Poor time management. Very customer unfriendly service via phone. (Dominos Veldhoven). Won’t order here again

The pizzas were delivered way too late and were stone cold! This didn't exactly improve the taste! Such a shame!

Today I ordered a gluten-free tuna pizza for the first time. They come from the freezer and are very small. They are not cut and they are very sparsely topped. Very unfortunate. Not really worth repeating, although they are tasty.

Always something with Domino's, have often gotten sick from their pizzas.

Just got a pizza Hawaii delivered completely burnt, omg how dare you deliver something like that really bad this Dominos in Veldhoven! What a nonsense story then I will buy another oven was completely burnt and then you come with a 6 min story yes yes talk yourself out of it balls tent!

Good food, but all Domino places need serious cleaning in Eindhoven and Veldhoven. Sofa and chairs are generally very dirty.

Regular customers of course sometimes have their pizza delivered a little later or upside down, but this really beats everything, which is bad advertising when you call for 1 hour and 40 minutes where your food stays and they continuously hang up, after which you are then called by a 06 number to hang up every time.!??? To then get a delivery man at the door after almost 2 hours who throws all kinds of words on camera such as k*nker to indicate to the business that he is at that c*cker's door. Ridiculous. Never order again, but unfortunately it won't make much difference. Dominos Netherlands should take this up.

I don't recommend it. I ordered twice. The first time I ordered two 1L Coca-Colas and I received two small Coca-Colas in a can. The second time I ordered pizzas, they weren't bad in themselves, but the delivery was a disaster. The lady left the food next door on the ground and called to inform me that the food was outside 🤦‍♀️ when I went out to check, it turned out that it had been delivered to the neighbor's house. It was a disaster. I don't recommend it

I ordered from them twice online on Uber eats and the delivery was fine. Pizza was a bit cold when received though but in general liked it. Tried the pizza boxes with fries and chicken nuggets on the side and it was nice.

Well shrinkflation is real with dominoes. Pizzas are no longer as big as before, and now I ordered a shawarma pizza, where I only received dough with shawarma sauce. It's starting to get a bit crazy.

Unfortunately not a good experience with ordering Dominos. Ordered food at 6:28 PM, delivered 8:03 PM. Called twice to find out where the food was, but only got back: 'It's very busy'. Once delivered, food cold.. Perhaps Dominos can ensure that when it is too busy, it simply cannot be ordered anymore. In any case, the customer & staff know where they stand.

It looks good on the inside but the food took so long and we had to pay 3 times because the self service machine didn't work

I have ordered a thin crust pizza, but the taste was very bad.

Forgot half of the order. Then they compensate for that with something extra, which they then forget. Felt a bit like baiting unfortunately. So, no good service from this branch this time.

Everything the delivery people do right, the store staff does wrong. Filthy store, dirty work clothes, staff swearing at each other with well-known illnesses. This branch has a serious problem if an inspection ever takes place. What a joke of a thing.

Only takeaway, no atmosphere because everyone comes in to pick up. No tables occupied with diners. Pizza fine and tasty. Pre-cutting could be a little better so that eating can be done without extra cutlery. Super fast service 15 minutes between ordering and collection. Top!. Great price with 50% discount

Canceled my order. It's been two months, and I still haven't received my refund. Bunch of scammers, beware. Called three times. They have no idea why the order in their system shows cancelled, but the refund is not processed. I would have expected a lot better from a multinational restaurant chain.

The worst service ever, nothing about my order was correct . I asked for the hot spicy pizza without paprika and onions, and I got a pizza with paprika but without jalapeños.. the pizza took the 25 min to make even though the place was empty . I would never go back.

So it took around 1 hour and 20 minute to arrive. After like 50 we called and they say ok we have them here and we had to wait even more to actually get them. The woman was saying yeah we have the pizzas here ..and zero explanation or how much time would take to arrive, kinda rude

Since 2023 they have moved to a new building (a few doors away). That's a big improvement. Furthermore, it remains recognizable and the service is as we have come to expect from Domino's.

Food is okay and service is good .

No monitor to check your pizza progress on the shop how long they will take. You will get opgeroepen worden they say but there is no information on how long it takes. The absolute one star from me is that they use the same pizza cutter for every pizza they make!!! So it doesn’t matter whether you order fish vegetarian or beef or pork or chicken, you will get them all. Kruisbesmetting! They don’t even clean the pizza cutter before cutting each pizza! Be aware. I even told them to not cut my pizza because I saw this. But they seem to forget and still cut it.

What do you mean assess? Maybe I parked nearby and Google thinks I went to Domino's again. As with all fast food and pizza chains, I am quite adamant: I would rather go home and/or to bed on an empty stomach than spend even 1 euro on these companies. Reason why; Everything you buy, prepare and eat yourself with a little knowledge of products is by definition better and healthier.

2 of the 3 pizzas delivered, counting, would be fine, but not. I have been trying to get my money back for 4 weeks now. Impossible!

Pizza's laten bezorgen. En echt helemaal niks op aan te merken. Pizza's smaken ook bijzonder goed. De loaded fries zag er uit alsof ermee gevoetbald was...niet echt aantrekkelijk dus. Was ook koud. En koude patatjes zijn niet lekker. Wij houden gewoon bij de pizza's.

Pizza’s zijn altijd wel lekker (natuurlijk kan het niet bovenop een gewone Italiaanse pizza die je in een restaurant krijgt). Regelmatig als de pizza’s bezorgd worden zijn ze niet meer warm. Dat is wel jammer. Personeel is prima. Voor te zitten bij Domino’s ziet het er leuk uit. Het is een grote verbetering ten op zichtte van wat ze eerst hadden.

They have an AWESOME asml discount, and the pizza is great. I won't share the details in here though, because I don't want to make non-ASML people jealous. However, there's something serious missing in there. Domino's, it 2023. WHERE ARE YOUR VEGETABLE PIZZA BASES? Some people are on the verge of diabetic, and can only handle so much dough.

I used to work here (delivery) and despite the food being amazing, the delivery personnel is pretty hit or miss, with some of them being exemplary units and some not so much.

Heel frappant dat dit filiaal vrijwel nooit mee doet met landelijke Domino acties. En de kortingen die ze dan wel geven zijn zo karig dat je net zo goed bij de concurrent kan bestellen die om de hoek zit. Wel snel en correcte bezorging. De pizza's zijn heerlijk.

Hier een frikandel pizza en een kip döner pizza besteld met 2 blikjes drinken. Zou 20 euro moeten kosten wat al een prima prijs is maar hebben maar 13 euro hoeven af te rekenen dus dat was een foutje waar we geen probleem mee hebben. Wel zijn er geen zitplekken in of rond de winkel dus prima om af te halen of te laten bezorgen maar dat is het dan ook wel. Vriendelijk personeel

Slechte website kon niets online bestellen. Wat betreft de pizza nou daar was ik nou ook niet weg van.
