Domino's Pizza Helmond Brouwhorst in Wijk 14 Brouwhuis

Yesterday we ordered pizza from Domino’s and afterwards we all got sick. The pizza was eaten by three people and all three are suffering from severe stomach pain and vomiting. Never again Domino’s for us. I advise everyone against ordering pizza here.

I ordered 2 pizza and on one of them i ask the guy to put just a lil bit of tomato sauce…he just choose to ignore everything that i said.very unprofessional

The worst pizza I've ever ordered from this chain. The salami was burnt, and the order came with no sauces. Never again!!!!!

Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 thickshakes. The pizzas were very dry and it was more crust than pizza, really terrible. The thickshakes were already half melted.

I have ordered pizzas from you regularly, but it has already happened twice that the order did not match what was ordered. This time it concerned the Italian pizza base, which, according to the description, was supposed to be a “thin and light pizza base that is stretched by hand.” The pizza I received did not match this. I contacted you by phone about this on June 19 at approximately 5:30 PM. Mistakes can of course be made; I understand that. However, what disappoints me most is the response I received from the employee: “Sorry, but it is made according to the standard; the Italian base is thick, the Thin & Crispy is thin, I can’t do anything. Have a nice evening, sir.” I do not consider that an appropriate way to handle a complaint from a returning customer. I do not expect every mistake to be resolved immediately, but I do expect a complaint to be listened to seriously and for efforts to be made to find a suitable solution.

Order placed for 3 pizzas, 2 of which turned out to be without tomato sauce. It is possible there was a technical error on the website or I overlooked something during the ordering process, because nowadays you apparently have to explicitly select a sauce for the base. I find that confusing, to say the least; with a pizza, you expect tomato sauce as standard. However, what bothers me most is the reaction from the branch. When I called to explain the situation, I was immediately told that they couldn't do anything. Not a single attempt to be helpful. Good service is reflected in how such matters are handled. That was completely lacking here. Never again Domino's for us!

Pizzas are usually very tasty, but for what's on them, they are very, very expensive.

I ordered a pizza online for delivery. The delivery guy arrived after about 20-30 minutes 👍 The pizza tasted just like the frozen ones from the store. It was edible, but for €20, it was a bit pricey.

Ordered online and still haven't heard anything after 75 minutes. I called and was told the order hadn't gone through, even though my money had been debited. No alternative or solution was offered. Poor service, something you wouldn't expect from such a large franchise.

The restaurant itself is tiny and I'm not sure you're able to eat inside but I think most people order online anyway, so that doesn't matter. The staff are super nice and the wait is so short. I live nearby and order frequently, the food is always warm and great quality!

We ordered two boxes on July 11th, choosing fries, but received wedges. One was a combination of chicken strips and fries, and the other potato wedges and fries. So, you should get two portions. We order this often, and it's never been so stingy. We called to inquire, and were told this was the standard portion. The woman we spoke to was very rude, however, and hung up immediately after we asked if fries could be delivered. She said they would be delivered. We waited a long time, and then we called again, and she said they were on their way and supposedly apologized. The delivery driver never arrived! And we received nothing. The way this woman acted is ridiculous.

Average pizza as is usual in chain stores, especially in the Netherlands.

At first we got the wrong order but that was solved super fast. Great!

I ordered pepperoni bites but there was tomato sauce in between. Called the next day and was told that this was standard, although the next time I ordered I was told that this was not correct at all. Very unclear!

Placed a phone order...but it wasn't possible because it was too busy and there weren't enough delivery drivers.

Placed an order a few days ago via the app at the location dominos Brouwhorst and also paid. Now I am standing in front of a closed door at the time I received the confirmation. No contact possible by phone. Very bad!! No pizza and also lost my money.

I had to wait almost an hour and a half for my order today! When I called about it, they wanted to compensate me with free cinnamo sticks on my next order, even though I'd placed an order for €40. I don't think this is a fair compensation for the amount of money I spent. It's very poor way to treat (regular) customers.

How this place has deteriorated. Ordered the last few times and it was nothing 3 times, something is forgotten with every order and the food is simply rushed, especially in the evening! When you call you get an unprofessional, arrogant response, and you hear the staff talking in the background: "Are they suing again?" Sorry, but I think I pay for my food and it should be prepared properly. Then there is nothing to complain about. I will never order anything here again.

A pizza was wrong, should have been without cheese due to allergies, we called and they literally said we can't handle anything and didn't want to look at other solutions. Worthless.....

If we arrive around 11:48 am, it is our turn to order... Lady with glasses says casually, we are closed!? While it takes the lady 15 minutes to make a small pizza magarita! REAL DRAMA!!!

Nothing wrong with that. And all you whiners here, if you want your food on time, go and pick it up. I recently read a review. I live 200 meters away and it is still too late and cold. Then go pick it up!!!!!

the delivery person was very rude they had the chicken bbq which was dry the sandwich was inedible the pizza was bland and cold and the milkshake was frozen they were unfriendly On the phone it is not recommended to order food do not order it is not recommended

Seems like they just threw some pieces together. You would expect they make the pizza when you order it.

Different experiences over the years. The food is of good quality. Occasionally something went wrong, which was then neatly resolved.

Had to wait too long for pizza. Could happen once. Ordered a few times in the meantime and it was ready on time.

You will be helped quickly and your order is usually ready within fifteen minutes. Few takers.

Ordered pizza here 2 times. Both times the quality was exceptional. Best dominos I've had. Will return again :)

De pizza's was wel lekker alleen niet wat ik besteld had. Na telefonisch contact hebben ze mijn netjes behandeld en tot een lekker oplossing gekomen. Dankjewel

Normally I wouldn’t write nothing here but I was impressed and I think high level of personel which working there should be everywhere ;-) I order pizza on THUISBEZORGD and I got some problem with app and I didn’t saw I order pizza to totally different address. After one hour I check again app THUISBEZORGD and I was suprised how Big mistake I do so I call to Dominos and guy which pick up phone (what is important for me because I dont speak good Dutch yet) was spoke English and understand my problem and offer me if I can come now and pick up myself then my pizza will be ready again at 5 minutes and I dont have to pay again (very nice suprise) so I am very happy they fix my problem very fast and without any problem. Thank you and for sure I come back to you and FOR SURE I order on correct address :)

Ordered a pizza at their location with a funny accent late at night as part of a card game. The staff were super chill and funny to talk to when they arrived. Good food and service always goes a long way. Will be ordering again sometime.

Net besteld via thuisbezorgd, snelle bezorging en een lekker warme pizza ontvangen! Had hem zelf samengesteld en hij smaakte heel goed :)
