Domino's Pizza Nieuwegein in Stadscentrum

Don't order here. I ordered three pizzas around 3 p.m. and said I wanted them at 6:30 p.m. I called at 7 p.m. to ask where my order was. They said, without an apology, that it would be there in 10 minutes. Half an hour later (an hour late), the pizzas arrived lukewarm. The boxes were dented. Terrible service; this was the last time.

Gambling on an accurate image in the home delivery app... Paying 14 euros for eight mini pieces of "crispy" chicken that could have come from a popcorn chicken container. It arrived lukewarm, the crust was wet and soggy, and the chicken was tough and dry. So incredibly bad and disappointing that you're almost glad you get so little chicken for your money.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with Domino's today. I waited an hour and a half for my order, and when it finally arrived, the pizza was cold. That in itself was frustrating, but it got even worse when I discovered they'd forgotten the milkshakes I'd ordered. I understand it can get busy sometimes, but this was truly unacceptable. The pizza wasn't good, the milkshakes were completely lacking, and the delivery left a lot to be desired. I expected a quick delivery and a hot meal, but got the exact opposite: a hopeless business—the worst Domino's there is.

A few months ago, I called after an hour and a half, and the message was, "It's not coming anymore, we're short-staffed, you'll get a refund." I had to call twice more to get the money. Tonight, I called after an hour to check where it was because it said it would take 20-45 minutes. It turned out there was only one delivery driver, so we were given the choice: wait a little longer (there were other orders that took priority) or get a refund. I don't consider this service any more.

The delivery service is truly subpar. We only ordered three thick shakes, and they arrived half an hour later than the agreed-upon delivery time. And recently, an order was an hour and a half late! The only positive is that the money is being refunded. I'd like to see improvements in the future.

I ordered a pizza without onions because I'm pregnant and have an allergy. Instead, I got a pizza full of onions. The crust is old and hard, you can't even eat it. Thanks, Domino's, for another disappointment!

Ordered 10 pizzas and received all 10 as shown in the attached photo. It looks like Lance Stroll has been hired. If the delivery driver ended up in the hospital due to this incredibly hard crash, I wish him a speedy recovery!

I've experienced poor food quality before. Recently, however, I received the wrong order. I had to call to follow up. The correct food was delivered, but incomplete. The store manager suggested transferring the amount for the missing item. Not my suggestion—his. This is the fifth time I've called to follow up, and they always say, "Oh, I don't know anything about this," and then, "I'll make sure the money gets to you." It's very frustrating and rude that I keep following up, and even then, nothing happens. I'll never order from them again.

Dirty service, employees are rude, don't even know the address and then want you to pick up the pizza.

I understand it's sometimes busy, but after two hours, I still hadn't received it. I'd already called to say it wasn't necessary and that I wanted my money back, only to be at my door three hours later with the pizzas, just like a regular delivery. In total, this took five hours, and the pizzas were cold. When I tried to call, no one even answered... I'd definitely go to New York Pizza.

Things have been deteriorating for years, and the staff is getting younger every day! We'll soon be served by a 10-year-old! The price of pizza has been rising for years, while the quality of the ingredients is deteriorating! The cheese isn't actually cheese, but something that contains cheese in small amounts mixed with something else, and the tomato sauce is food coloring with a huge amount of salt. It's all pretty disgusting.

Ordered 3 pizzas. All 3 were no longer warm. One was missing ingredients and sauce. One was supposed to be Italian, but it's even smaller than a medium, but in an Italian box. And I added extra doner döner to the last one, but it still seems to have barely any filling. The place is run by a group of 15/16-year-olds, 3 of whom are standing around doing nothing. I'll never go to Domino's Nieuwegein again; I'll just go back to IJsselstein.

Do you fancy pizza? Then Domino's is the best restaurant for you! There are several selections from the menu (you can find them on the Domino's website). There are not only pizzas, there are several things you can choose from, such as a delicious cinnastix or a chicken bucket.

Great deals... 2nd pizza free, oh no, not really. They just cancel your order, saying they can't make the pizza anymore. You get your money back within 3-5 business days... that's helpful... It's also a shame the staff on the phone are completely unmotivated.

When we ordered pizzas online, they didn't ensure they were on the correct pizza, resulting in three pizzas with mixed toppings. Thijs, the staff member, started yelling at us and refused to help us.

