I ordered pizza and drinks and they almost forgot the drinks and they forgot the garlic sauce my food sat there for 5 minutes and they didn't pay attention when I asked for the pizza they were just talking and ignored me

The staff had terrible service; they were very arrogant and showed no respect for the customer. The door between the dining area and the work area was kicked open with their feet. In short, a bad experience. It's the last time I'll go there.

Ordered here to be delivered to my house took 2 hours and didnt even get it and they had no idea where the pizza was

It's a shame they don't sell alcoholic beverages.

Good for a quick fix. Make sure to spend a little more and get the italian crust.

I've been ordering this pizza lately, and it doesn't taste as good as it used to. They delivered it to my house, the fries were already cold, and the pizza wasn't good.

Food is not great. I tried pizza, fries and bbq wings. Taste is not good. But shake is good. I can recommend to go enywhere else for food. Staff was nice.

I clicked on eat here .and asked for napkins and didn't get them the place itself didn't look clean either .tables with empty boxes .

This is not pizza, just raw dough with frozen toppings on it. People go to a real pizzeria because this is crap.

There was no soap in the toilet to wash the hands, there was no napkins available for customers that are eating the pizza inside the restaurant. Also no plates or cutlery. The experience is not nice if you eat there . The employees were very young and the food toke longer.

Nice promotions during the week and on the weekend. Always freshly served. Personally, I like this pizza. This is a typical American pizza. That is, risen dough and a lot of fatty additives. If someone is looking for Italian, this is not the place. I recommend it and leave 5 ⭐️

Rude staff who make the wrong pizzas and then you don't believe anything is wrong. You have to come and exchange the pizza yourself and then they won't make a pizza until you get there and they can see that it is not good. That for a regular customer who orders regularly is really extremely bad. Robin is not at all service and customer oriented, that they can have such employees at the counter and have them answer the phone. From now on I will order elsewhere.

I didn't get my free pizza! Finally called back for why? Was told it's my fault. How can it be my fault I am not an employee there but a customer. The lady who answered the phone who spoke to me will definitely eat it himself or take it home, nice and friendly, do you deal with customers, say nooooooooot more, I will go to Dronten, at least they are polite there

There were small pieces of meat in a vegetarian's pizza. Furthermore, I have been ordering from here for a long time and this is by far the most inconsistent dominoes ever, they usually don't put all the ingredients on it and pizza is sometimes lukewarm or misshapen.

My pizza was cold when I got it delivered to my home.

I don't know what happened with this order, but I had a gluten-free pizza that arrived cold, then you get a dessert that contains gluten (B&J), and not once but twice because I got the same ice cream again when they came to deliver my warm pizza. It's nice that they have so many gluten free options, but I don't think the staff there knows who has an intolerance

We have made two orders to have it delivered to our homes and both times they told us that they tried to call and no one answered the call, at no time have I received calls. The first time we let it go, but the second time we were more attentive to the application and even my partner went down to the door before the order arrived. Total, we called to ask and the guy hangs up on us while I was talking, we called again a second time and he wants to hang up again and we asked him if we could go get the order and he said yes. When we get there we ask for the claim sheet and he tells us no, that we put it through the application. In the end we ate the cold food. All this happened yesterday around 15:07 pm.

Everything was as expected from Domino's. It was good and the pizza was delicious. Good shakes.

Wednesday and Sunday all pizzas are half price, good deal, I say

I ordered a vegan pizza and they put mozzarella on it, I called them and they didn't solve anything when it was their mistake since the ingredients say “vegan kaas”

Bad service. They don't call out your order when it's ready, because they are busy talking to each other. Cold pizzas and arrogant faces from them. No customer friendliness at all.

Terrible tent, just have to wait at the counter for 15 minutes, no one will help you, you will also get the final score with some food included, what a rubbish affair!

