Pan Pizza was delicious, strange that the employee who took my order did not know which "flavors" were in the assortment. Luckily a second employee came to help. The box was soaking wet from the grease.

Poor pizza for the first time in years. I called and they said it's a new policy. I don't call this policy, I call it deception... Spot the differences.

I’m really disappointed the day before yesterday I make an order but mistakenly I selected the wrong address , the delivery boy called me and we talked he told me that my manager will call you in few minutes but it’s been 2 days I got no pizza nether my money back It’s really shameful for such a big company 😡

I had ordered via the website with a time delivery, but it was suddenly scheduled for a day later. Called the location; cannot be adjusted. I understand, an employee is limited in what the system allows him to do. New order placed and received. The next day (today) waited for the pizza; saw nothing. Called the location and spoke to another employee; my order had expired. Of course that's not possible; I pay for delivery and the website gives the option for a different day/time. The employee connected me to a colleague who listened to my story again. I have just received the pizzas I paid for. I find this very professional and certainly worth compliments. Of course, as a customer I am disappointed that things did not go smoothly, but I was treated politely, not a difficult story and treated adequately. My compliments. I think the (franchise) owner can be proud of his employees. Service is so important and the IJsselstein location has shown that. KEEP IT UP! Here is my experience with domino's pizza. 1. I had a larger order than normal. So I thought I'd order pizzas on time. I already did this at 3:00 PM and opted for a delivery at 6:15 PM. Later we ordered 1 separate pizza that we had forgotten. pizzas were only delivered at 7:30 PM, an hour and fifteen minutes late! 2. ⁠1st call at 6:24 PM. Domino's employee said that the pizzas were almost ready and that she would add the loose pizza. Later I call and the manager says that the pizzas still need to be made. Asked if we would be compensated. But there was no question of that. Our problem was that we also ordered at a busy time, even though we did this well in advance to help them. 3. ⁠the individual pizza was delivered earlier than the 13 other pizzas. Seems like easy orders are made sooner. Or at least orders with the extra payment for being in the queue earlier, you do not get this option if you order in advance. 4. Ordered 2 meltz. 1 with 2x chicken strips. 1 with chicken strips and potato wedges. Both come with chicken strips and fries. So no potato wedges. Even though they were late, the delivery people did their job as normal, they could not do anything about the delay and therefore received a tip. Furthermore, I'm not happy with how the rest turned out. Order is way too late, employee lied about that they were almost ready and no compensation because we should not have ordered at a busy time. Don't worry about it happening again, because I won't be ordering from here again at all.

My recent visit to the pizza restaurant left a lot to be desired, mainly due to the exceptionally rude behavior of one member of staff, particularly a girl whose attitude was far from acceptable. Unfortunately, the overall experience was tarnished by her attitude, and it's safe to say I won't be going back for a while.

We came specially with 4 people, but there was no place to wash our hands because there is no toilet for customers. I resigned

Ik heb 2 pizza's besteld en 3 milkshakes, bezorger stond binnen 15 minuten voor de deur zonder de milkshakes... 15 minuten later stond die weer voor de deur maar met de verkeerde milkshakes...

Ik had perongeluk mijn pizza op zo snel mogelijk afhalen gedrukt. Gebeld naar winkel kreeg een hele vriendelijke jongen aan de telefoon Damian of iets, hij heeft kon het aanpassen dat was heel fijn! Ook waren de pizzas erg lekker zeker een aanrader. Vriendelijk personeel 10/10

Aardig personeel, je hoeft eigenlijk nooit lang te wachten en pizza's zijn altijd goed van smaak.

Aardig personeel. Alleen heel vervelend dat je niet contant kan betalen. Sta ik daar om de pizza's op te halen zonder pinpas. Kun je eerst terug naar huis om je pas op te halen. Kom je vervolgens thuis met koude pizza's.

Per ongeluk een varkensshoarma pizza besteld ipv een kip, na gebeld te hebben mocht ik dit kostenloos retourneren. Wat een top tent, klandizie staat hoog in het vaandel.

Mooie en schone zaak, Vriendelijk personeel en carona Veilig, heerlijke pizza goed gevuld, de moeite waard om het een keer te proberen.

Vanavond hadden we voor half 6 5 pizza's besteld.. een half uur later maar even gebeld waar ze bleven.. bezorger was net onderweg.. kwam aan met 4 pizza's. Nogmaals gebeld.. 5e zou nog nagebracht worden. Dit is idd wel gebeurd. Maar kwam min of meer als mosterd na de maaltijd. Geen tegoedbon, geen excuus.. pizza's wel lekker. Service klachtafhandeling kan netter. Volgende keer door dit gedoe ws andere pizza leverancier. Jammer..

Pizza's waren wel prima, maar er was één pizza te weinig geleverd en de bezorging was een half uur te laat vergeleken met de afgesproken tijd. Toch zeer jammer dat ze daarop niet te vertrouwen zijn. Uiteindelijk is de pizza nog wel geleverd maar jammer dat dit niet gebeurt is zoals afgesproken en de bedoeling was

Ik heb afgelopen week een pizza gehaald, levering was binnen 20 minuten zoals vernoemd. Pizza was wel met veel olie gemaakt maar dat is het altijd. Verder wel goed smakend. Last week I've bought a pizza, delivery was within 20 minutes like specified. Pizza had lots of oil on it but it's always like that. Anyways, it was delicious.

Lekker twee broodjes gekocht. Heerlijk.
