A very shady guy at the door with half an order, then they called me and asked if I wanted some gnawed pizza. What a hopeless situation...

Service is bizarrely bad. Ordered more than 2 hours in advance today for pick-up and I had to wait more than 50 minutes in the store before the pizzas were ready. The people who were 'working' in the kitchen did little either. In this way the pizzas are of course never ready on time...

Pizza ordered 1.5 hours in advance, if you arrive at the agreed time you still have to wait an hour.

Food never arrived but paid for

Very sad! I ordered dominoes today, an hour in advance, only to have them delivered an hour later. And yes, just as always, still too late. How do you do it?! Oh yes, and the funny thing is, I called for my order because it was 25 minutes late. I have to say the employee who was on the phone was nice, but the person behind the phone literally said yes, nice call at the last minute when we are almost free! (Something along those lines) Sorry?! It's great that you think you can't be heard and you don't even know what it's about, but I happened to hear, maybe you should do something about the staff and be there on time! I see in several reviews that people are bothered by this. Do something about that, I don't know where things are going wrong! While I'm at it, coincidentally this was two weeks ago, colleagues had ordered something, you were literally 2 hours late with the pizzas and we weren't even 5 meters apart? Come on!

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. My order – a small order at that – arrived more than two hours late. I called the business a total of six times, but no one answered the line. Only when we were no longer home did I receive a call back. I was apologized and promised a call back the next day, but that never happened. To date I have not received a pizza and have not received my money back. Very unfortunate.

We had ordered pizza to pick up, we were a little early, our pizza fell on the floor by the employee, the employee just wanted to put this pizza in the box... another employee immediately came and indicated that this was really not possible. Scandalous! There was no indication that it had fallen to the ground and that it took a little longer. I asked for the other pizza myself otherwise it would be cold. Another employee walked around with his cell phone the whole time. Lights at the cash register flickered, it was cold. Only the employee who was preparing the pizzas was serious. Too bad because your pizzas are tasty. I don't have pizza delivered anymore. Returning to the story below. I did receive a call from a number, but there was no voicemail left, so it could have been from you, but I don't know yet, I would have liked to get in touch with you by telephone. As for the employee who is counting on his cell phone, I clearly heard him say that if he left now, he would be at his destination in 2 hours. This has nothing to do with counting. As for the pizza falling on the floor, my partner was there to see it happen... and what was said. The fact is that we received a new one.

Those pizzas usually taste great. Delivering on time (we usually pick up) is a drama. More than fifteen minutes late (27 minutes today) seems to be standard practice here. No apology received for that either. And if I were to receive an apology saying that it is very busy: then they would have to accept fewer orders (read accept smaller profits) so that all customers are satisfied.

What a place... the pizzas are fine but that's all. When it comes to delivery, I have never had anything that was forgotten or arrived on time, when it comes to pick-up it is always way too late and if you want to call them, they don't answer the phone. I'm not really happy with this branch.

Pizza barely had any toppings on it, ordered more than an hour in advance and gave a time and it only got later according to that tracking system. Ended up having to wait an extra 20 minutes after the time slot that it should have been ready. This establishment is worthless.

Poor quality, no neat round pizzas, but one side had more toppings than the other and we waited way too long before it was ready.

After ordering Supreme American meatlovers (add bacon, cheese, onions) and Hawaiian pizza, I picked them up. When I got home and opened it (pictured in the second and third photo), it was very different from the pizza I ordered. I called the store to explain the situation, and the clerk apologized to me and said, "I'll make it again in 10 minutes, so please come and get it," and asked, "It's troublesome, but can you bring me the first pizza to check?" and I readily accepted it. The clerk, who arrived at the store and checked the pizza, apologized, saying, "I'm sorry again," and said, "I'll make you a new pizza, and you can keep the wrong one also." As a result, my girlfriend and I were able to eat three large-sized pizzas this evening. I want to say thank you to a young employee [late teens?] who helped solve the problem. And for customers visiting the store, this happening is likely to be reduced if the process of directly checking the contents of the pizza ordered by the customer before packaging the pizza is added.