Order was not called, but was getting cold, when my husband went to the counter he waited another 5 minutes until he was helped, despite being told twice that someone had to stand at the counter, he was not listened to, in the end everything was taken with us and when we got home everything was cold.

the terminal doesn't work, there are children working in the back room all the time

Ordered food on Sunday August 11. Food was not complete I called and it was delivered okay open me pizza box stone cold within 2 minutes I will call back pizza cold oven is already off you will get credit on your account hang on call rings order then cheese bread cold cheese dips cold. I call again what are you doing, my food doesn't arrive complete and it's also cold, I put your cheese bread back on your account as good. I say, how about turning on the oven, re-creating the entire order, no, we don't do that. I say I want to speak to your manager, I'm going to leave a note for you, you will be called back, to this day I haven't called back, I gave it long enough and now comes a very bad review. Outrageously rude customer is not king with them. I will never order cold food there again, just throw money away and have to order elsewhere to be able to eat well.

Pizza was tasty, but the staff is not aware that when they talk about customers, there are also customers eating. (A customer called asking where his pizza was, when the call ended there was no good word for the customer). Was really rude, what a whiner that customer blah, blah, blah...don't eat here again!!!

We ordered 2 pizzas with a pick-up time of 6:15 PM. Then at 6:45 PM the pizza was not ready which resulted in me having no food as I had an appointment at 7 PM. A shame about that one pizza and my money. This was poorly arranged!

Ordered pizzas for 3 people tonight with cinnamon rolls and icing. Icing was missing, although we had to pay extra for it, and one pizza had hair all over it... yuck! No more Domino's pizza.

We ordered vegan mozzarella as my wife is allergic to lactose. It arrived and the cheese seemed off so we called them to ask if the pizza is 100% vegan, and they assured as it is. Well it wasn't. I just don't understand why they play with things like this!!!

They always help you on the phone and now that I live closer, the pizza is also warmer when delivered. I just don't like the crust of the pizza, it's very tough

This dominos branch needs to either train their employees better or pay them more so that they care about what they are doing. I’ve never had such a bad experience with dominos until i order from here. The first time was last Saturday, ordered through thuisbezorgd and the employee did not push the order to their system somehow, we waited over 3 hours for our food and got nothing, first time we called a guy said that we dont have a pizza for you we cant help and basically hung up. Second time we called another person answered we were told to “contact thuisbezorgd”, before we had to keep complaining because we knew that there was nothing wrong on thuisbezorgd’s part and then they found the order, were very apologetic (or trying to be) and then gave us some free cinnamon sticks which was fine in the end, we just spent the entire Saturday waiting for food. Today it was the same, we tried to avoid the whole thuisbezorgd ordeal by ordering for pick up, guy legit switches from speaking english fully to not understanding what i want to order, which is understandable if he doesn’t speak a lot of english but you can make some effort as i was trying to say the dutch name of the pizzas, and then hangs up before i even finish ordering. This review probably does not matter, and im not trying to just put an angry bad review, but just have some work ethic and make effort with your customers. The rhetoric of the employees could really be improved even if dutch people are just “direct”, you should still be trying to sell me your commodity and not trying to hang up as soon as you pick up the phone. The actual food tastes like classic dominos, got the buy one get one free :) only thing that the pizza was cut pretty wonky but its fine, i enjoyed having smaller pieces while my husband got bigger ones

Bad service. Order a pizza at a quarter past twelve in the afternoon for half past six. Pizza arrives half an hour late and cold. If you call, you will simply be referred to the other dominos. We were treated well there despite being very hot. Last time I ordered from this location. What a crappy response on the phone.

Lekker eten en warm aangeleverd

Positieve geluiden laten horen is ook belangrijk! Vandaag 2 pizza’s en sidedishes besteld. Op 1 pizza waren 2 ingrediënten vergeten. Domino’s gebeld en er nam een vriendelijke medewerker op wie ervoor zorgde dat de goede pizza geleverd werd.

Pizza margeritha besteld en de pizza ziet er raar uit. Saus met geraspte kaas erop en maar even in de oven gedaan. Kaas is niet gesmolten

Pizza zag te donker uit( doorgebrand?) en beetje aan koude kant en bijna uur te laat. En pizza tracker deed het niet ------------- Update : Voor je leuke gebaar maak ik er 3 sterren van Had gebruikt gemaakt van je korting op pizza, had wel tweede bij moeten bestellen anders kon ik niet bestellen , Werd bezorgd door een vriendelijke bezorgster, maakte excuses dat het langer geduurd heeft. Neem hun ook niet kwalijk zij moeten ook per rit Meerdere adressen bezorgen denk ik door personeel tekort? Over pizzas gesproken, tja was ze waren helaas weer niet warm had zelf moeten opwarmen Ik anderen aanraden om zelf op te halen , want voor de rest zag het oke uit

I like it a lot. We go very often. Only last time I order a vegan margarita and it was with a piece of chicken on the top. Haha.

