Extremely bad service,... bad food!!

What a disgrace. The döner was served cold, smelled strange, and looked like leftovers from days ago. The staff was rude and completely unhelpful—all I got was eye-rolls when I asked. Absolutely ridiculous. Never come back here again. Please move on.

This was my second visit to this restaurant, but unfortunately, it was also my last. The quality has deteriorated dramatically in a short time. I ordered a kapsalon and a Turkish pizza... both were very disappointing! The ingredients tasted absolutely not fresh. The kapsalon was lukewarm, the fries were limp, and the cheese barely melted. The Turkish pizza looked like it had been sitting for hours. It seemed like there was absolutely no care or love put into the food. As if they just throw something on a plate and think it's enough! What bothered me most was that it seemed like they simply didn't care about their customers anymore. No smiles, no service, no apologies, just rushing things and carrying on. It's a shame, because my first visit was actually positive. I won't be back!

Disgusting food, expensive and tasteless. Worse than cat food, seriously. Dry meat, no sauce. I complained, the staff was rude and refused to help. Never again, a complete rip-off.

Something was missing from my order. I tried calling but they didn't answer, and I think they even blocked me, haha. Otherwise, the food was okay, but it was a shame it was incomplete.

Delivery way too late and also the wrong thing. Called and I would be called back, but never happened. Calling myself didn't make much sense, they just didn't answer the phone anymore. So paid almost 20 euros, but didn't eat. What a bad place this is.

Turkish pizza was very soggy and there was some hard stuff in it. Hygiene was really bad and saw bugs in the shop. Employee was yelling at an intern. This really really can't be!!

If you want to order a really good kapsalon you should definitely try this one, really delicious, the best kapsalon I have ever eaten, honestly!!!

Unfortunately, the food itself was very disappointing. I ordered a pasta with onions, but got mushrooms in it. Since I am severely allergic to mushrooms, I couldn’t eat it – my boyfriend eventually took it. Then I got my sandwich with “lettuce, cheese and garlic”. There was no lettuce or tomato on it, only cheese and three onions – and not a trace of garlic either. Too bad, especially because I was really hungry. All in all a disappointing experience and not worth repeating for me

The dönner sandwich is normally always fine, but now I order 2 pita cheese with salad... apparently that's difficult. The pita was not warm, and the cheese and salad were hard to find, 1 very large dry bite! and that for €4 per pita can certainly be called scandalous, it would have been better to make it yourself for that money.

Lekker eten tegen betaalbare prijzen

Dit is een zaak, waarbij de doner echt van goede kwaliteit is. We hadden een kapsalon te plekke opgegeten. Groot bakje met lekker vlees en, heel belangrijk, verse sla, tomaten en komkommers. Eigenaars zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik zou zeker een keer langskomen voor de lekkere trek!

Hele lekker kipdoner vlees. Meerdere keren hier gegeten. Altijd lekker. Helaas kom ik niet uit de buurt, maar ik raad het zeker aan.

Bezorging van 2 X Turkse pizza met kip donor en paar sausjes voor slecht € 16,50 incl bezorgen. Het was warm. Het was werkelijk overheerlijk om te eten. Hier bestellen wij zeker meer. Top zaak
