Yesterday they showed up with a hot coke. Today I had to wait an hour for my pizza, even though I only live two minutes away. I ended up picking it up myself. This was the last time I'll order from you. I was a customer who spent an average of €50 a week. Bye. Edit: I ordered at 8 PM (see screenshot). I find an hour-long wait for just one pizza and a can of coke rather excessive. Also, when I walked in, it was very quiet in the store. Don't get me wrong, but that makes it tasteless to me.

Changed back to 4 stars - 2good2go was a disappointment, but ultimately not representative of the company. Furthermore friendly staff and great pizzas.

Served quickly is a plus. A bit bland, we expected more, I think there was no garlic in the garlic sauce. Too bad there is only one table to sit at, we had to go to the park.

Ordered pizza twice yesterday. Pizza was delivered within 11 minutes of placing the order, which I thought was very fast because 1 pizza was with chicken and bacon... Now at home all day with ''food poisoning symptoms''. Never ordering anything there again.

The last time I received my order late and did not receive my daughter's order at all. Called many times and the boy on the phone was not very polite. You can try to convince me, but you won't succeed with 3 different stories in 1 conversation. Home delivery did not work. Then the delivery person was at the wrong door. And suddenly, closed. Free pizza with your next order? No, I now want my daughter's order or the money back. We are closed. Then it's just over the bus. Seen nothing. The boy who he thought was the boss at the time was costing Domino's more money than it was making. If you don't receive any messages delivered to your home, you still have to check what the cause is or not. Using free pizza as an excuse, nahhh. Just make sure it all works first. Update: 01-30-2025 We contacted the restaurant manager who was willing to listen to our story. He understood our frustration and was not happy with the way things were going. Together we came up with a nice, suitable solution.

Pizzas are always delicious and ready on time (for pick-up, I have no experience with delivery). And regular good discount promotions!

Order via the App, collect and enjoy. The mostly young employees are friendly and hospitable and take orders with a smile. In short, we highly recommend this branch in Panningen.

I've never experienced this before. At 3:20 PM I ordered delivery for 6:30 PM, at 4:00 PM the bell rang, the delivery person had come through incorrectly, it can happen. It was suddenly 7:15 PM, I thought I'd call. The lady says the delivery person is on his way, fine. 8:00 PM still nothing so I called again and got the same boy on the line who was already at the door in the afternoon. We'll make it now and then we'll come your way, sorry for the inconvenience, we'll add some extra drinks. 8:25 PM it arrived, did they forget the drinks I had already ordered and the extra drinks?? Come on guys, half an hour later someone else shows up with a can of drink that I didn't order and no extra drinks. And the boy shouted as he walked away, "Hey, sorry." I think it's really bad. Shame

Unfortunately I read a lot of bad reviews, which doesn't surprise me. Location Panningen has a terrible location manager, very disrespectful guy, yuck

Ordered pizza at 5:15 PM. After calling 4 times at 7:52 PM, still no pizzas. All well organised👎🏻

Placed an order on a Sunday at 6:24 PM. Initially it would take about 35 minutes for it to be delivered. Fine, 7pm. Time was running out on the site. Around 7 p.m. the message came that my food could "arrive at any time". I call again at 7.38 pm, according to the boy on the phone "it will go into the oven shortly". It would be busier than normal. Fine, that's possible. Ultimately I only received my order at 8:13 PM. Pizza Chicken Kebab, I think I tasted 1 mini piece and thought "Hey! Meat!". Fortunately the food was warm. But next time I'll order somewhere else...

I find stunt week very confusing

Note wanted to correct a typo, but this situation was more than a year ago. Saw they posted it like something recent. So it is to be concluded a misunderstanding. Just kinda felt like the help came because of this review and my refusal to remove it. The giftcode that were handed out to us didn't have a date on them but when we wanted to use them they didn't work. So maybe a few tips: would've been nice to have known for how long they were valid. & The other tip would've be: make sure that when you are open the first thing you do is put the advertising out front or hide it and not have it stand next to the door. Or have an "the door is open sign" like regular stores. What was the situation: they contacted us for the second time, the other day they only called us to remove the review, no apologies or anything. I felt like this person took us a bit more serious. So what was the situation? It had been cold and my friend an I were waiting outside for dominos to open. I usually never go to this place, but because of the gluten intolerance of my friend we decided to try it. Advertising board was still inside and the guys behind the counter that were still prepping stuff and putting their aprins on, they could've waved at us as we were standing in front the door. Instead of giggling to each other after looking at us.. Earlier post: They just didn't open the door during the first opening half hour, let us stand there in the cold and bad weather. Absolutely ridiculous. Very bad service. They saw us looked at us but decided to ignore us completely. Even if you are still starting the least they could've done was let us wait inside. That would've been fine. Or say something like hey we're not ready yet. They just didn't care.

Ordered at 4.45pm for delivery at 5.30pm, on a normal Thursday. No pizza delivered at 5:50 PM. While the app already said fifteen minutes before that the delivery person was on his way. The delivery person came around 6 p.m. O.a. ordered a chicken kebab pizza...very poorly topped, only a few pieces of kebab on the entire pizza. They were also not very warm anymore and that for almost 30,-.. We live in Panningen and order often, but this was a real disappointment!

Rude employee, calls me a liar! I have now ordered a free pizza twice, points have been deducted, but the pizza has not been delivered, and I keep claiming that I did not order it, see the print screen of the order, dirty scammers 🤬🤬🤬

Ordered online at 4:50 PM for collection at 6:00 PM. Upon entering, the sign indicates that you will have to wait another 12 minutes. At 6:30 PM I ask about my order. 1 pizza still needed and the order was forgotten due to a staff change. The rest of the order was now cold, so it had to be prepared again. The employee indicates that he will have to wait 10 minutes and gives me a can of soft drink as compensation. I receive my order at 6:50 PM, 2 hours after ordering.

Pizzas were very tasty, and the churros are also great. Ate at home so I can't really judge the atmosphere, but you can sit there and it's interesting to look into the kitchen!

Ordered food online. Super fast delivery, very friendly delivery person. and more than enough. Personally, I like other types of pizzas better, but that is of course also personal taste. All 3 kids like them and that's what matters.

We ordered chicken wings strips yesterday. This has made them very ill, vomiting and diarrhea. (Food poisoning!). Regularly order from Domino's, but won't get it anymore!

Very bad! Just ordered 2 sandwiches. The tuna, beef and vegetables were hard to find, it looked more like a cheese sandwich. And that for almost 7 euros each, really sad! Not even worth 1 star...
