.. i love to eat my pizza right on the spot, still hot from the oven.. and it was awesome!

Vooraf bestellen betalen werkt super, je kan je Pizza process live bijhouden en op het juiste moment naar binnen stappen of vanuit huis vertrekken. (bij ophalen) Ben er wel weer er aan herinnerd waarom ik nooit pizza bestel bij zo een tent of soortgelijk. De pizza's zijn gewoon niet lekker genoeg om het vaker te doen. Dit te vergelijken met een Italiaans restaurant dus. 3 sterren voor snelheid, service en gemak. Als de smaak in orde was hadden ze er 1 bij gehad.
