Ordered a Kapsalon; to my surprise, the meat is super tasty, and the sambal and garlic are spot on. Nice gentleman, enjoyed it. Worth repeating!

Ordered via Thuisbezorgd, took an hour and a half, and just as I was about to call, they arrived. A ball of aluminum foil filled with kapsalon. Some meat, salad, and some fries. Soggy, stuffed, and lacking in flavor.

I used to order here after a night out, but it would arrive 1.5 hours late, or sometimes two hours. So I thought, let me just go to the place in person for a change. And then taste it, but I swear I have never had such a disgusting kapsalon. The döner kebab was a 5, but that kapsalon a solid 1, inedible!! The fries are soggy and the döner has no taste; it looks like the tomatoes have been sitting there for three weeks, yuck.

I ordered food through the official website, delivery was free, and the food was delicious – the best Capslon dish in town!

After waiting for well over an hour and a half, our order was finally delivered via Thuisbezorgd.nl, but the food was completely cold. Therefore, we refused the order. The delivery driver subsequently contacted Döner City Zwijndrecht by phone, and it was confirmed that a refund would be arranged. Naturally, this did not happen. This snack bar hardly answers the phone, and when you finally do speak to someone, you mostly get empty promises that are not kept. Even when we went there in person, we were fobbed off with the same promises again. We had to put in a lot of effort, but it has now been resolved to our satisfaction.

I recently placed an order at Doner City and it was a truly terrible experience. Instead of a cheeseburger, I received a Turkish bun with a few pieces of döner inside. But the worst part was that there was a piece of rubber in my dürüm. This can be life-threatening if someone swallows it, and for me, it says enough about the hygiene and way of working. I immediately informed the restaurant about this. I was told it would be resolved, but after contacting them again twice, you simply don't get a response back. Very poor service, unprofessional communication, and an unhygienic experience. A legal complaint will be filed regarding this.

Ordered pasta bolognese and received pasta with doner. The delivery driver couldn't find the address; after many minutes, I finally accepted the food somewhere along the road. Called back to report that I hadn't received what I ordered, but they didn't answer the phone. First and last time!! Terrible service!

Ordered a kapsalon from Döner City again today and had it delivered. Friendly and polite delivery driver. The kapsalon was delicious 👍 and I hope they will be able to make it just as tasty next time.

My boyfriend and I ordered via Uber Eats and paid with Uber Cash. The delivery driver said that payment was still due, and when he called the store, we got a very irritated guy on the line. He didn't try to find a solution at all, and the man also needs a lesson in listening, as he wanted us to pay double. Subsequently, we provided proof and called back, only to be told by this man that he would come by himself, after we said that we were simply filing a complaint because this is unacceptable. What a weak man working there, because we most likely would have resolved this if they had been able to communicate properly!

I order from here often, but it's really gone downhill. Last time, the fries were raw in the kapsalon, and I thought, "That happens," and now the fries are back in the container, raw, and the bun is completely black on the bottom. Sadly, I'll never eat it again!

I waited an hour and a half for my food. The delivery driver didn't have any change, so he gave me €1.50 when I was supposed to get more back. Then the food was cold. I called them, and they said it came straight from the oven. Next time, you should just mark your order as cold and get a little extra. Home delivery doesn't do anything either, since I paid cash, so they still haven't resolved the issue.

Turkish pizza with chicken doner was literally a supermarket wrap from Lidl, I think, just like the Capri Sun packets and the Turkish pizza with salad, but a regular Turkish pizza wrap with ground meat. I've ordered it often, but the quality never varies consistently, sometimes it's bad, like this time. Delivery was nice and fast, too bad it was so bad, otherwise the delivery person would have gotten a tip.

The kapsalon I ordered arrived on time, thankfully. However, there wasn't much left, as the container was folded in half, and the quantity was also inadequate. It looked very much like it had been thrown or dropped during transport to its destination.

The dönner sandwich is normally always fine, but now I order 2 pita cheese with salad... apparently that's difficult. The pita was not warm, and the cheese and salad were hard to find, 1 very large dry bite! and that for €4 per pita can certainly be called scandalous, it would have been better to make it yourself for that money.

Dit is een zaak, waarbij de doner echt van goede kwaliteit is. We hadden een kapsalon te plekke opgegeten. Groot bakje met lekker vlees en, heel belangrijk, verse sla, tomaten en komkommers. Eigenaars zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik zou zeker een keer langskomen voor de lekkere trek!

Hele lekker kipdoner vlees. Meerdere keren hier gegeten. Altijd lekker. Helaas kom ik niet uit de buurt, maar ik raad het zeker aan.

Bezorging van 2 X Turkse pizza met kip donor en paar sausjes voor slecht € 16,50 incl bezorgen. Het was warm. Het was werkelijk overheerlijk om te eten. Hier bestellen wij zeker meer. Top zaak