Slecht, kwart voor 5 telefonisch bestelling doorgegeven omdat het via de app niet lukte met adres. Gebeld , besteld, wou het graag om 6 uur hebben i.v.m pauze op werk. 10 over 6 gebeld waar het bleef, bezorger was onderweg. 10 voor half 7 nog steeds geen pizza. Weer gebeld.. bezorger kon het niet vinden. Half 7 dan eindelijk me pizza, lauw!! Me pauze naar de klote en een lauwe pizza. Voor mij geen dominos meer🤦🏼‍♀️

Ijskoude milkshake koffie opgehaald. Super lekker.

Pizza's van te voren besteld. Waren ook op tijd klaar. Het duurde alleen erg lang voor ik ze kreeg. Waarschijnlijk te weinig personeel in de winkel.

Top pizza ! Een cheese-bacon pizza besteld. Deze pizza was binnen tien minuten klaar en dat tijdens spits uur. Deze pizza raad ik je wel aan om als bodem saus de BBQ saus te doen in plaats van de crème freche. Voor de rest was de winkel schoon en werkt er vriendelijke personeel. 🍕

Heerlijke pizza's. Gekocht met de actie van 3,99. Dubbel en dwars waard. Heerlijk verse ingrediënten. Enorm tevreden over mijn Chicken Spicy Suprême. En ondanks de drukte, maakte het personeel gewoon tijd om vriendelijk te zijn. Absolute toppers!

Had hier eerst pizza besteld. Stond perfect optijd klaar en was heerlijk. Besloot daarna om een milkshake te bestellen. Echter was er iets fout gegaan met de bestelling waardoor de milkshake niet gemaakt werd, tot ik na een tijd wachten vroeg of ie er nog aan kwam. Medewerker is meteen aan de slag gegaan met het maken van de milkshake en gaf een Chocolate chip cookie voor het lange wachten. Zeer tevreden met deze service!

Super service had een verkeerde pizza mee gekregen. Ik even gebeld. Kan gebeuren was druk. Nou mevrouw sorry dat het verkeerd is gegaan. Wat is u adres dan komt de bezorger zo snel naar u toe met de goede pizza. Super fijn ga zo door. Foute kunnen gemaakt worden. En top opgelost

Flink aan de prijs, voor de rest...... Als je een echt lekkere pizza wilt moet je toch naar Italië.

Altijd lekkere pizza’s margarita en four cheese en snelle bezorging. Nieuwe zaakje is lekker ruim en aangenaam bij afhalen! Ik heb altijd standaard pizza’s wat niet fout kan gaan. Zodra je afwijkt van een standaard pizza kan het nog wel eens mis gaan......

Exact wat je verwacht bij een Domino's Pizza. Niet buitengewoon (slecht of goed).

Ben altijd tevreden geweest, altijd lekkere pizza's gegeten en hebben vanavond voor het eerst sinds de verbouwing besteld en vonden het heel erg tegenvallen, we hadden 1 pizza met de ene helft chicken kebab en de andere helft de luxe, er zat veelste veel tomatensaus op wat zeer erg overheerste en de groente op de pizza de luxe was niet lekker knapperig maar slap en week en heel erg weinig chicken kebab zat erop! We hebben 2 stukjes ervan gegeten en hebben toen maar patat gehaald! Zou het zo zijn dat de verbouwing eruit gehaald moet worden en daarom bezuinigen op het vlees etc... En het compliceren met een overdaad aan tomatensaus. We zullen het binnenkort nog eens proberen en hopelijk was dit eenmalig anders zijn wij klant af! Hopelijk lezen jullie dit en doen jullie hier iets mee want wij hebben altijd heerlijke pizza's gegeten van jullie!

Snelle service en altijd is de pizza's nog goed heet als het thuisbezorgd word.
