Domino's Pizza Houten Het Rond in Houten Noord-Oost

Last night I ordered three pizzas, and the app said they would be delivered in 50 minutes. After over an hour, I called because the online tracker wasn't showing any progress. The response was extremely curt, and I only received a message that it would take another half hour. An hour later, still nothing, and after calling numerous times without anyone answering, I ordered food elsewhere. Two and a half hours after my order, the delivery driver showed up with two small pizza boxes that ours wouldn't fit in, and a tiny box on top. Clearly, it wasn't even the correct order. I told him we didn't want to accept it anymore and asked how we could get a refund. His phone was dead and he told me we'd have to call. I'll keep trying, because again, a day later, no one answered. This is definitely the last time we'll order anything from here.

What a disaster! We ordered through Thuisbezorgd, but our order never arrived. We tried calling all evening, but they couldn't get through. This was the last time we ordered from them. We'll stop by tomorrow. 😈

Pickup is fine, but this is the second time in six months we've tried to have it delivered, and it's terrible again. This time we placed an order at 5:00 for a 6:30 delivery. We called again at 7:15, and it still had to be in the oven! "There are more orders, ma'am, and more people waiting." If you can't handle it, maybe you should change your service to pickup only. They're undoubtedly doing their best, but that's not what I'm buying. We canceled the order and are now hoping for a refund.

Half an hour after the pizza was supposed to be delivered, they called. They said the pizza would be in the oven in a few minutes. After another half hour, they called six times. No apologies, just "I'll deliver it now, okay?" When I said I wanted to file a complaint, they said I could do so "through the website, okay?" Well, you can only enter so many characters on the website. And then the order is wrong. I don't get grumpy easily, but Domino's gets it done. Hats off to them.

Placed an order at 6:15 PM... called at 7:15 PM to ask where it was... surprised, they replied that it had already been delivered... well, it hadn't... finally, at 7:45 PM, the order was delivered cold. This was definitely the last time.

After waiting an hour and a half, I called to ask where my pizza was. I got the most unsympathetic person on the phone, who wanted to help as little as possible and just wanted to hang up as quickly as possible. After some prodding, while he ended each question with an attempt to hang up, I got the half-assed excuse that "everything had been going wrong all day, it was super busy, uh... well, both, actually." In the end, I received a lukewarm pizza with the wrong address crossed out on the box. So yeah... Besides service, transparency is also a stumbling block.

Really fast, that guy came through the rain on a jet ski, what a hero. But about the chef? Two days later, I'm still looking for the cheese from my pizza. It's nice of you to offer a deal, but with just sauce, I can't even keep the dog happy.

I was surprised that no one seemed to bother to check on the broken door. One said we will have a look but nothing changed.

The pizzas arrived after an hour and 15-minute wait. Completely cold, dried out, and without the extra ingredients we paid for. The 4-cheese pizza didn't even have mozzarella and tasted like a (bad) margarita. Never again.

Today we got pizza from Domino's in Houten. Our order consisted of four pizzas and a cheese roll. We had to wait three times as long because they initially baked three pizzas. Then we realized they'd forgotten one pizza and the cheese roll. Then they finished baking the cheese roll and forgot the last pizza again. When we got home, the first pizzas weren't as warm as they should have been. And therefore, they weren't as tasty.

Domino's is just absolutely terrible with delivery and online orders. Every time I order online, something goes wrong. Something is out of stock, or they always (really always) forget something from the order. It's truly ridiculous. They answer the phone terribly, or you only get an English person on the phone. Honestly, I'm amazed at how bad things are here. Please, hire some decent staff.

Wrong order. Waited an hour for the correct one to finally arrive. And forgot things again. And the manager refuses to make it right or give a refund.

Our order was not processed according to the tracker. After 45 minutes I called, my pizza was coming they said. Waited again, called again, but now the phone was not answered. The tracker started running and an hour and a half after the order the pizzas arrived. Wrong size pizzas, poorly topped (little) and had been standing too long. They were cold and not fresh. Really very bad. I used to be enthusiastic about Domino's but not anymore. Shame on you for this bad service.

