Domino's Pizza Purmerend Van Damplein in Wijk 07 Weidevenne

What terrible service. We ordered fries with our order, but there were literally only 8 fries in the box. I called them to report this, and the girl just said, "Oh right, maybe the person who made it weighed it incorrectly." No compensation whatsoever, nothing. Just "too bad, goodbye," and I hung up. Good staff are really hard to find these days. Unbelievable.

Since I cannot discuss my complaint with the store, I have decided to post a review. Our order was cut unevenly, with some slices missing and some parts extremely small. The crust was also cut horizontally. The Half Half pizzas were not Half Half but also extremely uneven. The work here was absolutely not done neatly or carefully. This is simply disrespectful and unprofessional. It is messing with the customer's food. There are also holes in the pizza in two places, as if someone stuck their finger in them. Because this is not the first time, this was definitely the last time for us. I will never order here again, and these pizzas are going straight into the trash.

Ordered pizzas from Van Damplein Purmerend. Called 20 minutes after the confirmed delivery time to ask where the pizzas were, and they indicated that the order was being handled by the Wormerplein branch… eventually delivered 45 minutes late and the pizzas were cold….! We are definitely not doing this again for over €50 worth of pizzas.

--attention ! much longer waiting times for deliveries than indicated online! they are cheating with the average delivery time, my delivery took place at 20:52 and not at 19:07 which was adjusted afterwards on Thuisbezorgd --food fine but 2.5 hours is too long to wait

On May 21st, I ate at the Domino’s Pizza on Van Damplein. I had a negative experience with the employee in the store; he said he was going to take a quick smoke before preparing my order. I find this very rude and also a bit gross.

Terrible! Ordered a pizza at 6 PM, it is now 7:30 PM and still no delivery. They are unreachable by phone, no one answers! Never again.

Fast, efficient, just as expected

Our son was allowed to start his first delivery job there. He was sent to an address without any instructions, on a moped that was half falling apart. Just at the first address, the moped stopped working, and guess what? No gas. He then called the branch, who told him he had to fix it himself. Eventually, his father filled a jerry can, went over, and refilled the moped. At his own expense, because Domino's didn't respond. He returned his moped, received no apology whatsoever, and was never paid. It's truly unacceptable how they treat their young employees.

We ordered at 5:50 PM. It didn't arrive until 7:10 PM. It was freezing cold! The chicken strips were worse than frozen. We called to complain, and they immediately asked for the delivery driver's name. Even though the manager was responsible! He should have sent an extra person. It's a shame I won't be ordering from here again.

Almost always on time and at the right temperature. The taste is more than okay.

Ordered pizzas on the go, they were ready on time, delivered promptly, and were delicious. Otherwise, it's a takeout pizza place in a shopping center. Nothing wrong with that.

They put mushrooms on it when they shouldn't have... I, with an allergy, immediately developed a fever. To add to Domino's post: I called you directly, but there was no answer. Ordered a pizza, arrived very cold. A few days earlier, I also ordered a pizza with a soft drink. They forgot the soft drink. So he had to pick it up. Very disappointing.

Late for 2 hours, super slow. Bad service. And the person on the phone is really arrogant.

I order a salami pizza including ham as indicated on the receipt. Then I receive a salami pizza without ham. I call about this and the manager claims that there is NO extra ham on the receipt after I forwarded it by email. I didn't pay 1.50 extra for nothing, which is also stated on the receipt. This really is service worth crying over. I wonder what I pay extra 1.50 for in addition to the delivery costs stated at the bottom of the receipt. Do not order your food here... you will not get what you order and you will be called a liar even though it is written in black and white on the receipt. Save yourself the trouble and order your pizza somewhere else.

Ordered a pizza at 5:35 PM and at I absolutely do not recommend ordering from here. You call and no one answers. After the 20th attempt, they finally answer at 7:20 PM. The pizza is ready, waiting for the courier, I'm told. It wasn't delivered until 7:55 PM. Conclusion: never, ever order from here. It was the first time and the last time. I've never experienced such bad service. Bad, bad, super bad service.

