Domino's Pizza Hulst in Hulst

Domino's Pizza Hulst Ordered on a Wednesday evening around 6:45 PM and it wasn't delivered until 8:15 PM!! 😦 I called around 7:45 PM and there were a lot of sick people, but they said they'd get half the money back, which hasn't even happened yet 😳!! Friendliness was also lacking! 😳🫣

There's no hand sanitizer or paper to clean your hands in the restroom. The restroom is filthy, including the doors. Empty used pizza boxes at the entrance. Absolutely ridiculous... the pizza was delicious.

Bad service. Ordered a pizza at 6:00 PM for delivery at 6:30 PM. Since I hadn't received anything by 7:00 PM, I tried calling the store. After calling 15 times, I couldn't reach anyone on the phone. I've since ordered from the competitor. If they deliver properly, I'll order from them again. Terrible service!

The clerk is playing on her cell phone, calling and eating pizza. The counter was full of trash, empty cans and dirty cloths. Definitely the last time here. The pizza had a barrel of herbs on it, it was inedible.

There was no atmosphere at all. Asking questions was definitely not allowed. Rude and very unfriendly, customer service sucked. Group of young people who are just noisy. Not even wearing gloves and constantly on their mobile phones. The first and the last time!

Incredibly helpful staff! I even had a code that didn't work through the app. I called the branch and was greeted kindly by a staff member. Upon pickup, they also kindly helped me apply the code. Everything worked out! Kudos for the service.

Addition 2 years later. A lot has changed for the better, and we order from them regularly. Always on time. We ordered two pizzas online hours in advance, expecting to pick them up at the agreed-upon time. Unfortunately, we had to wait a good 30 minutes. The staff was friendly, but the workload in this store is clearly too high, despite there being a fair number of staff members milling around. If an employee walks away crying, perhaps some staff changes should be made. The pizzas were good and the wait time was compensated, so no complaints about the staff themselves. But we won't be ordering from them again anytime soon.

Had a large pizza, the base looked like cardboard and was as thin as paper, I rarely rolled out the dough any larger, I feel against it

Ordered via thuisbezorgd.nl After 2 hours of telephone contact with the news, delivery was not possible. Both delivery people had fallen (a bit strange) This store and also thuisbezorgd.nl are far below standard. Just sad.

And so, on the journey from Brugge to Antwerp, here we are also on Dutch soil 🇳🇱 when our navigator 📱, in a completely unexpected way, made us cross the border between Belgium 🇧🇪 and the Netherlands 🇳🇱. At that point, more out of curiosity than anything else, we treated ourselves to a stop in the pretty Zeeland town of Hulst. Once we reached the center at 5.00 pm 🕔, we found ourselves in front of Domino's Pizza, opting for a not exactly healthy break, also in this case driven more by the desire to try the chain than by who knows what appetite. Once inside we ordered via the automatic panels 📱 choosing a My Domino's Box (a sort of composite menu including pizza 🍕 and two side dishes of your choice) with "Mini Pizza Pepperoni Party" (note the double "P" to indicate a simple devil 🍕), "Chicken Strippers" 🍗 and "Crispy Oven Fries" 🍟. To complete the order there were also two drinks 🥤 (Coca Cola and Fanta Exotic Taste) and as many 100 ml "Ben & Gerry's Ice Cream Caramel Chew Chew". (caramel ice cream) 🧁; it should be noted that the ice creams were offered to us as an alternative to the milkshake 🧋 since the machine for preparing the milkshakes apparently was broken at that moment. Everything was certainly tasty 😋 (in particular the pizza dough 🍕 which almost seemed fried) and the take-away carton equipped with a special internal compartment for the side dishes 🍗🍟 was original (see photo 📸 attached 📎). Total of 20.28 euros 💶 so not even exaggerated if you consider local standards 🇳🇱. There are also tables and chairs 🪑 on site to sit in, but I don't think I've seen any bathrooms 🚾 available to customers. The staff members were kind, especially the girl 👩🏻 who served us. The location close to the central square of Hulst is strategic.

