Cold food is normal here. They don't want to solve anything.

The food was cold, the garlic sauce was awful, and the Coke Zero was forgotten. The delivery driver said he'd call the store, but they didn't answer. I reported it to Thuisbezorgd, and eventually, the delivery driver brought a can of regular Coke, not Zero.

The chicken durum doner was okay. Lots of lettuce and folded rather than rolled, making it very difficult to eat. But the doner box was a real disgrace! Normally, it should cost around 17 euros. Now, it was barely worth the 7.50 we paid for it; a meager amount of meat, limp fries, and lettuce crammed into a tiny 10x10cm box. Yes, lettuce on warm fries! Oh well… It wasn't even warm anymore. Not bad after waiting an hour and a half and having to call twice to someone who spoke incomprehensibly over an even worse connection. Hopeless, and therefore definitely not worth repeating, let alone recommending. Fortunately, there are plenty of alternatives in Eindhoven.

Never, ever again, not even worth a star in my opinion and experience. Fries they don't even know how to fry. Undercooked and greasy. Salad they simply put on top of the hot dish—not recommended, order these separately. Ordered sauces that I didn't receive, ordered tomato sauce, and you get Andalusian or Samurai and sambal, but you have to pay for them. Normally, it's not a big deal, but I want to get what I paid for and get my money's worth, even if I get a €10 discount. If you want to keep your customers happy, you shouldn't keep this up. And you're losing more and more, as is already the case. First, but also last time.

Complaining online about an order they delivered incorrectly, and then using poor Dutch. First, make sure you have decent quality food, because it was inedible. It's a shame, as we were looking forward to something delicious. That's why we ordered elsewhere: Avrasya, which was truly superb quality and delivered what they promised, including the sauces and delicious food.

I order the food delivery in the evening and reviewed the call from the restaurant that the order is not possible to deliver by car to the city centre therefore I will not be receiving it and i must cancel it myself. The person calling me was screaming at me that he can’t drive the car. Every other restaurant uses bikes or scooters. I wish I didn’t try to order from this place as it costs me nerves and now I need to order my food again from a different restaurant.

The food was lukewarm, my sandwich had almost no meat on it, and it tasted awful. I'll eat any meat, but I threw this one away after one bite. Same with the pita and shawarma. It looked like it had been microwaved. I didn't know you could ruin a simple shawarma or kebab sandwich like that. My order is from May 2025.

The guys that are selling, never put you 2 sausaces, they allways try to keep one of it, and beside this, they bearly put meat inside, instead they preffer to fill it with potatoes. You guys should learn how to run a business.

Discusting food. Ordered Thuis bezorgd costing over 30 euro. Hardly any meat present in the wraps and kapsalon. Don't order here! You clearly don't care about custom only money money money. Giving the least amount of food and charging the most possible. You said you would give us new food but it never showed up. Worst Döner place ever!

The order was supposed to be delivered in 20 minutes, after two hours of waiting the order was canceled, they marked it as delivered and the money was lost because thuisbezorg can't do anything about it because they didn't cancel the order in the system

Orderered via Thuisbezorgd; Every food item was there, was hot and tasted decent. The driver was also kind enough to call me instead of ringing the doorbell because it was late. Delivery was on time, too. I recommend

I think this is a strange place...... First they call to say that my order cannot be made because they have no more sandwiches. The man on the phone was very unfriendly and restless. The first time, I experienced terrible stomach pain from the food and received a refund from Uber after several complaints. Yesterday, I placed another order, but the food delivered was absolutely terrible. How is this in any way similar to what is listed on my receipt? The food was a complete waste of my time, especially since the delivery took much longer than expected, along with wasting my resources. 😡

Ordered via Uber Eats. Fries were cold and limp. Called for this and new fries would be delivered. Fries never came. The durum and rollo contained more lettuce than meat. Bad service and food almost unpalatable. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!!!!!

The delivery man comes to the door and asks me to walk to his car because he forgot my drink there. On the way to his car he starts asking very personal questions and complimenting me on my appearance and body. VERY INAPPROPRIATE!! Later I found out that my order was not complete, so I called, but solving this properly turned out to be very difficult! Then I would have to walk back to the car myself, even though I just paid for delivery. No refund and no food. The quality of the food is also very poor! Never again…

Delivered via Uber under the name of Doner Papa. Paid 30 euros and waited 2 hours but still received nothing! Finally I turned on the air fryer myself. It was carnival so I understand that it could be busy. But please let us know! I also called them 100 times but the phone was switched off! So I now paid 30 euros, waited 2 hours for something that didn't arrive, which meant we were late for our own appointment, and ended up making our own food. Wat een Super zaak! Je bestelt en ze zijn elke keer binnen 15 minuten bij mij, bestel er nu sinds een paar maanden vaak en deze Pizza's hebben een super lekkere korst en bodem. Veel anders dan andere Pizza's echt een AANRADER!! De Kapsalons zijn lekker met goed lekkere dikke frieten, goed gevulde schotels waar ikzelf als dikzak die ik ben 2 dagen van kan eten. Goed dat dit werdt voorgesteld door Thuisbezorgd. Persooneel altijd vriendelijk en beleefd. Zie hier sommige reviews staan en dan denk ik maaaaar ... Je kan je ook een beetje aanstellen 😏😂 dikke 5 sterren zeker verdient!

By far the best pizza in Eindhoven! Whoever says otherwise have no taste in food. The dough and the topping are in great combination. The price is accessible, and the delivery guys are exceptional. Once they messed up my order, when I ordered a pizza quatro Stagioni and a chicken Durum , but instead of chicken they put beef or something else. I called them and they brought a chicken durum in 15 minutes at my door for free and they even apologized for it even it was not necessary. There was also once they burnt a little to much the dough but even like that was 10 times better than Pizzani's... So for me , they are the best in all - Pizza / delivery time / nice personnel

Pizza’s besteld was echt super lekker, tonijn, pollo, magerita was allemaal goed. Een nette jongen man bezorgde de pizza’s en de rook kwam er nog vanaf dus nog super warm bij ons thuis bezorgd. We hebben er van genoten. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar 🍕!!!! Wij zijn best wel pitsers met sauzen maar door deze knoflook saus waren wij echt positief verrast. Tot snel hè, groetjes V&F

Sinds kort, eigenlijk met toeval door een nachtdienst, uitgekomen bij Pikado. Serieus lekker eten en snel bezorgd. Voortaan bestel ik in mijn nachtdienst dus hier :)