Delivery was 2.5 hours late. Very disappointed with the “priority fee” system. It feels unfair that regular customers might get pushed back unless they pay extra. There’s no visibility—how many orders are ahead? If I’m the only customer, do I still need to pay to avoid delays? If we agreed on a 40-minute delivery and I’ve already paid, how can my order suddenly be deprioritized? That’s not acceptable.

The delivery is always very fast, and the pizza is tasty.

Everything okay, you just can't order at the counter you have to go to a kiosk or via the internet, not 100% customer friendly, MC and KFC have done that better

I was watching the cup final at Mango's in Houten tonight. An acquaintance and I saw a boy passing by there several times trying to arrange some food at the catering establishments. He was hungry! Was sent away everywhere and I said if he comes by one more time, I'll go get him some food. Eventually he and I went to Domino's Houten together. There stands a friendly man wearing a cap with some pins on it... I tell him... I would like to order something for an acquaintance of mine who is having a hard time and whom I know from church. Out of the goodness of his heart, I received a little discount on top of the discount that Domino's always gives... I thanked that good guy several times and that boy ate his pizza in Domino's... I am now sitting upstairs in my home above Mango's with a really proud feeling and I am very grateful that I was able to do this... and I am very grateful that I know/meet people like tonight ❤️

I ordered 2 pizzas. Thought they looked crazy... they weren't tasty either. While I had had them before, and they were good. I thought for a moment that it was just me, because I hadn't realized that half of the ingredients might not be there (that seemed like a fairly standard procedure to me...)… Only when it was almost gone did the penny drop... They had indeed forgotten half the ingredients, it only contained mushroom and tomato. No onions, peppers or spinach. When I sent a message about this at 7:30 PM, I received a response at 10:56 PM: You can always call us and we will exchange it free of charge! Well, there wasn't much to exchange 2.5 hours later... In addition to a lousy pizza, also a lousy service… Very unfortunate.

Yesterday we ate pizza at Dominos Houten, while eating we saw that a pizza fell on the floor after coming out of the oven and it was simply packed and delivered...

Always good pizza. Never a long wait. How much atmosphere can you expect in a pizzeria? You can sit and eat, if you like. It doesn't need to be anything more.

Ordered for the first time and they were delicious pizzas and hot! So Domino Houten we are going to become a customer!!!

Seriously, are you watching football or something? My food was placed at 6:20 PM, see email confirmation. And wanted to have it at 7 pm. It's already 8:11 PM, it should have been here a long time ago. The rest of my food is now cold and I want to combine it together. At least call me if it takes longer! And now on the tracker it says it's only now in the oven! Shameful man...calls are simply hung up. Should I give you a course on how to deal with customers when something doesn't go the way it is!!!

See, forgetting something can happen. When I call you ask the delivery person who says I forgot. Then you say you can't have it delivered anymore. Then I get a credit voucher for something, but then I have to call next time. So to get what I paid for I have to order again!!!!!!!

Tasty pizzas with good toppings. We order pizzas here for the whole family every week. This has become a tradition for us. We are very satisfied with the delivery. They are always delivered at the agreed time and the delivery people are very friendly.

Poor handling and preparation Pizzas ordered at 2 p.m. and unable to be delivered at the agreed time of 7 p.m. When asked by telephone, another employee complains about how busy it is because of the promotion, but promises that the pizzas will be delivered hot. 40 minutes last half lukewarm pizzas Bad and rude telephone response Domino employee has no idea who pays his wages. Too bad Domino's won't have any pizzas from you for the time being

Just wanted to buy a pizza here. Unfortunately, service via TotemPaal and payment with cash is not possible here! Just sent me away, bye Domino's this is going in the wrong direction!