Pay close attention when paying for an order in the app!!! I ordered a pizza… I came to pick it up even before time. I saw on pizza live trucker that my order is ready to pick up. I came in and I heard that I need to wait for another 10 minutes because there’s a problem with the oven… after 10 minutes I heard another 3 minutes. After that time I got totally cold 3 pizzas… but at least hot fries and chicken strips!!!! Last time, never again domino’s pizza! Thanks good there’s yet a New York pizza. Never had situation like this with New York pizza.

Extremely unprofessional, ordered 2 medium pizzas, waited for 30 min only to get one medium and one Italian style (which I particularly dislike as I specifically STATED upon the order) + got the ingredients all wrong! I was assured that my order would be delivered within 30 minutes. Unfortunately I am still waiting for my order and it has been over two hours since I placed my order. I tried to contact your customer service but no one answered my call. This is completely unacceptable and I am very disappointed with the service I received. You're sitting here eating quietly and suddenly a bag of waste flies through the place. We can't even eat a pizza in peace here, we are immediately sent away, we are told that we have to continue eating because they want to go home

What a miserable place to eat (in Raalte) :(((. They don't have a toilet for visitors: you can't wash your hands before eating. After eating, the child really needed to go to the toilet to pee. After politely asking to use their toilet room, we were sent to the restaurant nearby. The child left crying. But it didn't matter to the staff: "it is the toilet room that only intended for personnel".

Love their pizzas and their premium shakes are delicious!

Familie pizza ging niet helemaal goed in de oven en de rest wel. De behulpzame dame wilde een nieuwe doen, maar zei we kunnen hem toch niet heel opeten en hebben hem gratis mee gekregen! Top service!!

Snap dat de wachttijd op kan lopen als het druk is maar nu meer dan een uur moeten wachten voor het afhalen van 2 pizza’s. Hadden beter ergens anders eten kunnen bestellen

Heel jammer filiaal in Raalte is niet goed. Tijd gelden hebben ze de tomatensaus vergeten.geen korting of sorry! Week terug de slagroom op onze shake vergeten. En nu moest ik mijn eten uit de fiets tas pakken??? Snap met deze tijd dat je niet in de buurt wil komen. Maar gewoon op de manier hoe deze jonge man het tegen mij zegt. . Eten uit de fiets tas pakken letterlijk!

Hele lekkere pizza's. Geen lange wachttijden en altijd zeer vriendelijk personeel in een mooie, schone winkel. Precies genoeg toppings en een lekkere luchtige bodem.

La pizza era davvero piccola. La farcitura è molto stile americano. Non c'entra nulla con la pizza italiana. Locale carino. Buon servizio.

Domino's Raalte goede service, nadat pizza en broodje koud aan kwamen, zorgvuldig opgelost door nieuwr pizza's en broodje bezorgen en warm en erg lekker binnen een kwartier top!!

Prima pizza, maar jammer dat je er een halfuur langer op moet wachten (zelfs bij afhalen), vervolgens niet voldoende wisselgeld in de kas hebben en er thuis achter komen dat er een extra ingredient mist (waar ook voor betaald is). 2/5

Gemotiveerd personeel, constante kwaliteit

Pizzas tijdens die anders 5 euro kosten bij afhalen ineens 8,25 afhalen tijdens Stoppelhaene. Ook wel 3 munten ipv van een schappelijke 2. Zeer teleurstellend.... Munsten kosten overgens 2,75 (2019). Dit zou absoluut geen reden mogen zijn onder welke omstandige heden dan ook. Amerikanse zakken vullers.

De wachttijd is te lang (1 uur staan wachten terwijl er op het bord staat klaar met 10 minuten) maar de pizza heerlijk.
