Domino's Pizza Ridderkerk in Oost

Ordered food for 6:00 PM. By 6:10 PM, it still hadn't arrived. When I called, all I got was, "Yes, it's on its way." Finally, the delivery driver arrived with cold food. I didn't feel like calling or complaining anymore. It was truly awful, very disappointing!

The worst Domino's I've ever experienced!! You order three pizzas, then an hour and a half later you think, "Oh, it's taking a long time, so I'll just call." And then they tell you on the phone that they're only just going in the oven! An hour and a half later, they're not in the oven!! The food didn't arrive until 2 hours and 15 minutes later!

We've been waiting an hour and a half for our food. Still haven't received anything. After an hour, we called and were told it would take another half hour because it was busy. It's now been at least another 45 minutes.

Recently, about two to three weeks ago, we wanted to place a large order at your restaurant on a Friday afternoon around 4:00 PM. We saw a young woman smoking on a scooter in front of the entrance. We walked in and waited for a few minutes. Because no one was there, my friend went outside to ask the woman, who we assumed was a staff member, if we could be helped. To our surprise, she responded in a very irritated and rude manner: "When I'm finished with my cigarette," while holding up her cigarette. When my friend explained that we were customers and couldn't wait indefinitely, the staff member became visibly angry. She walked in, red-faced, slammed the door, and disappeared into the kitchen. We felt completely unwelcome and decided to leave immediately. We are very disappointed that we were treated this way. Unfortunately, we will not be returning because of this. We find it unfortunate that your organization apparently hires employees with so little experience and customer service. For us this was a 0 service.

The food itself was good. The staff was really unfriendly, and the atmosphere and hygiene were far from ideal. I won't be back.

Food as you would expect from Domino's, only delivery is a crime in this branch, they come much too late or not at all without informing you

They literally keep forgetting my garlic sauce. It's been 45 minutes now and still no garlic sauce. If you order your shawarma pizza here, you can eat it cold, that's the bottom line. This is the fifth time in a row this has happened.

Always handy for a quick pizza night. The app works well, and orders are usually delivered on time. The pizza quality isn't always what you'd expect from Domino's: sometimes they put very few toppings on the pizza. Friendly delivery drivers, too. It's recommended to order in advance due to crowds.

Order placed around 18:30, 20:30 still not received! Unreachable by phone so finally drove there myself, food was not prepared and customers who came in were helped immediately. 21:15 we were sitting at the table to eat! If it is busy then I understand that, I did get apologies at the counter but soon noticed that it was an unorganized chaos. Our order was known but simply not made! Everyone did their own thing and I suspect the manager worked himself to death. You have to leave your phone number, why don't they call then I could have picked it up much earlier myself if necessary! Apart from the fact that we did pay for delivery.

Ordered 2.5 hours ago and still no pizzas. Dominos Ridderkerk is also not reachable by phone. Really scandalous!

Pick up is no problem, ready within 15 minutes

Bad service order. I order food And get it an hour late and my milkshake melted A gentleman who comes with the wrong vehicle and it literally came loose. Food cold. Weird service

How bad! Placed an order at half past six for delivery at seven o'clock, now ten past half past eight still nothing. Unreachable by phone 1 time they answered and told that they were on their way... then it took us another hour. I think it's really scandalous!

ordered two pizzas both with pepperoni. On one I chose extra pepperoni, which resulted in only five extra sausages. And this for 1.50. That means 30 cents per pepperoni. Missed opportunity. Edit: In the meantime, Domino's has contacted me and it has been neatly resolved.

Ordered Cinnasticks, after a neat half hour they arrived, without sugar. Called again, they came to exchange it, again without sugar. Called again, the operator tells me that they will be there in 5 minutes, now half an hour later AND THEY JUST FORGOT IT, drove there and say that the sugar is gone. REALLY WORTHLESS DOMINOS. If you could give 0 stars I would have done it

For the umpteenth time they can't deliver a complete order.. the delivery person knows how to weigh the food and asked to deliver the order whole and warm. 30 minutes later it was delivered again unfortunately it was the same pizza as half an hour earlier and was therefore cold! 34 degrees.. I wonder if there is a manager present in this business..