Placed order around 21:30 and called around 22:30 to know if it was still being delivered and I was guaranteed that it was still being delivered. After 00:00 still nothing so I drove there and saw that they were busy closing up. So we waited for 2.5 hours for nothing, and if I hadn't gone there we would still have known nothing. It’s the worst Domino’s ever. I’ve ordered a couple of times there, and the pizzas are terribly made or sometimes (after keeping you one hour waiting) they just decide to cancel your order. NEVER ORDER HERE.

What a crap place. Order at 16:00 for delivery at 18:30. At 19:00 still no pizza to be seen. Called and was simply told that it could take another 1.5 hours, because they couldn't handle the crowds. Never again for me!

After giving the benefit of the doubt for an hour, I finally call and get the message that they can't deliver/deliver it because it's too busy. The only thing that's deteriorated more than the quality of the pizzas at Domino's Nieuwegein is the delivery quality. You get a pizza that has significantly deteriorated in taste, order a drink that they forget, and then, after a few calls, it's delivered an hour later. It was the same story last time, truly disappointing.

They've stolen my money. I've made an order of my pizzas and went on a working call. As i didnt pick up a call from their courier, they've just went away and they are refusing now to make a refund. Their customer support is also extremely rude, saying that this is not their problem. Like, excuse me? I will make sure to file a complain to their headquarters as well.

Ordered 2 times from here. Never got it delivered on time. Always late delivery, late more than an hour. I called them, response was, its gonna be der in 5-10 minutes. But it didn't happen. Nothing was delivered. Just in the app, status was updated as delivered. I stay closeby like 10 minutes biking distance from the dominos. We order only when it is really necessary. But I'm not gonna make this mistake again.

I am a regular in Domino’s but it is my first time to order in this Domino’s branch (Feb 1). It is yet the best branch so far! The topping were put nicely. The staff was nice too!

'Forgot' to deliver garlic sauce 3 times in 1 month. (In principle, delivered zero times). Delivery person said the sauce was in the pizza box, which is not the case. It's just sauce. Since Vianen opens later in the day, we picked up our order from Nieuwegein, and to my shock, they gave us the wrong order. I ordered two Veggie Subs, and all our other orders were vegetarian as well, but they gave us Meatball Subs!!!!!!!! This is completely unacceptable for someone who strictly eats vegetarian. When I called to report the mistake, the staff member didn’t even let me finish explaining the problem before cutting me off and saying he would call his manager. After waiting 5-10 minutes on hold, the same person came back and admitted no manager was involved—he was still the one handling the call! He gave no real solution and didn’t take responsibility for the error!!!! And to top it all off, no one apologized for this mix-up! As a vegetarian, this is incredibly frustrating. Food choices are personal, and mistakes like this could have serious consequences, especially for people with dietary restrictions or allergies. What’s worse is their attitude!!!!!!—it was completely uncalled for! I’m paying for my food and this is not the way you treat your customer what was that for????? Now, I’ll always have doubts about what they’re doing in the kitchen. I’m sorry, but you did wrong with that behavior, and it leaves me questioning everything. I will never order from Domino’s Nieuwegein again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Update: When they replaced it with the Veggie Subz, the entire sub was drenched in harissa sauce to an overwhelming degree (which I didn’t ask for). This felt like an intentional move, especially since I've noticed similar complaints from others, particularly Indian or non-Dutch customers. It’s frustrating to experience such carelessness and I hope Domino's addresses this issue and ensures better quality control for all customers

When I tried to cancel the order, they stopped receiving my phone calls. After complaints, they still did not refund the order, even though I refused to accept the pizza delivery.

Ik geef domino’s te nieuwegein een dikke duim op! We bestellen vaak en ze leveren altijd netjes optijd . Laats hadden we een Large pizza aan de balie besteld . De kassadame sloeg per ongeluk een smal aan . Toen we de smal kregen gaven we aan dat dit niet juist was . Ze waren heel meegaand en boden excuses aan . We hebben toen de Large pizza gekregen voor het geld van de smal pizza . Toevallig was er ook een bestelling voor iemand anders die dezelfde pizza. In smal nodig had . Dus win win situatie voor beiden ! Bedankt Domino’s!
