Super friendly service and delicious pizzas!!

After contacting us by phone, the order was delivered, food that really made us sick... never ordering from this branch again

The service was exceptionally polite and friendly, courtesy of two employees, including the store manager. The food was ready on time, fresh, and just warmed out of the oven. I'll definitely be back.

I asked for two large chicken pizzas. They made a mix of chicken and bacon. Then I asked if they could change it and said I don't eat pork. I asked if they could change it and make it just chicken. They said ok, took the pizzas, took the pork out, put the sauce and cheese back in, heated it up and gave it to me but it still smelled like pork. It was disgusting, I threw it in the bin. They have staff that treat customers like idiots.

Ordered here yesterday, and food was supposed to be delivered 30m later, no way, called after 1h, but food was not delivered again, I called again and all in all my pizza finally arrived at 19.14 instead of 17.30, and the tuna pizza was pitifully badly filled, 2 pieces of tuna on your pizza is not enough for that price domino's pizza! A free pizza would have been justified at least for this promotion....I'll order somewhere else again

Last time I got pizzas, there was nothing wrong with it. Now I just got the same pizzas and it was inedible. Despite the fact that I could get the pizzas within 10 minutes, the pizzas were badly cut, thick blobs of tomato sauce on the pizza edge and a terrible salty taste that makes you feel sour. Too bad if you are looking forward to a pizza together in the evening.

Very disappointed in my last experience with Domino's. Ordered for delivery before 6:00 PM, but the order did not arrive until 6:45 PM. The food also did not taste fresh and was certainly not to your liking. Not recommended if you want to eat on time and deliciously

Very rude staff, redeemed 2 free pizzas from my points in the app, the lady insisted that she can’t give me the pizza’s because she can’t see it in the system. I showed the receipt and all from my email but still…..

We came especially for a 50% discount promotion and therefore it was busy, we ordered 55 euros worth of pizza and according to the site this would be 34 euros. Due to the haste of the desk employee, the order was canceled but still canceled because he could not give the 50% discount in the store, which was only when ordering via the app/site. Only when he asked why it was so expensive did he say that it was not possible in the store!! So not indicated in advance.... Worst service ever and employees apparently do not benefit from customer friendliness. The "chef" could only make time to return money and was not interested for a single second in the reason for canceling the order, because he was already preparing pizzas.... Too bad, but we don't eat here anymore, a lot of clutter!

This was the worst pizza I've eaten in years. And really expensive too. I know Dominos from my hometown in Germany and am very disappointed with what we got here yesterday.

What bad service. It was indicated that the average delivery time is approximately 30 to 55 minutes. After about an hour I called to see where it was going. “Yes, it is now in the oven and then it will arrive, I think it will be delivered in 15 to 20 minutes, sir. Sorry for the long wait.” Then from that moment on I waited another 25 to 30 minutes until I had my food... so a total of 2 hours waiting for my food and only received apologies, no compensation or anything. This is really bad…

Ordered food accidentally delivered with onions while I reported without. And still delivered a pizza without onions with a drink (free). Plus a note of apology. Top service thank you!

Like many others have mentioned here ; no taste to the pizzas, ingredients too many and to little at same time, cold delivered while we live literally 3 min away...Delivery guy could not find the house.... Was the first and the last time we ordered here. We are used to Dominos in Den Haag, which is so much better. How is it possible that after so many bad reviews, nothing has changed.....

Ordered a meal because I had to work during the late evening. Indicated in the comments that they should not follow Google Maps because it does not send you to the correct location, and indicated what they should keep in mind. The delivery person called that he couldn't find us, said that I had already indicated this and that he just had to enter the correct location. I was about 3 minutes away from him, it took him almost 15 minutes by bike. The delivery person was very irritated that he couldn't find it and was really nasty. My food, meanwhile, was more cold than hot. I only had a half hour break so I ate a small portion. I then called the dominoes, they found it very annoying and told the delivery person to read the notes better. With just an apology it was over as far as they were concerned. I was able to throw away €16. No compensation, not even a discount coupon.

It starts with the delivery, which was not there (we live just one km away.. So NOT delivered). Then you have to put time into it yourself. You have to go there and you don't get a discount for that... if there is delivery... but anyway... you have to enter your order via the internet... no problem you think... because you live too far away you get 5, I say You have 5 minutes to get your entire order... nice and fast... you live too far away for delivery and you are expected to be there within 5 minutes after entering your order. So,,, you guessed it... everything was cold when you got home... last time... the good thing was the lady behind the counter... quite understandably she was looking at me... with those eyes, I want to. give a discount for this problem but is stopped by a higher hand... who probably just points a finger down with the thought I'm not doing anything wrong...

We ordered 3 pizzas tonight from the store itself, We had to pass the toppings on to the cashier 3 times, we went over what we ordered with her 2 times, yet they only made 2 of the 3 pizzas we passed on to her, and then we had to wait another 15 minutes for the last pizza after we had already waited 30 minutes, in the end the two previous pizzas were cold and we threw the two pizzas away because I certainly didn't feel like it anymore (even without the toppings that I ordered, read on) They also informed me that they had run out of the veggie chicken topping after I had paid for it and it was already too late because they were already halfway through making the pizza, but I was asked if I wanted a different topping, but all veggie options were gone and I was only told this at the end, so I had no choice, since I am vegetarian. Do not recommend dominoes, certainly not in Hellevoetsluis! worst service ever.

