Domino's Pizza Sittard in Wijk 01 Sittard

Almost €20 for a 25cm pizza, extremely unusual if you ask me. At the Italian restaurant, I get a large pizza with plenty of toppings for less than €12 (35cm). I'll never order from here again; the quality is poor 80% of the time, and you easily spend €50-60 for two people. No way, ever again.

Ordered a milkshake and they told me it would be ready in 2 minutes. Had me waiting for 15 minutes while it was ready the moment I asked them for it. Unbelievable.

Why do you always forget my sauce?

It's a great Domino's. The quality and prices are what you're used to, and they're just right for the price. The service was friendly, and the pickup went smoothly. Parking isn't really possible... but the station's drop-off and drop-off is right across the street, so yeah. Having a table inside is also nice, and not standard at Domino's.

I've been here for 14 years, I know what I've heard and I won't change my mind, but thank you, I just found out how much you value us here, I'm saying goodbye

Great customer service! I had a problem with an online order, but thanks to Jesse, who was fully committed and acted very professionally, my problem was resolved within minutes. Jesse personally prepared my order, despite technical problems in the system. A very friendly and helpful man. I absolutely recommend this pizzeria - completely satisfied with both the service and the quality of the food!

Super nice employee behind the counter and delicious food. As I have come to expect from Domino's, the food was delicious and the price-quality ratio was also good. Tried the new Meltz, they were super crispy and the cheese was melted well, so good in fact that I burned my lip :'( (I don't blame the staff for that of course) Also tried the loaded fries frikan'dutchman fries were delicious and more than enough sauce, they had no more blades so I got two forks and the employee already cut it, that's really customer service! And the thickshake, which was delicious as usual! Definitely recommended and I will definitely come back :)

About the last few months it's a bit 50/50. Received a cold pizza a few times (by the way, they offered me a new one or money back). But the last few orders were fine. Warm and delivery always on time.

Took a long time to get my pizza There was something about pizza gone wrong but it kept customers waiting unnecessarily which led to even more mistakes I had to throw away my pizzas because they had spicy sauce on them that did not belong on this choice. I was able to pick up another one the following evening, but it was not possible to pick it up locally. And no, I am not going to drive 25km (one way) for a correction that I can also get 6km away in another branch. From now on, go to Heerlen or Geleen alone

1 of 3 pizzas was good. We paid full price for pizzas and couple that came after us fighted with waitress for a price in advertise (it should be 5.99). Wouldn’t recommend

Ordered a pizza that was not delivered due to a "system error", the delivery person drove back to the restaurant after delivering another pizza, called and indicated this, it was suggested to still deliver the pizza, I rejected this and there would be a fresh pizza being made. A little later the delivery person arrives with a pizza that is clearly not fresh (I live nearby) and the same receipt is still in the box. Called again from the same employee who suddenly forgot his name and did not want to say who he was. Contact with a manager was also not possible. A lot of excuses and insults on my part and no excuses. Lousy customer service from a coward who doesn't want to take any responsibility and is too lazy to bake a new pizza.

The food is fine, but often something is missing from the order. I just received no sauce again, even though I had even asked the delivery person if it was included. "This one is in the box", well not. I don't want to make a fuss about 1 euro, but this quickly adds up if it keeps happening.

Pizzas are delicious, delivery people do their best. When I go to get my pizzas myself, you can see that they work hard there. Toppers!

What a ball tent this is. I think there are people working there who have just received two brain cells. The manager doesn't take you seriously at all, was shocked that he was eating my food, what a sight. They won't see me here again. The gentlemen have black edges under their nails that scare you, damn it. Think again before ordering here, if the Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority came here the tent would be closed.

I was seriously taken by surprise by both the quality and service provided here at this Domino's. The pizza was excellent and prepared fast at more than acceptable prices. Also located a stone's throw away from the bus and train stations. Certainly would recommend if passing through.

Very terrible service. And their staff don’t do well with criticisms, rather than pay attention to the reason of the complaint, they justify the low quality and then cut the call on you for complaining. For me when l explained how what l ordered wasn’t what l got and told him l didn’t want to take it, he dropped the pizza on the floor and drove off. And then after l called to speak to someone else at the office, the same guy kept dropping the call on me. This is actually my first time complaining and l don’t think l will ever order from them again. And btw the pizza l ordered was just as terrible as the service I got from the staff.

