Domino's Pizza Naarden in Naarden

I ordered food ,waited for 1.5 hours and then i got an email with my ordered canceled without an explaining me why nor calling me so i realised later. Get the one start now for your terrible customer service. it was a 100euro order.

We ordered pizza and fries + coke, but they brought only pizza! Well, it was not tasty, and we waited for it for a very long time! Terrible service, we gave every time the chance to change something, but it was terrible again!

A few years ago, the pizzas were still delicious, but these days they're just a piece of cardboard with a few toppings. The crusts, which have no sauce, cheese, or toppings, are the same size as the inside, which does have some. So, essentially, it's only half a pizza. They can't cut it. The pizza is always cut into awkward pieces, and I have to cut it at home because the crust isn't even cut through. The staff is agitated, rude, and there are always hordes of young people hanging around the store. A manager is never on site. The pizzeria around the corner, "Venetia," is much better.

Didn't get any food, never order here, they get mad at us, 60 euros thrown away, worst domino's branch ever

Great pizza, but delivering the sauce is a real pain. It's already gone wrong five times, and it's still not being resolved.

This location is really bad. The pizzas aren't properly flattened. Even the cutting process is a problem.

Complaint: The order was far too late and I returned it because the children had to wait far too long for their food. If there are no staff (as stated by the branch and the delivery driver), you shouldn't accept orders. There's also no communication about the actual delivery time. This is truly poor and unacceptable service. My formal complaint about this was also forwarded by the head office to the franchisee, who received no response, even after a reminder. I haven't received a refund either. This is a great way to drive away regular customers. Good luck with that; I'll never order from them again.

If you want to know what a pizza should not be.this is the right place.no taste at all. Delivery is rude, couldn't find address. Had to call him 3 times and explain. Is it difficult to find an address in Naarden? Pizza was cold and not tasty. Didn't look like pizza.

Very bad service 😒 I ordered chicken supreme pizza, and they add pork in the pizza , when I went to make a complain they said chicken supreme have pork in the recipe.

This was hands down the worst service i have ever gotten. Super unhelpfull staff that made promises they didnt keep. They made absolutely no effort to correct their error with our delivery. We used to be very loyal customers but we will never order there again!!

Today 04.01.2025 we were cheated in this establishment. Rooftop advertising: Buy one pizza - get the second free. As good customers we ordered 3 different pizzas, that is to say every second pizza should be free. But the employee only gave us 4 pizzas, since only one, the cheapest one, was free. The employee refused to admit her mistake. You can see our invoice and a photo of the order received. This is a blow to the reputation of the entire Domino's Pizza chain. We will never order anything there again and will advise all our friends and acquaintances against it. A great shame!

This tent is very bizarre. I placed an order at 7:15 PM and it is now 8:42 PM but I still have not received anything. Called twice and the phone is simply not answered. Update: pizza was delivered at 10 p.m. Ice cold and completely messed up. Called 9 times in total and no contact with the branch possible.

Bad service! Sheet delivery doesnt arrived ti lkace and cancelled. Sheet costumer service!! 0 from 10!!! Badest practice!!!

Ordered loaded fries, prices comparable to snack bar but portion really very small as you can see in the photo it is about 8 large fries with some "load" underneath....

Pizzas are good, nothing to complain about. Staff, all teenagers (no real manager present) are very shouty, almost all with an energy drink within reach.

Prima pizzeria, vooral de broodjes zijn erg lekker. Vriendelijk personeel.

Pizza was not bad but In my order there were 2 cans of Coca Cola that were not delivered to me.

Heerlijke pizza's en ook nog een snel klaar en betaalbaar. Erg klantvriendelijke mensen daar in het speciaal Max Thijs Lars en andere Lars, die hebben ons zeer goed geholpen. Zeer tevreden dus.

Ik was wel nabij. Domino's Pizza Naarden maar bij buurtwinkels.

A nice Domino's that offers a good selection of nice food to satisfy hunger. Suitable for most customers at a competitive price.

Voor de deur kan je parkeren. Altijd een pizza van 5 euro. Ideaal als je wat later thuiskomt.

Geweldige plek om te eten en werknemers zijn heel vriendelijk!

Altijd goed eten.. andere dominos zijn wisselvallig deze en die in bussum zijn altijd van goede kwaliteit en lekker eten.. ookal gebruiken ze dezelfde ingrediënten als andere Dominos toch smaakt het bij deze 2 filialen beter.

Hele lekkere pizza’s. Als we pizza willen kopen we het bij Domino’s.
