I think this pizzeria does a terrible job. The pizza often arrives burnt, and the quality is consistently disappointing. This time, I even paid for delivery and still had to go back to the store just to show the manager how burnt the pizza was. Completely unprofessional service. My advice is: don’t waste your time or money on this plans

Ordering through the app is difficult or impossible. But then you come to pick it up, and cash payment isn't accepted. So, that's the last time I went to Domino's.

I've been coming to this place for a few years now. You can order a €5 pizza at the counter. The pizzas here are always well-topped. Service is always on time.

I just ordered a pizza without bacon, it came with bacon, that can happen, I called politely to ask for a new one, the answer from the manager was don't pay me what you do with the pizza but I won't give a new one I really don't think that's normal and unacceptable!!

We order pizza every Sunday, we always select spring onions, but for four weeks they have not been able to put them on both pizzas, now today it has become too much for me. We politely return and indicate that the spring onions are missing on a pizza, the employee says that these are gone and are being removed from the range.

The pizza was brought black, the ingredients were on the box not on the pizza, I told them to take it back, they refused, I said consumer law was broken and they have to take the pizza back because that is the law, they said they would not give me anything back and we hung up. Worst treatment of a customer, this will go on into the world, tic tok, instagram and so on

I do not recommend it, I ordered two pizzas that were supposed to be delivered to the address, the pizzas did not arrive, the money was taken from the corner. When I went to the place today, I explained the situation, the pizzeria manager didn't see the problem, he was very rude and unpleasant, I will never order from Dominos again, a bunch of suckers and moles.

The pizza was not delivered, the application still says that the money is being prepared, there is no order, it was ordered yesterday and the place explains that no one picked it up. The service in the place is not nice, I recommend avoiding it and not ordering 👎🏿 Bunch of thieves

the order has not been delivered. When I arrived the next day the money was not refunded. I asked for my pizza back and didn't get it either. As I always ordered, now I will never order again. Dominos made my 40 euros, but lost 2 customers.

Had my very first Domino's experience tonight and it was excellent. Order placed by telephone. The employee was friendly, patient and polite (very important!) and the food was delivered within the agreed time of 30 minutes by a polite delivery person (great!). The food was delicious, I enjoyed it! especially the chocolate lava cake, which was delicious (if you're feeling down, then you have to order that cake!) Thanks Domino's, I'm very satisfied.

I ordered a pizza and i live 5 minutes far from the dominos. They bring after 1 hour and the pizza was cold . The guy who bringed the pizza dont even say Sorry for the late

Have ordered from Domino's Roosendaal before but this time really disappointed. I understand that it is busy on a Sunday, but I literally stood there for 20 minutes looking at my pizza being ready. Unfortunately, the 6 delivery people who were standing around chatting didn't bother to take a look... now they received a lukewarm pizza. Next time I'll go to another domino's

Wrong pizza and when you call to indicate this, you are told in an unfriendly manner what is your problem, no good evening, nothing, Metten attacks while you politely indicate to everyone that something has gone wrong, which is a shame.

The pizza was NOT DELIVERED! The manager was extremely rude. This is outragous. We are long time costumers and this is a new. When asked will we get a gratis because they are late the manager said he wont give anything because the delivery was already delivered ( it was not ) Very rude and unpleasnt dared to say we are talking for 6 min which he could take to make me new pizzas. This is the last time we ever ordered at dominos. The manager when asked for his name ( because I wanted to send a complaint about him)refused to give it. This kind of customer support and reaction is unacceptable. Now we are waiting for our delivery and not even sure will we recevie it. I didn't know that is how you treat long time customers. Update: 2 months have passed and we have recevied not a single response at all. Shameful. We guess they don't care. We also don't any more :)

What a bad company. If you come and get some pizzas, you cannot pay because this club does not accept cash. Only payment via digital PIN is possible and there is no other choice. As far as I'm concerned, the company can burn down.

Normally a great place, but unfortunately this time it came with a Pulled Beef pizza, without the pulled beef. So actually forgot the main ingredient... A bit of a shame, but probably better next time.

It was okay...I just saw frozen pizzas that looked a bit different...the cheeseburger pizza also tasted better in the past than it does now, which was a bit of a shame...but it was still a tasty meal.

It's bad that they don't deliver in Rucphen while you see scooters from Dominos driving around here, very strange if you ask me, do something about Dominos here! Small places deliver here from Oudenbosch Roosendaal Etten-Leur and a large chain like Dominos does not!

Good and not expensive pizza for the Netherlands 🍕. Every now and then there are promotions. A small minus is that they don't have tables. There are usually a few chairs where you can sit to eat (Arnhem, Velp) but, for example, in Roosendaal on Brugstraat there is no place for this at all. It's best to take Domino's to go :).

2 out of 3 pizzas were just wrong. New York Pizza is much better and tastier.

The online order is brilliant and the tracking technique of your order preparing levels is great the pizza was delivered within the estimated time and the pizza quality and taste was good.

The pizzas are good. It is recommended to pick up. But it is often very busy and there is not much space inside, so you may have to wait outside in the cold or be pressed against the front door. There are also no seats to eat the pizza. A few standing places, but you can't really eat decent food. Especially when it's so busy again.

It's scandalous how they treat their staff, working more hours than stated on the schedule but not getting paid

Order a pizza at 10:40 for 12:45... At 10:45 I receive a confirmation... The pizza will not arrive until 1:15 PM. And you are dismissed with "you should have mentioned that you are on break"
