Domino's Pizza Voorschoten in Wijk 00

Despite the low score, let me start with a positive point. The delivery was always just good; by that I mean on time and friendly. The reason it only gets 1 star is because with my last 3 orders, I received pizzas that were only half-topped at most. As can be seen in the first photo, with the small pizzas there were slices where only one bite was actually topped. This one was clearly less than half topped. The 2nd photo is of a 40cm pizza, which was slightly less bad. About the inner 30cm of this one was topped. I calculated this: a 40cm pizza has a surface area of approximately 1257cm². If there is an average edge of 5 cm, then you are missing 5cm on both sides, so only 30cm is topped. The surface area of this is approximately 707cm². Half of 1257cm² is 628.5cm². So that 707cm² is just slightly more than half. Everyone has to learn, so I didn't do anything about it the first time. The second time, I took photos and sent them what the problem was. Nothing was done about it. The third time, I took photos again and contacted them once more, also without any result. I also contacted headquarters, who in turn contacted this branch, but no result came until a week later. Much too late in my opinion, because by then we were about 3 weeks past the point where I first contacted them. I didn't follow up on this; the opportunity had already been lost. Because of this, I just gave up and happily switched to New York Pizza. Too bad for Domino's, because I ordered quite a lot. Update: After nearly 2 years, I tried again anyway, and it is going well now. That is why I am going back to 2 stars. If it goes wrong one more time, I'm done for the time being. Even though it is going well again, I am ordering much less. The confidence that everything is fine is gone, so ordering is just less easy. Certainly good for the wallet, because in 2023 we ordered for more than €1,500 between the two of us.

I usually order from Domino’s Leidschendam, and the pizzas there are always well-topped, soft, and of consistent quality. That is why my order at Domino’s Voorschoten was such a disappointment. We ordered two pizzas, and unfortunately, they were both the same: very thin, dry, and with a hard crust. There was a wide, barely topped edge around them, meaning a large part of the pizza had very few toppings. For the price you pay, you expect a pizza with more toppings. Additionally, both my girlfriend and I found the pizzas to be very bland. They seemed barely seasoned and were therefore virtually tasteless. This wasn't just a matter of one pizza being disappointing; both pizzas had the same problems. For the same price, I get a much better topped, softer, and more flavorful pizza at Domino’s Leidschendam. That is why this order was particularly disappointing. Based on this experience, I would rather order somewhere else next time or go back to the branch in Leidschendam.

Always delicious. Ordered via app. Punctual.

Fast delivery and, of course, super yummy pizzas.

On December 31st I ordered 2 pizzas and a large Ben & Jerry's. The pizzas were delivered, the Ben & Jerry's were not delivered because there was something wrong with the cooling. I did pay for them, the amount was supposed to be refunded, which of course has not been done to date. Domino's are scammers and therefore also commit theft and from what I read here I am not the only one who has been robbed by Domino's and they have probably turned it into a source of income because the amounts are not refunded, so it is theft.

Delicious pizzas, especially the pepperoni pan pizza was sublime

I ordered two pizzas, something else, and two sodas. The delivery driver arrived, but instead of two sodas, he only had one... Well, I expressed my displeasure on the website. Immediately afterward, they called me on my cell phone to ask if it was true that I'd only received one. That was correct, yes, but the delivery driver is on his way to deliver your soda after all! Now, that's what I call top-notch service!

A Detroit Pan Peperoni is filled with pepperoni. Come on, people. The price is €18 for a slightly thicker, but smaller pizza. If you're going to do a Detroit pan, top it with pepperoni. It's sparsely topped with the small pepperoni.

I would like to thank the guys/girls from Domino's in Voorschoten for the top service. I placed an order last Sunday and apparently entered the wrong house number (I don't think I paid close attention). After contacting the branch because my order didn't arrive, the friendly guy on the phone simply took my order again and it would be delivered again. No problem, no extra costs! Top service, thank you very much 😊

Why is he riding in the bike path, and speeding? Does he even have a driver's license? Why doesn't he know? Isn't riding against the direction of traffic?!? Look at the photo of him riding, and which direction. And really, yellow license plates should be on the street, not speeding on the bike path!?! Drivers with licenses aren't following the law. Who should?!? That's dangerous for cyclists on the bike path!!!

Still a nice place on a regular basis to get something tasty that is very wrong but also very tasty.

Delicious pizza. Well-baked and generously topped. Delivery was on time and hot. Dine-in is not available.

I usually love Cinnastix and order it regularly. But oh, how awful this one was today. The top looked the same as always. But when I picked it up, I already thought it felt strange. Even more so when I tasted it. I tried a bit more, but it remained the same. The rest ended up in the trash. Very strange. If this happens again next time, I know we won't need to order this again.

I thought it was nice that the two young men got along well together. They were also very polite. The case itself wasn't all that great. The offer was no longer valid.

Snotty nose with a stinky breath delivered the pizza after 2 hours, which was cold and smelled like a wet dog

Always good and pleasant people. Thank you for the delicious pizzas 🍕

Always good hot pizzas, until yesterday. Pizzas were cooled too much. Shame

I recently ordered here and I had a few discount codes for free Cinnastix and other coupons, it went wrong 3 times on the phone with the order because the system crashed, I didn't mind because I was in no hurry, then it was at my door. and I still had to pay the full price, the manager was called and a few euros had been taken, but not as much as was actually supposed to be, so I still paid the main price, the food was tasty

every time I eat there I have a stomach problems , and some people vomit...

Ordered 2 pizzas, Pizza Shawarma (Delicious) and a Caprese pizza. The Caprese pizza was really super tasty, it is also suitable for vegetarians, highly recommended!!!🍕🍕

You can clearly notice that the staff has been trained extra well lately. I think this is due to a manager change, what a service! Worth a big 5 stars

9 times out of 10 (provided it's on a Monday or something) the pizzas are always late. Calling doesn't help, you'll get some uninterested teenager on the line. Ordered at 7:00 PM, it is now 7:20 PM

How bad this is. More for the first time. Junk for 40 euros. Fat soft yuck. Everything thrown away

Great pizzas and fast delivery!

Beste medewerker (Sam) Domino's pizza Voorschoten.

Good food, quick, and great people

Lekkere pizza's. Vriendelijk personeel

Heerlijk, altijd vriendelijke bediening.

Fast service, excelent pizza's.

Snelle en vriendelijke service!

Prima pizza's. Hou de aanbiedingen in de gaten.

Vriendelijk personeel, prima pizza

Goeie service, pizza's middelmatig.