Picked up 2 pizzas for €7. Top quality, always got it somewhere else, but since I experienced how much topping they put on the pizzas, I always get it here. Definitely the Italian Style.

The staff welcomed me with a bright smile. Placing an order was very easy to do. They’re foreigner-friendly, as they can communicate in other languages, such as English. In 10 minutes after ordering, my food was ready. The food is of great quality, just like Domino’s Pizza claims. The staff genuinely seem to enjoy their work, which is nice to see. The store itself is cozy, looks very neat and clean. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to others!

Bestelling geplaatst voor een jarige werknemer,met de opmerking of ze een liedje wilde zingen. Kwam de bezorger binnen compleet met muziek en ballonnen! Helemaal geweldig, toppers!

Deze locatie heeft geen garlic twisters.

Pizza en kip besteld. Voor het eerst dat de pizza van domino's niet lekker was, zachte bodem en er zat om één of andere reden weinig smaak aan de pizza. De kip had met twee sausjes moeten komen maar die zaten er helaas niet bij. De bezorger was wel vriendelijk en belde netjes vlak voordat hij zou arriveren.

bizarre goed personeel , ik had te weinig handen om te tillen ... Toen werd mij bestelling naar de auto gedragen ! Domino gewoon salarisverhoging geven !

Door drukte moest ik 3 minuten langer wachten op een ander deel vd bestelling die ik later had doorgebeld... lekker boeiend natuurlijk, maar kreeg er cinnastix voor nop bij 🥰 Superservice! -

De pizza's zijn best goed maar soms moet je erg lang wachten en af en toe komt een pizza lauw aan. Nogal wisselvallig, dus.

Kon bestelling ophalen. Stond niet klaar, ze hadden de bestellersnaam niet genoteerd. Zou direct klaargemaakt worden en ongeveer 5 minuten duren. Dus ik na 15 minuten vragen waar mijn bestelling bleef want kwam maar niet in het scherm te staan waarop je kunt zien dat het werd bereidt. Geloof personeelstekort, veel geschreeuw, mopperen enzovoorts. Pizza's waren prima maar de rest niet. Wij komen hier voorlopig niet meer terug

For a domino’s it’s ok. Delivery is fast. Staff is cranky. The manager only yells to her colleagues. Carryout takes seriously hours. There is no seating area. Their pizzas are too inconsistent, there is much better pizza to get arround town.

Vroeger wel eens besteld maar slecht eten toen gehad. Vandaag een nieuwe kans gegeven. Super snel en HEET bezorgd. Bij de pizza kwamen de cheese strings er vanaf wat een goed teken is. Deeg super goed net als de toppings. Well done domino's

Pizza's zijn goed, maar niet bijzonder. Soms erg lang wachten.

De zogenaamde cruncy kipstukjes zijn bij af halen thuis slappe stukjes ellende en 5 stukjes voor die prijs niet te pruimen. Gr.wij

Ik woon in deze plaats en maar het is de beste bakker en geweldig personeel

Buiten wachten, ok! Maar niet melden dat je bestelling klaar is niet ok, koude pizza bij thuiskomst!

Wellicht vanwege Covid drukte werkte de bestel app in mijn geval niet optimaal maar prima opgelost door het personeel. Pizza was acceptabel voor de prijs.

Leuke winkel, genoeg assortiment, vriendelijk personeel

Een half uur moeten wachten op 2 pizzas was voor ons wel erg lang. Meneer voor ons kreeg 2 koude pizzas en die moest vervolgens ook weer wachten op 2 nieuwe . Er is vriendelijk personeel maar niet allemaal. Pizza magarita had veel tomatensaus en vond ik niet zo lekker , pizza fungi was wel lekker.

De meiden achter de toonbank waren vriendelijk, de pizza's waren snel klaar en lekker! Ooit eens een probleempje gehad met Domino's maar dat is toen super netjes opgelost! Aanrader dus wat ons betreft.

Lekker eten, alleen sommige personeelsleden kijken dwars door je heen alsof je lucht bent. Niet echt klantvriendelijk dus...

Het was erg druk vanavond, er was te weinig personeel . Personeel was ondanks de druk super vriendelijk en rustig . Pizza's waren heerlijk

We hebben 3 shakes besteld maar dat duurde langer dan 45 voordat we het hadden. Dat zou echt beter mogen!

Als wij pizza bestellen is dat 9 van de 10 keer bij Domino's Pizza. Ik rij ook vanaf Rozenburg naar Hellevoetsluis om ze te halen. Maar waar ik mij altijd mateloos aan irriteer is dat wanneer je aan de telefoon of via internet aangeeft geen tomatensaus of wat voor saus dan ook op de pizza te willen dat ze altijd weer een dikke laag saus erop smeren. Hoe vaak ik wel niet weer heb moeten wachten dat ze een nieuwe pizza moesten maken omdat er weer een belachelijke laag saus op zat. Hoe moeilijk kan dat nou zijn