Never order here, I ordered a pizza at 6:10 am and called 3 times to find out where it was and whether it was ready, then they didn't arrive until 7:30 am, not normal for 2 pizzas!!! Really scandalous and every time, yes, in 20 minutes is it ready, but they mean it won't be ready for another half hour, they mean because it's so busy, they say it's really bizarre, no word for it!! Absurd that delivery has to wait so long. Been a customer for more than 10 years, but the service has really deteriorated in recent times. Your (ex) colleague Corne was always super fast with the delivery of our order. 1 sandwich on order, apparently takes more than an hour to deliver. I ordered a pizza at 5:46 PM. At 6:30 PM I called to see how long it would take, he said Mrs. is busy, etc. in 20 minutes. My husband drove there at 7 PM and it wasn't even in the oven yet. Yesterday I wanted to redeem my free points via the website for a free medium pizza. This did not work and a male employer had helped me by telephone on how to do this. Only because I had to look up the phone number to call Domino's Ridderkerk. If I had closed my order page I would have lost my order and points. I called back and the person I spoke to earlier was making a delivery and would call me back as soon as he got back. He also did this nicely and even solved the problem for me, in such a great way. I can honestly say that the customer service deserves a big 10 and I have never received such courteous service at Domino's in other places before. Thank you!!! It's a real shame I can't give more stars. Top customer service and by the way the pizza and milkshake were delicious!!!!! Thank you again for the service

Super tasty pizza and sandwich by Legend Corne and Mohammed. These guys deserve a raise and should be promoted and made boss. Mohammed and Corne should be given time off and 1200 euros for a nice holiday

Slechte service heb milkshake gehaald met slagroom, komt het zonder slagroom aan. Geen enkele probleem fouten kunnen gebeuren. Had gebeld en werd beloofd op een nieuw milkshake niks van gekomen en telefonisch niet meer opgenomen. Zonde!

Vandaag voor het eerst gegeten bij Domino's Pizza Ridderkerk. Lekker pizza half funghi en margarita, poffertjes en vanilla shake genomen. Mocht ik voor de volgende keer weer in Ridderkerk zijn dan zou ik weer bij collega/insider: Amy bestellen. Zij is echt klantvriendelijk, beleefd en grappig. Met vriendelijk groetjes AH bezorger!!

Heel wisselvallige kwaliteit. De ene keer prima te doen, de andere keer steenkoud.

Bestelling verkeerd begrepen. Pizza deze keer niet best.

Super druk door de € 3,99 aanbieding. Er werd echt super hard gewerkt. De verdeling van de vulling van de pizza's was slecht. Alle ingrediënten zaten in het midden en het was nogal karig belegd.

kleine vestiging van deze keten, ze maken de pizza,s net als in iedere vestiging, dus de smaak is acceptabel. wat betreft de vriendelijkheid van het personeel is het hier sterk afhankelijk van wie je hebt. de prijzen van de producten zijn redelijk, voor de snelle trek is het een prima oplossing.parkeren is regelmatig een probleem.

Lekkere pizza, bezorger was iets te laat maar vriendelijk. Top 👍🏻

Slechte service en verouderd ruimte

Pizza is van goede kwaliteit, maar bij bezorging moet je niet raar opkijken als het gerust anderhalf uur duurt. Bezorgtijden zullen per filiaal verschillen, maar anderhalf uur op z'n minst vind ik niet kunnen.

Erg lekker en met in smaak mogen ontvangen

Goede parkeergelegenheid, de pizza's zijn wat je kan verwachten van een Domino's.

Prima plek om snel een heerlijke pizza op te halen

Erg kindvriendelijk en aardig ze geven de kinderen weleens een koekje terwijl ze op de pizza wachten, en dat vinden ze natuurlijk hellemaal geweldig top dus👍