E così, nel tragitto da Brugge ad Anversa, eccoci anche in terra nederlandese 🇳🇱 quando il nostro navigatore 📱, in maniera del tutto inaspettata, ci ha fatto varcare il confine tra Belgio 🇧🇪 e Paesi Bassi 🇳🇱. A quel punto, più per curiosità che per altro, ci siamo concessi una sosta presso la graziosa cittadina zelandese di Hulst. Giunti poi in centro sulle 17.00 🕔, ci siamo trovati di fronte il Domino's Pizza optando per una pausa non propriamente salutista, anche in questo caso spinti più dallo sfizio di provare la catena che da chissà quale appetito. Una volta all'interno abbiamo ordinato tramite i pannelli automatici 📱 scegliendo un My Domino's Box (una sorta di menu composito comprensivo di pizza 🍕 e due contorni a scelta) con "Mini Pizza Pepperoni Party" (da notare la doppia "P" per indicare una semplice diavola 🍕), "Chicken Strippers" 🍗 e "Crispy Oven Fries" 🍟. A completare l'ordinazione anche due bibite 🥤 (Coca Cola e Fanta Exotic Taste) e altrettanti "Ben & Gerry's Ice Cream Caramel Chew Chew" da 100 ml. (gelato al caramello) 🧁; da segnalare che i gelati ci sono stati proposti come alternativa al frappè 🧋 giacché la macchina per preparare i frullati pare fosse rotta in quel momento. Tutto senz'altro gustoso 😋 (in particolare l'impasto della pizza 🍕 che sembrava quasi fritto) e originale il cartone d'asporto munito di apposito scomparto interno per i contorni 🍗🍟 (vedasi foto 📸 allegata 📎). Totale di 20,28 euro 💶 quindi neanche esagerato se si considerano gli standard locali 🇳🇱. Sul posto vi sono anche tavoli e sedie 🪑 per accomodarsi, invece non mi pare di aver visto dei bagni 🚾 a disposizione della clientela. Gentili i membri dello staff, soprattutto la ragazza 👩🏻 che ci ha serviti. Strategica la posizione a ridosso della piazza centrale di Hulst.

They also make up for it if there was an issue. The food is very good, very satisfying. Prices are competitive and even cheap when they are having good discounts. I'm a very happy customer and will keep coming back every week :)

Zeer slechte service. Het personeel die de pizza komt bezorgen spreekt ook geen woord Nederlands dus eens maat denk nooit meer

Never had such a delicious pizza as here in Hulst! Good ratio and perfectly cooked. The manager was very customer friendly, a good experience, we will definitely come back here!

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. The store exuded professionalism and orderliness, and it was striking how neat everything was. A clear promotion on the pizzas caught our attention, and we gratefully took advantage of this offer. The pizza we ordered was a real feast for the eyes, with a beautifully shaped edge that we had not seen before at Domino's Pizza. Satisfaction with both the service and the quality of the pizza was absolutely high. We look forward to coming back here again!

Onbeschoft personeel. Bezig met andere klanten waar ze blijkbaar mee bevriend is tijdens het aanslaan van mijn bestelling. Moet 55 euro afrekenen en als ik even later vraag of dat wel klopt met de actie word er gemeld dat ik dan de app moest gebruiken en dat ik dat had kunnen weten als ik had opgelet.. Personeel is onvriendelijk en je voelt je gelijk onwelkom.

Pizza zijn oke. Alleen wat ik niet kan begrijpen is als je post ontvang met een actie en de code werkt niet dat er dan gezegd word Ja kunnen we ook niets aan doen.

Pizza's zijn ok. Bestelwebsite is dat niet. Ik kan als Belgische klant blijkbaar ook de Nederlandse app niet installeren. Wat bvb bij Hema of Kruidvat wel kan. En voor mij erg praktisch zou zijn gezien ik vlak tegen de grens woon

Meermaals problemen, maar laatste keer was wel heel sneu! Bestel en betaald voor een large! Krijg ik een medium, na telefonisch contact zeggen ze we hebben toch een pizza gebracht…!!!!??? Ja maar betaald voor een grote! Na veel tambarie hebben ze dan nog een nagebracht. Daarvoor hadden ze 2 weken geen bezorgers of ze komen koud aan of een totaal andere pizza san besteld, of je laat er extra opleggen wat ze vergeten ect etc.

Altijd hele vlotte en vooral vriendelijke service!

Voor heel de familie pizza's besteld. Ze kwamen precies uit de oven toen we ze kwamen ophalen. De medewerker bood zelfs nog aan om mee naar de auto te lopen. De pizza's waren erg lekker.

13-2-2022 bestelling gedaan welke later geannuleerd is door domino's omdat de broodjes op waren. bedrag zou teruggestort worden maar tot op heden na een paar telefoontjes nog steeds niets terug ontvangen. Zeer slordig en klant onvriendelijk. Inmiddels opgelost en review aangepast.

Twee pizza's besteld om 16.00 u, aflevertijd 17.30 uur. Ze werden pas bezorgd om 18.10 uur, reactie in telefoon : ja, het is nogal druk... Ze waren zeker ook niet heel warm..., niet blij......

Vorige week anderhalf uur moeten wachten en geen saus gekregen bij de wings. Vandaag een nieuwe poging en we zijn weer een uur verder met nog altijd geen pizza... Als je eenmaal de pizza. shake en bijgerechten krijgt zijn ze heerlijk maar die ene gratis cinnastix maakt het lange wachten niet goed. Ik denk dat de werkdruk ook de reden is dat er veel kleine dingen vergeten worden (eerste keer geen after dinner dip, tweede keer shake vergeten, derde keer geen saus bij de wings)Voorlopig voor ons de laatste keer totdat ze genoeg personeel hebben zodat de wachttijd niet zo lang is. Eten is prima en personeel is vriendelijk en als er een probleem is wordt je prima geholpen dus daar is geen probleem.