Wait an hour and a half but have to pay extra for fast delivery? Man, man, man, pizzas are still cold too. Then just choose Wormerplein as standard.

It took 1.5 hours for 3 pizzas.

The pizza here is amazing 99% of the time. Sometimes it's not that good. The pizza is also cut pretty bad. But overall it's very good.

Last time we order here!! We order more than an hour in advance and can choose our desired delivery time. When this has almost been reached, the status is only being prepared and the time is half an hour late. Only when this time has passed does the pizza go into the oven. Apparently they need 45 minutes to prepare a pizza to put in the oven. They will adjust the arrival time again by 25 minutes. We order just in time to be sure what time we can eat. If our food only goes into the oven half an hour after our chosen time without consultation or apology, you are really doing something wrong as a company. Then don't give option times if you don't do anything with them anyway. Really worthless!!

Picked up two pizzas. Unfortunately we received a completely different pizza and only discovered this at home. We do not fall within the delivery area, so subsequent delivery was not possible. Received the offer to pick up the correct pizza again, but no option for us at that time. They try to think along, that's a plus, but you won't be happy without pizza. For now I agreed to a free pizza on the next collection attempt.

During the European Championship match in the Netherlands, I just had a very cheerful and friendly guy at the door on time with warm, fresh pizzas. What a service! :) We have been ordering from Domino's on Van Damplein for six months and we are very satisfied.

Dramatic thing, I waited for 10 minutes only to not be helped, too crazy for words, I just walked away. It was better when the old manager was. What happened to this store? Bunch of asos can't even get a shawarma pizza. I'll go to the Febo next door, at least they can help you with respect and speed. Very big fat recommendation

Worst domino's business. I ordered a Milkshake at the Domino's in Damplein. As I was walking away, a friend pointed out that there was something strange in my milkshake. What was in the Milkshake were three ANTS. I walked back and they gave me a new milkshake. I checked to make sure there wasn't anything strange in there and I don't believe it, but there was just an ant in there again. I ordered something else and I didn't even receive an apology from the employees, which is not necessary but is a respectful thing to do.

Delivery person Quinten very nice. Pizzas were tasty.

The girls are clearly not coping. The waiting time is a scandal - it was supposed to be 25 minutes and I waited 45 minutes. Pizza undercooked.

Ordered several times. Always too late and they always forget to add their own added ingredients. Dominos at Wormerplein was always much faster. Now that we fall under the location in the weidevenne, things always go wrong.

I find it easy to say that everything here is bad. It's a young team and they work hard. I placed my order incorrectly, a bit stupid. But after a phone call they came to meet me and I got new pizzas. Thank you!

Such a bad experience They don't speak English properly. They don't have good customer service. They hang up the phone on customers. They are unpolait. I was very desapointed. I do not recommend this place. I'd to wait 1 hour and a half for a pizza. They clearly don't know what they're doing. Ridículos and such a shame.

Just waited 2:15 hours and still nothing, I tried calling from Damplein and Wormerplein, no one answers, what kind of toki toko is this, photo of the order included. Where is my money, bunch of thieves? I asked for money back a while ago. This just makes me angry. I had contact with Ijgenaar from branches Alkmaar South, Alkmaar North, Purmerend South, Purmerend North, Volendam, Enkhuizen, and Wasenaar. I completed the questions that mr/mv silas wanted and the money would be refunded, still not happened +- 2 weeks Update After a long wait I got my money back

Pizza Domino, I got some fries, it's best to leave that alone. If you've ever eaten some somewhere else... a total disappointment.

Pizzas were okay, service was bad though. Was not taken into consideration.

Domino's is as cumbersome as it is with those great promotions of their 1+1 free, which you can only use online, which doesn't work at first, but after many calls and trying different ways, it finally works. Then you think everything will be fine, SO NOT!!!!! If only they would come to the door with 1 pizza. It says yes, we don't see that promotion code so you just have to click on two. What a crooked system. Will never order there again. What a ****** tent.