Pizza quality has become different, super salty and tasteless. But fast service... I think... Yeah, it's just 'fast food'. I think the prices could also be a lot cheaper.

Twice I received my pizza super late. Also completely cold and such. I was super disappointed and quite angry. Then later I got a call from some manager. He wasn't happy, but neither was I so that's okay I guess. And then fortunately he resolved it nicely. So from 1 star to 4 stars for these guys. Happy with the service. And now I hope it goes well next time. Otherwise the stars will go down again.

Actually never had a bad pizza, always good. However, the price is much, much too high. This prevents us from ordering more often.

Pizzas are ok, but seriously overpriced. In the picture it looks like a well-topped pizza, in reality a base with a little sauce and even less toppings. For the same price you get a TOP pizza at any "real" pizzeria.

The large pizza looked like a mini pizza and was black

Pizza was very disappointing. We ordered and when we got home we only saw that the Hawaii pizza was burnt black on the top. Even the pieces of ham that were on it all had a burnt edge which really didn't improve the taste. I'll take Domino pizza with me for now. Sorry

A nice domino near the station! For the rest there is nothing to eat in Sittard. If you don't feel like pizza, the AH XL is nearby. For the rest, you don't have to bother finding something to eat in Sittard!

Advantage: delicious for dinner and good portions. Disadvantage: for example, I order a pizza With salami, cheese, pepper and ham. Then they sometimes accidentally replace pepper mushrooms. So I think they can improve on that.

Every now and then you get a pizza that's not up to par because of too little sauce or cheese but aside from that they are fantastic. My kids love them.

Order something every now and then and it will always be delivered neatly and on time (or picked up in excellent quality). Prices have become a lot higher.

Recently I put together a pizza via the Domino's App and grabbed something tasty with it (cinnastix, very sweet but very tasty!). Very nice to see the progress of your order, you can see exactly when your pizza goes into the oven and when it comes out. As always, the pizzas are very good at Domino's, everything neatly prepared and the staff very nice. The prices are also reasonable.

There is such a thing that is TOO greasy pizza + too expensive for the quality and size you get

Never again. Something regularly went wrong when making adjustments to the standard pizza. Were there things that I had left out or were there things missing that I had added? Last time pizzas were tasteless: as if no salt had been added.

If you like dough pizza, you should order a pizza here. Sad pizza toppings... no more dominoes for me

The pizza's fine, it's a bit too doughy to my personal taste.

The door opens easily so you can just wait for pizza in the draft. The screen showing how long you have to wait was turned off both times. Still, the cheerful atmosphere in the kitchen, the fast processing and the delicious pizza at home or on location ultimately makes it more than good.

Not that friendly in service, pizza is as you would expect

Honestly, I'm always up for a Dominos pizza binge-wise. When we were still young, ahem, the 45cm (?) Meatlover with BBQ sauce was a welcome guest. I also secretly have a soft spot for the Italian style pan base. But how ridiculously the price has skyrocketed in Sittard. Since I don't go there that often, and had a four-year gap without dominos behind me, I almost had a heart attack when the price doubled - and that was before I had even swallowed such a Disk of Arteriosclerosis and Cholesterol. Pity. It remains junk food, junk for your body, so don't ask more for it than it is worth in principle.

I've been ordering from Domino's Sittard for a long time now, but lately it's just been shit guys. Suddenly you can't order anything anymore if you don't order pizza with it, I never order pizza but oh well. Then my salad has already been opened 3 times in a row? 10 minutes before closing time they still make a new pizza because something went wrong digitally with the ingredients.

Not a very clean place / non hygienic.

The pizzas are tasty and nothing wrong with them, but the staff could still use some improvement. The staff in the shop is usually very reserved and not very nice and the attendants always arrive too early, which is very annoying if you want to have dinner during your break. So it can definitely be better.

So this is just a bunch of shit, what a mess it is there in Sittard, the Inspection Service of Goods is not allowed to take a look there, or yes, it is called differently now, but Controlle certainly seems to me to be a high point, I won't say anything else, that's what the people from the Inspection Service have to say.
