I ordered pizza and over 2 hours later nothing came. I already payed for it and they didnt even respond to my calls. It just never came. And then they closed. Later they showed in the app that it was delivered. Absolute circus there.

What a disappointment at Domino's. I order a pizza and expect – as always – that it will come with garlic sauce. When I open the box, there is NO garlic sauce. I immediately walk back and politely ask if I can buy one more garlic sauce. The young man behind the counter says casually: "We are closed." Serious? You are just completing my order, but you can no longer sell a jar of sauce? It's bizarre how little customer friendliness there is. I can't eat a pizza without garlic sauce. I have been ordering for takeout or delivery since the opening of this Domino's. Once in all these years something has gone wrong, but the quality of the pizzas and sides are really great. Employees and delivery people polite and friendly. When I come to pick up I'm always hard at work. In my opinion one of the few restaurants that remain stable in quality🫶🏼

Two pizzas for the price of one. Both pizzas, both the tonno and BBQ mix, were inedible. How can you call these pizzas? And what kind of diarrhea garlic Wuhan sauce do you sell? That sauce is a disgusting, watery mess, damn it, lost my money... never again...

Terrible Service, poor management

Upon entering, there was immediately an oppressive, grim atmosphere in the air. The eyes of the staff – especially the manager's – pierced through us, as if we were not welcome. This manager seemed to completely lack any understanding of customer service and respect. Her attitude was not only icy, but bordered on pure hostility. I simply came here to pick up my pizza, which had already been ordered an hour ago. But instead of my order I was served a bitter portion of insults. Without any reason, this so-called 'manager' felt it necessary to insult me ​​in an embarrassing manner. I won't repeat the exact word here, but it starts with a k and ends with anchor. This experience left a deeply uncomfortable aftertaste – never before have I experienced such a glaring lack of professional behavior and respect.

We ordered pizzas to pick up. When we went to pick up the pizzas, we were arrogantly told that we had to wait. When we had already waited an hour, we were told that the order had not been received. We showed our order and statement over the telephone, but these were denied. When we asked for the manager we were looked at and later even scolded. This may be the craziest thing we have ever experienced in terms of service. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!!!!

I have been ordering my pizza here on Wednesdays and Sundays for months now, very satisfied. After moving a little less regularly at this branch, today after exercising we were able to order again together and really 10/10 outdid themselves again! Delicious pizza and by far the best dominos in the Netherlands so far. Nowadays I order by telephone, so unfortunately I no longer have app reviews, but this one was so delicious that I had to pass it on. She makes Kralingen the best! Compliments to the team for making my Wednesday evening with this excellent pizza :)

I came and placed my order, where I was told it would take 11 minutes. However, I have now been waiting for 35 minutes, while the employees are chatting the whole time.

Worst experience ever. Rudest lady on counter. Not only to us but another customer. When I called her on her impoliteness she told me to take my noise elsewhere. This is not customer service. Please train your employees to work with respect towards people!!

Employees on their phones and talking all the time instead of making pizzas. No one was working at all and I had to stay for more than an hour to get my order.

Ordered around 10pm on March 27. I received a message that he would be there at 10:33 PM, because the system suddenly showed that it had only been received, so I called them (also due to the closing time at 10:30 PM). I have never been treated so poorly over the phone. A female employee answered and I calmly asked my question, but was immediately interrupted with the question of my address. I then asked what time the delivery person would be there, and all I got was ''he's on his way'' and the phone was thrown down. The rest of the food was fine, only the thick shake was not exactly iced coffee flavor but rather creamer that had been in the freezer so that it had a shakey consistency. I will not order from here again, but would rather choose another domino's. It might be useful for Domino's to use mystery guests so that they can experience for themselves how 'good' the service is.

Dominos pizza tastes good as always. Also there are a lot of discounts if you use the app. The store is a bit small, so it is sometimes hard to find a seat to dine in. Takeout is easy as they serve the pizza in a box. Also the store could use some decorations. I think the ordering screen should not be literally in the middle of the store, put it next to a wall?

Haven't visited the place but the delivery is always fast and the pizzas is always delicious.

I ordered a large margarita and it was dry when it got delivered and there was a fly inside of one of the pizza slices honestly one of the worst pizza experiences I ever had!

My buddy always orders from this Dominos everytime a big football match is occuring. He always gets delivery too so I am not sure how the place looks but the food here is always really solid. We have gotten pizza like Steak and Onion, Chicken, Tomato and Peppers, plain Cheese Pizza, Pepperoni Pizza, Jalapeno Steak pizza, fries, chicken tenders and chocolate cake. Solid place for pizza and will continue ordering from here.

Nooit fan geweest van Domino's, maar nu naar mijn mening lekkere pizza's! Het is wel echt een afhaal zaak.

Pizza's zijn absoluut lekker. Vooral als ze net uit de oven komen. Ik raad dus ook aan een pizza te verdelen onder gezelschap en snel op te peuzelen. Mijn favoriet is de keus groente / minder mozerella / of met kip. Je kunt als je online bestelt de bestelling volgen op een rechtstreekse tracker. ik had geen idee dat je ook kunt meekijken op het scherm aan je rechterhand in de zaak. Het was tijdens piekuren van de stuntweek op afgelopen zondag stervensdruk, de arme medewerker heeft zich uit de naad gewerkt die verdient een compliment. De pizza's zijn alleen wel een beetje prijzig, maak gebruik van aanbiedingen dan is het best te betalen.

Gewoon domino's op zn tijd heb je r gewoon trek in... Meatlovers pulled beef voor de verandering genomen.. normaal ben ik van o.a. de bbq pizza.. Maar over de pulled beef.. nie slecht maar ik denk door de creme fraiche is de bodem extra slap en nattig.. de bodem wordt r nie echt lekkerder op...Maar verder is de smaakcombinatie nie slecht... Maar over het algemeen super blij met mn pizza s ... de medewerkers zijn ook vriendelijk..

Personeel is vriendelijk. Pizza was snel klaar.

De pizza is wel lekker dat zelfs Gordon Ramsay zou accepteren. En de mensen van de transport zijn echte strijders. Ze fietsen alsof ze doping hebben gebruikt. Ik zag laatst eentje gewoon een AMG inhalen.

Niets op het eten en de service aan te merken. Wel jammer dat hier alleen maar met de pinpas betaald kan worden.

Je kunt alleen per pin betalen en het is uiterst vervelend als je daar niet op voorbereidt bent!

Pizza’s zijn lekker, maar de mensen die daar werken man.. Iedere keer dat ik langs kom lijkt het gewoon een apenkooi. Werknemers rennen, dansen en roepen. Management heeft wel wat verbetering nodig.

Place is okayish. They don't even giv free wifi though.

Een rustige filiaal waar je sneller wordt geholpen met zelf afhalen dan dat er wordt bezorgd. Dus goedkoper voor je portemonnee

Delicious and cheap pizza! Ordered "Veggie" for 5€° and was surprised with the quality. The customers are able to see how their pizza is made, and you can track from the display how long it takes for the pizza to finish and what stage it is in. The service was also great!