I got the slice and fries offer for 3 euros but didn't get a slice and the drinks are ridiculously expensive and the employees ignore you.

Staff is very friendly. Pizza was good and very hot. Price and quality are in proportion. Parking is free

Update: changed to 1 star. After promising money back after 3 weeks (!) still no money back!! ------ Placed an order for 6:00 PM on Sunday afternoon via the Domino's website at 4:00 PM. Called once at 6:30 PM. The lady on the phone indicated that no order had been received by them. Plausible, but strange. Order was still taken over the telephone and would be prepared as soon as possible. What was strange was that "suddenly" the order on the website started to process. The order finally arrived at 7:15 PM. No apology was offered, nothing. Still gave the poor delivery man a tip because he had to go through the rain. As it turned out: the order was incomplete and COLD! So I immediately called again. The lady could place the order again, but we had no confidence in that. After much discussion with the manager, we were offered a refund. We just accepted this. So 2 stars only thanks to the solution offered.

Ordered after waiting two hours but picked it up myself with the promise that my money would be refunded. Still nothing received after a week and a half. Pizzas were also cold. First and last time Domino's.

Ordered several times. Not once has it gone well. Ordered & paid online, but did not deliver. So she walked over there and couldn't find the order anymore. Fortunately, I was able to prove that I had already paid. Other times the 'half' order is delivered. Called about that. "We apologize and we will deliver the rest immediately." (still had to wait 40 minutes, sigh) So we don't order there anymore.

Placed an order via home delivery at 8:00 PM, the average delivery time would take between 50/75 minutes. Received a message that it would take 28 minutes, so I'm happy. At 8:25 PM we received a message that the order could be delivered at any time, but after 20 minutes we insisted... still nothing. I called at 8:50 PM to find out where my order was and was told that it would be on its way to the address in 2/3 minutes. At 9:02 PM I receive a call asking whether I have received the order... 'no'. Apparently the order was delivered but not to my address. So the order will be made again and delivered around 9:22 PM…. So it ended up being 85 minutes before I got my food. “Are they still right with their delivery times?”

Delivery person very friendly, order delivered quickly, pizza nice and hot, but the chicken and potatoes were limp and lukewarm.

Never had any problems with Domino's Wormerplein. But with the opening in Weidevenne we fall under their delivery area. Ordered pizza and it would take half an hour. Called after an hour, our pizzas weren't even prepared. Was done now. Half an hour later the delivery person at the door with apologies. He can't help it, but they can't handle the demand. Pizzas were very soft in the middle, not tasty and we didn't even recognize 1 pizza because there were so few toppings on it. They're used to it better.. now we only pick up at Wormerplein and not otherwise. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Placed an order this afternoon at 3 pm for delivery at 6:20 pm. Still no pizza delivered at 7:30 pm. Unreachable by telephone. I'll get my own food. There's no need for pizza anymore. Edit: they arrived 21.10...

Not good. Ordered 2 pizzas online at 4:30 PM - chicken stripes and cheese bites and selected 6:00 PM as the delivery time. Keep an eye on the app from 5:50 PM. 6.15 pm still nothing and called Domino's. Oh.eh ? ! Pizzas are now going into the oven and will be delivered in 20 minutes. So that would be at 6:35 PM. At 6.50 pm there is still nothing. I try to call again but the phone is off the hook. Cannot be reached with 3 telephones. At 7.15 pm a delivery person with our order. This boy can't do much about it but expected an apology but nothing. Drama.

Placed an order this afternoon at 3 pm for delivery at 6:10 pm. Still no pizza delivered at 6:30 pm. After being on the phone for 10 minutes, they were finally able to find the order. The Pizzas still had to be made and it could take up to an hour, so leave that order alone...not recommended

Too busy at the opening, pizza 2 euros, as a wheelchair user I couldn't get in that busy! So a cheap pizza was missed. Asking for help didn't work... sorry too busy! Choke on it