Lekker eten met goeie bezorgservice

Online pizzas besteld om af te halen vanwege de actie. Ik ben er alvast heen gegaan, was erg druk, maar fijn dat je op het scherm je naam ziet staan en hoe lang het duurt voor je bestelling klaar is. Het duurde een minuut of 20 in totaal, maar dat snap ik als het zo druk is, dus dat was helemaal prima. Leuk om te kunnen kijken hoe ze het klaarmaken, het zijn harde werkers! De pizza zelf vonden we zeker lekker, al vonden we beiden het beleg wat karig, op sommige stukjes zat letterlijk geen beleg en alleen kaas/tomaat. De kip sate pizza smaakte daar niet per se naar, al was hij best lekker. Dus enige puntje voor ons is hoeveelheid beleg. Verder top.

Terug in Houten na verhuizingen en Pizzas besteld. Wat een uitstekende kwaliteit en warm geleverd. Snel geleverd. Top, hou deze kwaliteit vast!

Mijn zoontje van 3 wilde graag domino's hebben om mee te spelen, dus ik zag deze winkel en ik ging kijken. Blijkt dus nu dat ze geen domino's verkopen! Alleen maar pizza. Nu is mijn zoontje verdrietig!

Prima pizza’s, in het verleden wel wat fout gegaan maar ze smaken heerlijk voor een prima prijs

Geweldige service, lekkere pizza. Niks mis met deze dominos

Aan de counter besteld. Helaas weer niet goed gegaan met de sausjes van de Kickin’ Chicken. Besteld met chilisaus en 1 extra kuipje saus besteld. Bleek dus 1 barbecue saus bij geleverd te zijn. Erg vervelend, ik had eigenlijk alleen het aantal sausjes gecheckt en niet welke. Ik moet toch kunnen verwachten dat dit een relatief simpele bestelling is en dat ik niet alles hoef te controleren. Over kwaliteit en behandeling door personeel absoluut geen klachten maar dit is de 3e of 4e keer dat er gedoe met sausjes is.

Super goeie service en werdt snel geholpen moest wel via een nieuwe manier afrekenen maar werdt mij zonder problemen uitgelegt en heb uiteindelijk super gegeten.

Voorheen goede belegde pizza's. Laatste keren matig belegd,pizza's lijken steeds kleiner te worden. Ook is het jammer dat je bij afhalen niet eens contant kan betalen.

Smaak prima ,maar vlees wel heel schaars belegd . Personeel aan de balie niet erg vriendelijk .

Pizza's waren wel te eten, bezorger was 3 thick shakes vergeten. Uiteindelijk al 40min aan het wachten tot iemand de shakes komt brengen.. beetje jammer kleine moeite om even de bon te checken.

Had pas pizza besteld bij jullie 9,95 opzich wel prijzig maar oke . Ik had pizza tonijn besteld daar op zit ook rode ui. Helaas was de tonijn en de ui ver te zoeken.... het minimale van het minimale zat er op.. volgende keer misschien gewoon naar de winkel en daar een pizza halen , en goedkoper en er zit meer op. ( plus pizza was wel goed warm)

Lekkere pizzas, maar ik bestel een pizza met olijven waarvoor ik extra betaal vervolgens zitten er maar 10 olijven op... Bruh

I had some issues with a delivery order. Friendly and helpful people, solved the problem. Still got my food that I paid in advance. Not very warm, the sides are okay I guess. The dessert was delicious.

Prima service, enigste wat verbeterd kan worden is dat ze wat beter kunnen laten horen als je pizza klaar is als je komt afhalen. Vaak is ie al klaar en dan moet je er vaak zelf naar vragen of hij al klaar is. Voor de rest helemaal prima.

Afhalen vandaag net zo duur als bezorgen, pubers die door elkaar rennen, je eigen pizza 5 minuten zien liggen voor je m krijgt. Voor Amerikaanse pizas wel aardig.

Diverse malen besteld met wisselde ervaring. Helft van de keren duurde de bestelling aanzienlijk langer dan beloofd (meer dan 30 minuten later) en twee keer waren de pizza's lauw. Laatste keer waren de pizza's door pech van de bezorger ruim een uur te laat en eveneens lauw. Bij het telefonische contact met deze vestiging over de vertraging werd mijn zorg over lauwe pizza's helaas weggewuifd. Als je wel het geluk hebt dat de pizza's warm aankomen, dan ben je gelukkig wel verzekerd van een smakelijke pizza.
